Todd MILLER Arrested In Port Elgin – Details Released

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On November 23, 2025, at approximately 5:11 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint about a possible impaired driver, travelling south from Port Elgin.

The responding officer was able to locate the vehicle along Highway 21, south of Tiverton. A roadside screening device was administered on the driver, resulting in a fail. The driver was taken into custody and transported for further testing.

Todd MILLER, 45-years-old, of no fixed address, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – B.A.C. 80+, CC 320.14(1)(b)

The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on January 7, 2026, to answer to the charge.

70 Year Old Construction Worker Struck On Hwy 21

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On November 24, 2025, at approximately 5:19 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a collision on Highway 21 in the area of Underwood, Municipality of Kincardine.

Police attended with Bruce County Paramedic Services and Kincardine Fire & Emergency Services, to discover that a 70-year-old construction worker had been struck by a passenger vehicle.

The worker was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries and then flown to a London area trauma centre by Air Ornge.

Highway 21 was closed between Concession 6 and Concession 8 until approximately 11:58 p.m.

Police and the Ministry of Labour continue to investigate the collision. If you have any information in relation to this matter, or if you possess camera footage from that area on that date & time, please contact the South Bruce OPP.

Joseph GOLDEN – Drunk Driving

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On October 13, 2025, at approximately 7:34 p.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting speed enforcement along Bruce Road 15 in the Municipality of Kincardine and stopped a vehicle for stunt driving.

While interacting with the driver, a roadside screening device was administered, registering a fail. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Saugeen Shores Police Service for further testing.

Joseph GOLDEN, 48-years-old, resident of Tavistock, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – B.A.C. 80+, CC 320.14(1)(b)
  • Drive motor vehicle – perform stunt, HTA 172(1)

The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on January 14, 2026, to answer to the charges.

HODGINS Arrested On Josephine St – Drunk Driving & Common Nuisance

(NORTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Kincardine resident with several criminal offences following an incident on Josephine Street in the Town of Wingham, Township of North Huron. 

Just after 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 25, 2025, Huron County OPP officers responded to a complaint on Josephine Street. Police spoke to a vehicle driver who had consumed alcohol prior to driving.

The driver was subsequently arrested for impaired operation and transported to the Huron OPP detachment in Clinton where they provided breath samples before a qualified Intoxilyzer Breath Technician. Breath samples were provided to police which resulted in readings over the legal limit.

Daryl HODGINS, 42 years-of-age from Kincardine has been charged with:

–      Operation while Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs,

–      Operation while Impaired – Over 80,

–      Criminal Harassment – Threatening Conduct,

–      Common Nuisance – Endanger Life.

The vehicle involved was towed and impounded for seven days, and the accused’ driver’s license was suspended for a period of 90 days.

The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on December 8th, 2025.

Kincardine Rage Incident Ends With Arrest – Name Released

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On October 16, 2025, at approximately 9:00 a.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop for a seatbelt violation along Millennium Way, Municipality of Kincardine.

Upon activating the cruisers emergency lights, the vehicle continued on and into a nearby parking lot. When the officer advised the driver of the reason for the stop, the driver used obscenities towards the officer and fled in their vehicle. The officer did not pursue the vehicle out of public safety concerns. The driver was located later in the day and taken into custody.

Ethan HOPKINS, 32-years-old, resident of Kincardine, was charged with:

  • Flight from peace officer, CC 320.17
  • Fail to properly wear seat belt, HTA 106(2)
  • Fail to surrender licence, HTA 33(1)
  • Fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle, HTA 7(5)(a)
  • Vehicle modified – fail to apply for new permit, HTAReg 628/90 3
  • Fail to surrender insurance card, CAIA 3(1)

The accused is set to appear on December 4, 2025, to answer to the charges.

KINCARDINE: MAGRATH, 41, Arrested for Operation While Impaired, Court in November

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On September 30, 2025, at approximately 12:49 a.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped to check a vehicle along Bruce Road 20, Municipality of Kincardine.

When speaking with the driver, the investigating officer detected signs of impairment. They were placed under arrest and transported for further testing.

Kristen MAGRATH, 41-years-old, resident of London, was charged with:

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On September 11, 2025, at approximately 11:10 p.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped to check a vehicle on Queen Street in the Municipality of Kincardine after observing a Highway Traffic Act violation.

The investigating officer spoke with the driver and detected signs of impairment. They were placed under arrest and transported to the South Bruce OPP detachment for further testing.

Ryan HOOVER, 32-years-old, resident of Kincardine, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – B.A.C. 80+, CC 320.14(1)(b)
  • Red light – proceed before green, HTA 144(18)

The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on October 22, 2025, to answer to the charge.

Lucy DINUNZIO Was Arrested In Tiverton

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On September 14, 2025, at approximately 11:31 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint to a business address along King Street in Tiverton, after a vehicle was observed entering the parking lot and parking diagonally in a space. The driver was asked by staff to leave the premises to which they refused to do so.

Officers attended where they spoke with the driver and detected signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the South Bruce OPP detachment for further testing.

Lucy DINUNZIO, 52-years-old, resident of Toronto, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – B.A.C. 80+, CC 320.14(1)(b)
  • Dangerous operation, CC 320.13(1)

The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on October 22, 2025, to answer to the charge.

Kincardine Resident Scammed Out Of $95,000

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On August 26, 2025, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to an address in the Municipality of Kincardine, where an individual reported being victim of a fraud.

Investigation revealed that over the past few months, the victim made a series of transactions amounting to approximately $95,000 through a cryptocurrency trading website. The victim conversed with an individual on numerous occasions to facilitate the transactions, requesting more money be sent each time. Once they attempted to withdraw funds and were unable to, a report was made to police.

The investigation has been passed over to the South Bruce OPP Crime Unit.

We urge residents to be cautious when engaging in digital currency transactions and investments.

Collision Closed Hwy 21 & Sent 3 To Hospital

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On August 13, 2025, at approximately 12:00 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a collision at the intersection of Highway 21 and Bruce Road 20, Municipality of Kincardine.

Police attended with Bruce County Paramedic Services and Kincardine Fire and Emergency Services, where they discovered a collision between two passenger vehicles which were blocking the intersection. 3 parties were transported to a local hospital with injuries. Highway 21 was closed between Bruce Road 20 and Concession 2 for approximately two hours.

A 28-year-old motorist from Toronto has been charged with:

  • Fail to yield to traffic on through highway, HTA 136(1)(b)

Hwy 21 Collision – 24 Year Old Charged

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On July 23, 2025, at approximately 6:40 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a collision at the intersection of Highway 21 and Bruce Road 20, Municipality of Kincardine.

Police attended with Bruce County Paramedic Services and Kincardine Fire and Emergency Services, where they discovered a collision between two passenger vehicles which were blocking the intersection. One of the involved drivers was transported to a local hospital with injuries. Northbound traffic on Highway 21 was closed for a short duration but has since been reopened.

A 24-year-old motorist from Kingston has been charged with:

  • Fail to yield to traffic on through highway, HTA 136(1)(b)
  • Operate a motor vehicle without insurance, CAIA 2(1)(a)

19 Year Old From Kincardine Arrested – Name Released

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On July 18, 2025, at approximately 1:30 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspicious person at an address along Concession 2, Municipality of Kincardine.

Police attended and discovered that a vehicle had been involved in a collision along Bruce Road 20, the driver then attended an address on Concession 2. The investigating officer detected signs of impairment, and the driver was arrested and transported for further testing.

As a result of the investigation, Alexander COLLEY AQUINO, 19-years-old, of the Municipality of Kincardine, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – B.A.C. 80 plus, CC 320.14(1)(b)
  • Dangerous Operation, CC 320.13(1)
  • Novice driver – B.A.C. above zero, HTA 44.1(3)

The accused is set to appear on August 27, 2025, at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice to answer to the charges.
