Broadie JOLLEY Was Arrested Again #3Strikes

(Georgian Bluffs, ON) Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), with assistance from the Grey Bruce Community Street Crime Unit, have arrested and charged a Georgian Bluffs resident following an incident involving flight from police and motor vehicle theft.

On November 26, 2025, at approximately 12:30 p.m., officers were conducting proactive patrol in Georgian Bluffs, Ontario when they encountered an individual confirmed to be wanted on an outstanding warrant. When officers attempted to arrest the individual, they fled on foot and stole an unattended motor vehicle.

The vehicle was located a short time later, and police deployed a spike belt as a safe alternative stopping method, which successfully disabled the vehicle. The individual was arrested without further incident.

Broadie JOLLEY 31-years-old of Georgian Bluffs has been charged with the following Criminal Code (CC) and Highway Traffic Act offences (HTA):

  • Flight from Peace Officer – CC
  • Obstruct Peace Officer – CC
  • Dangerous Operation – CC
  • Theft of Motor Vehicle – CC
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order – CC
  • Driving While Under Suspension – HTA

The accused was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice, Owen Sound on November 27, 2025.

Two Meaford Riders Hospitalized After Hwy 6-10 Crash

(GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – A collision between a passenger vehicle and an e-bike on Highway 6-10 in Georgian Bluffs on Sunday evening, November 23, 2025, resulted in two people from Meaford being taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The roadway was closed for several hours and reopened shortly after 1 a.m.

On Sunday, November 23, 2025, at approximately 6:03 p.m., members of the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Grey County Paramedics, and local fire services responded to the collision. It occurred on Highway 6-10 between Superior Street and Storybrook Road in the Municipality of Georgian Bluffs.

Highway 6-10 was closed for an extended period to allow emergency crews to manage the scene and conduct an investigation. The roadway was reopened at 1:17 a.m. on November 24.

A 42-year-old individual from Meaford, operating the e-bike, sustained non-life-threatening injuries. A 39-year-old passenger on the e-bike, also from Meaford, sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Both individuals were transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Both the vehicle and the e-bike were travelling southbound on Highway 6-10 when the e-bike was struck.

The driver of the passenger vehicle, a 50-year-old from Chatsworth, has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act with:

·        Fail to turn out to left to avoid collision

Hwy 21 Collision, One Airlifted To Hosptial

(GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On September 19, 2025, at approximately 8:42 p.m., members of the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a serious motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 21 and Jackson Road in Georgian Bluffs.

Two vehicles were involved in the collision, both of which rolled over following impact. One vehicle was occupied by one individual. The second vehicle was occupied by three individuals.

The operator of one vehicle sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital before being airlifted to a trauma centre in London. The occupants of the second vehicle were treated for minor injuries and released from hospital.

The OPP Technical Collision Investigation (TCI) members and Traffic Management Enforcement (TIME) team are continuing their investigation.

Timothy Nadjiwan Was Arrested

(GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On February 10, 2025, one individual was arrested and is facing charges after the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received an automated licence plate reader (ALPR) hit for a suspended driver.

On February 10, 2025, at approximately 11:43 a.m., the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was patrolling Grey Road 17 in Georgian Bluffs when the officer received an ALPR hit on a licence plate for a suspended driver. The vehicle was stopped and the officer determined that the driver was showing signs of impairment. The driver was brought to the Wiarton OPP Detachment for an assessment by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE).

Timothy Nadjiwan, 59-years-old of Neyaashiinigmiing was charged with the following:

·      Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

·      Driving while under suspension

·      Operate motor vehicle without insurance

The accused party is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on February 27, 2025

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

Whether a driver is impaired by alcohol or drugs, impaired is impaired, and impaired driving is dangerous regardless of the source of impairment

58 Year Old Facing Assault & Firearm Charges

(GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged an individual following an intimate partner violence investigation in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.

On August 16th, 2023, at approximately 10:06 p.m., the Grey Bruce OPP responded to a report of a disturbance in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.

The Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 58-year-old from the Township of Georgian Bluffs with:

  • Assault
  • Careless storage of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound at a later date.
