The fight to restore our Rights continues to escalate in Wingham to epic proportions. Hundreds of Guardians Of Democracy (GODs) claim to be heading to the small town from across Ontario, and a few from neighboring provinces. Their mission is to protect the owners of the tiny restaurant by standing on guard ready to video record and/or live stream when enforcement officers show up for the third time.
Starting Tuesday at 7am, and continuing until it is resolved, Buck & Jo’s will have at least one GOD on duty honoring their oath to “Stand on Guard For Thee” (Thee = Canada = Charter Rights = 100% equality). If you sang our National Anthem, you too have sworn that oath.
NOTE: We do not know when they will show up, the occupation needs to be from 7am – 2pm Tuesday – Sunday (closed Mondays) until this situation is resolved.
It is absolutely essential the next encounter with Huron Perth Public Health is caught on multiple videos, preferably live streamed on as many platforms as well.
Things have escalated at Buck & Jo’s, a restaurant in the heart of Wingham on the front-line of the war to restore our Rights. It is now to the point where the Head of Huron Perth Public Health is the only one left there willing to enforce the vaccine passport mandate or resolve the issue. Every enforcement officer has stood down, refused to enforce and they even refused to participate in the vax-pass debacle. In effect, every single one defected to the side of the People and refused to “just follow orders”. (click here for vides and more details)
Dr. Miriam Klassen of Huron Perth Public Health has refused to show up, and is invited to Buck & Jo’s Tuesday morning to finally resolve this issue. Dr. Klassen must have the courage to enter Buck & Jo’s anything else would be an act of extreme hypocrisy and dereliction of duty. It is no wonder Klassen has lost the support of those under her command. A leader must never send someone to do a job they aren’t willing to do themselves.
Please take the time to contact HPPH and encourage Klassen to show up Tuesday Morning. We can’t emphasize enough how important this is. If she doesn’t show up, then it will then be official that the vax-pass has collapsed across Huron Perth.
Tuesday 7am Buck & Jo’s, a restaurant on the front line for a war for Rights in Wingham, will release itself from a self imposed lockdown initiated Friday morning. This lockdown was an emergency measure to protect our Rights by giving Patriots and all Guardians of our Democracy time to organize, to start an emergency fundraiser and awareness campaign.
They need Patriots that are willing to pull their phones out and start recording when the next wave of enforcement comes. That’s all you need to do to help protect staff and the Rights of all Canadians. After over a decade of holding those in “authority” to account, I can guarantee you that your video recording is the most powerful weapon known to the Revolution.
Buck & Jo’s have started a GoFundme fundraiser to help cover some costs, this is only intended for those that simply live too far away or unable to come take a stand. Your physical participation is priceless. Please only donate small amounts to cover coffee etc. of those taking a stand for you, it’s really more about the gesture. Details and videos can be found at https://www.gofundme.com/f/Buck-Jos-Freedom-Fund—Defend-Your-Rights
Cowards and bootlickers should avoid Buck & Jo’s to make room for Patriots and all Guardians of Democracy willing to sacrifice for your Rights. If the crimes of this government still remain unknown to you, I suggest you stay home Tuesday morning and thereafter and stop reading at the end of this sentence and go hide under your bed, or wherever you go when the going gets rough.
If there are any independent news outlets left in Canada, please inform them of our fight. Please share online and start showing up Tuesday morning, and every day until this is resolved.
Buck & Jo’s, a restaurant in the heart of Wingham, has locked it’s doors this morning after repeated threats from Huron Perth Public Health to issue a fine for not checking photo ID and personal health information.
The tiny restaurant complies with all other covid restrictions. At least one of the owners refuses to check ID & health info, and even the health inspectors refused to check ID and denied to show theirs.
Buck & Jo’s will be having a few meetings and discussions over the weekend, and will let everyone know how we are proceeding and how you can help if you are up for it.
Never surrender your Rights. Make them come and try to take them away.
Fight or surrender, these are still your only two options.
27Oct2021 two enforcers from Huron Perth Public Health stood down at Buck & Jo’s, officially collapsing the vax-pass system in all of Huron & Perth. These brave individuals backed down and refused to show their ID or proof of vaccine status in a powerful symbolic gesture in solidarity with the revolution. They also refused to issue a fine, standing down completely.
Please watch the video below to see how the negotiations went. We expect another encounter any day now with their superiors. Please share on every social media platform possible to let the People know there is Hope. If there any other independent news outlets in Canada left, please inform them as well of this victory.
Our Democracy and Freedom are under attack. What are you going to do about it? Please share ASAP and on as many platforms as you can.
Yesterday the side streets in Wingham around Buck & Jo’s were littered with marked and unmarked OPP cruisers, while one officer was inside the restaurant threatening the owners. The officer put his hand on his weapon while wiggling his fingers wildly to make sure it was noticed, then stated, “I expect you to comply with the inspection”.
This was clearly a pure act of intimidation and abuse of power. The owners did not stand for this and demanded the officer leave.
The entire conversion was caught on video and witnessed by a dining room full of Patriots.
Today a cowardly Huron Perth Public Health enforcement officer attempted to enforce segregation at Buck & Jo’s, a restaurant in the heart of Wingham. The health inspector brought along a man with a gun in a blatant attempt to intimidate the staff into complying.
The armed individual attempted to get the names of the staff he was speaking to, but the staff refused to disclose that information, and responded with “I don’t answer questions”.
The armed individual claimed he was there for the safety of the cowardly kitchen cop. The armed man was asked to wait outside while the kitchen cop did her inspection, he refused and the kitchen cop did not do her inspection.
With this action/confirmation, the Vax-pass is clearly no longer being enforced by HPPH across Huron & Perth counties. Everyone is encouraged to stand-up for their Rights outside of Huron & Perth counties as well.
Fight or surrender, it’s still your only two options.
Wingham town staff have been getting hundreds of messages of support online via various platforms after it came out they were standing up for their Rights and the Rights of those they serve. Comments from coast to coast include “Thank you”, “God Bless Wingham town staff”, “I’m moving back to Wingham” and “THERE IS HOPE!”.
The first spark was ignited with a flag planted in a restaurant’s terrazzo dining room floor in Wingham, re-claiming that space in the name of the former Glorious & Free Canada. This triggered a tsunami of support from across Ontario that overwhelmed the small local diner. Several teary-eyed Veterans even stopped in to thank the owners for their service and standing up for everyone’s Rights, and state that they didn’t fight in the war for things to come to this. After the veterans’ visits there was absolutely zero chance the restaurant would ever back down.
The reality is, it is those veterans that went to Buck & Jo’s with their support that are responsible for inspiring so many from coast-to-coast. “We are only willing to sacrifice our time, business and livelihood, these veterans put us all to shame with the sacrifices they were willing to pay, and so many did pay.”
Shame on all those that don’t stand with our local Veterans, Town Staff, Rights Activists, nursing and expecting Mothers, and those unable or unwilling to participate in Doug Ford’s “Denial of Service Demand”.
Fight or surrender, those are still your only two options.
WFP has now had multiple verifications that all restaurants (national fast food chains excluded) in Wingham will not force their customers to disclose personal medical information or show photo ID for service. This means they will not discriminate against nursing and expecting mothers, privacy advocates, or anyone that doesn’t participate in Doug Ford’s unconstitutional vax-pass mandate.
The only hold-out in Wingham is the Legion (as of 24Oct2021). It is expected in the coming days the Legion too will stand for the Rights that so many paid so dearly for, and stand down when it comes to enforcing Doug Ford’s mandate. “Just following orders” is never an acceptable excuse.
North Huron town staff are standing their ground to defend their Rights, and yours. This is only the second time WFP has witnessed such heroism at this scale in the area. The first time was a few years ago when North Huron volunteer firefighters all resigned to send the strongest possible message to North Huron council. Sometimes those of good conscience must take a stand no matter the cost.
The majority North Huron town staff are refusing to disclose their personal medical information and not recognizing Doug Ford’s “vax-pass” mandate. According to sources, Huron Perth Public Health is not only refusing to do enforcement at Buck & Jo’s, they are now also refusing to enforce the mandate on all North Huron property, including the rec center. If they did attempt enforcement, it would cause a massive shutdown of our Community & government.
Those that stood against segregation and for our Charter Rights should consider this a massive victory. Please share ASAP, as this will not be allowed in most FB groups.
By now you all know about the Wingham trailer park being stolen by Mayor/Reeve bernie bailey’s family. The trailer park was the only affordable housing left in the area. Selling of the park has devastated some families that relied on the park to save enough money to live indoors during the cold months. Many were financially ruined when they were forced to sell/move with little notice.
It was technically a “robbery” since violence was used by councillor kevin falconer at the no-notice meeting to rescind a by-law protecting the land from any future corrupt council trying to get the land into private hands. That by-law was rescinded in seconds at the single no-notice meeting with zero public input or scrutiny. Just a “first, second, third & final reading, all in favor, passed”.
Now to make things worse, North Huron council will be hosting a meeting to sell units on the stolen lands.
For more information about the meeting, please contact the councillors that stole the park below. Please call and kill them with kindness and love, and maybe they will convert some of their greed to empathy for their fellow humans and refuse to go through with the robbery of the park.
If all goes according to Hall Of Shamer Doug Kuyvenhoven’s plans, he will have a marijuana dispensary in his building downtown Wingham. Most of you will likely be saying, “but that’s even closer to the school(s) than the last dispensary that got denied because it was too close to a school”. Well, that other building wasn’t owned by Doug….mystery solved? You know North Huron council won’t intervene this time.
TheChurchOfCanada.com has appointed a Wingham activist as the Director/Minister of TCOC. Office(s) to be moved and set up in downtown Wingham in the coming days/weeks.
The Church Of Canada’s new Minister has been a Reverend with the ULC for over 20 years, and has just officially changed his title to Minister for the TCOC.
Past activism includes a strong record of holding those in authority to account and exposing political and police corruption. Also former Chair of North Huron Block Parents and allegedly behind the Free Press Network and various other sites/movements.
Buck & Jo’s, a restaurant in the heart of Wingham, is happy to announce that as of 11Oct2021 their building will be the official home of The Church Of Canada. “We have been referred to as a sanctuary numerous times over the years, now it will become official.”
A call went out to all Guardians Of Democracy (GODs) to honor their oath, and it went viral. They have come from across Ontario to defend what some believe to be the last few square feet of the former Glorious and Free Canada.
Buck & Jo’s, a restaurant located in the heart of Wingham has been openly defying and taunting Huron Perth Public Health to show up and enforce Doug Ford’s “Denial Of Service Demand”.
HPPH have yet to show up, and sources tell us the HPPH will be standing down and will not enforce Doug Ford’s Denial of Service Demand (aka Vaccine Passports) as it violates the Rights of Canadians, just like when the police refused to do random stops.
If you agree or disagree, you are urged to contact Huron Perth Public Health.
Buck & Jo’s (235 Josephine St. Wingham) will not be checking customers ID or demanding any personal health information as per your email demand. Asking customers for this information would be a violation of their Rights and a violation of a sacred oath I have sworn.
If a police officer can’t stop people and demand ID, then similar power can not be bestowed upon me. No federal, provincial or municipal authority/agency should ever bestow that authority to random unvetted citizens in a free society.
I will not be following your orders on 22Sept2021. I can not be compelled to violate anyone’s Rights despite the risk of fines, or the loss of freedom or livelihood. If I obeyed, my shame and disgrace would not be eased by telling myself I was just following orders.
You can set up outside our tiny restaurant and question everyone that attempts to come in, or everyone that walks by if you feel you have the constitutional authority to do so. No one is permitted to harass or question our customers on premises. You clearly have the option to wait outside for them and to follow and question them as you see fit, but it won’t happen on my property.
Don’t ask, don’t tell. That is our policy at Buck & Jo’s regarding vaccine status. It is also forbidden to discuss your vaccine status, or anyone else’s while on premises. This goes for everyone, including anyone claiming authority to do random checks of sit-down customers. A “Don’t Tread On Me” flag is flying as a warning to those that seek to oppress.
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee. Every Canadian has pledged this a thousand times, likely at the start of every school day or sporting event. You and I have all sworn an oath to be Guardians of Democracy.
We did not pledge our allegiance to a political party or politicians of the day. We swore that oath to our Constitution/Charter of Rights. Our National Anthem is an oath to defend the Rights of Canadians and to make/keep Canada glorious and free.
I expect to see your enforcement officers the morning of the 22nd to shut us down. If you blindly follow your orders, you will need to bring the yellow tape and/or weld our doors shut.
Your other option is to send two people to stand outside and check ID and health information. We don’t have the manpower or flexible morality to do your enforcement for you.
If you don’t show up on the 22nd it will be assumed that Huron Perth Public Health will not be enforcing Doug Ford’s Denial Of Service Demand.
After the 21st it will be an act of rebellion just to sit for a cup of coffee. Is this the Canada you wish to bring about?
I look forward to seeing you on the 22nd and to debate this in front of a judge.
