Airport Scandal Cover Up & Systemic Corruption Exposed

North Huron council and staff are sworn to secrecy and are not allowed to reveal the true value of the airport and land they “sold” without taxpayers’ consent or knowledge. They are refusing to release the appraisal for the airport and surrounding land stating it is secret information.

The taxpayers did pay for an appraisal of the airport property. This was done according to procedure to make sure the Wingham taxpayers didn’t “sell” the property for less than market value. Clearly the $200,000 for 77 acres is a fraction of market value, so what did the appraisal say? If the appraisal is significantly higher, then council can no longer say they were acting in “good faith” proving without a shadow of a doubt there is systemic corruption in Wingham and North Huron.

Every check and balance that was supposed to protect the taxpayers have been eliminated or corrupted by North Huron council. Everyone failed to protect the taxpayers, including councilors, Reeve, Deputy Reeve, CAO, Clerk, staff and North Huron’s lawyer that signed off stating the property had zero market value.

Please take the time to contact council and ask why they refuse to release the appraisal for the airport and surrounding land. There is an all candidates meeting this Thursday at Wingham Town Hall, arrive early with your questions and cameras.

Criminals Targeting Vote Buck Signs In Wingham Could Get 2 Years Imprisonment

Several political signs for the upcoming election have been stolen and tampered with in Wingham. Criminals have been targeting “Vote Buck” signs, either for their collectability or because they view Buck as a threat to their own campaign or favorite candidate.

Most prominently missing is a “Tired of municipal corruption yet” sign placed so current Reeve Bernie Bailey would see it every morning. The sign went missing within hours. Tampering with an election sign is the criminal offense of mischief and could result in 2 years imprisonment.

Arrest Welfare Thieves & Meth-head Trespassers/Squatters Advocates Candidate

Buck, a candidate in the upcoming North Huron municipal election, is pledging to restore landowner rights and have all welfare thieves and meth-head squatters arrested.

“If they take taxpayer money for rent via welfare/ODSP and don’t pay their rent, trash the place, fill the place with garbage inside and out, they need to be arrested and in the most public way possible. If these squatters want free rent, then a 10 x 10 prison cell is the perfect solution. I hear they even include meals and unlimited unconsensual sex. #Don’tDropTheSoap”

Deadbeat tenants have been abusing the backlog in the system and not paying rent despite their government assistance cheque specifically itemizing rent. These squatters do not report to their welfare worker that they aren’t paying rent, as their taxpayer funded cheques would be cut. Instead of paying the rent, the money typically goes to more meth, the root of all their problems to begin with making the situation worse.

There should never be a situation where criminals are given more rights to your property than the property owner. If you are given notice to leave, and you don’t, you should be arrested just like any other con man or criminal.

UPDATED: Wingham Airport & Trailer Park Scandal Inflaming Tensions – Tens Of Millions Stolen/Lost

UPDATE: The Wingham Airport sale/scandal paperwork shows Gregory Friel Stewart as the “lawyer” for North Huron taxpayers, and that they claimed Market Value of the land as zero dollars.

North Huron council is attempting to reassure the Public that there was no malfeasance regarding the 77 acre airport (potential for 600 lots) “selling” for $200,000, far less than the cost of a single building lot in Wingham. Council sold the 77 acre airport for the equivalent of $330/lot.

Council claims that the Wingham Ward taxpayers will be further ahead in two years by dumping the property for pennies on the dollar.

Council will be available for your feedback and questions 7pm Thursday 29Sept, upstairs at Wingham Town Hall.

The airport is estimated to be worth  4 and 120 million dollars depending how it is sold and promoted. The airport and the 77 acres made money for the Wingham Ward taxpayers, the appreciation in property value alone ($400,000 – $2,000,000/a)  more than covers any inflated costs council and staff claimed in order to push through the sale.

NOTE:  You can get over 600 building lots on 77 acres at 8 lots per acre. $200,000/lot would have yielded 120 million dollars. Enough to fund approximately 20 years of free property taxes for the Wingham Ward.

Fair market value of land $0
Signed off/approved by Gregory Friel Stewart

All Thieves & Candidates Meeting 29Sept Wingham Town Hall – Community In Chaos, Please Contact Police & Media

An “All Candidates Meeting” (Newcomers & incumbents/thieves) will start at 7pm, Thursday 29Sept2022 at Wingham Town Hall.

Death threats, threats to property, gun crimes, eggings & boycotts are now commonplace in Wingham as the Citizenry is rapidly waking to the abuse and theft of North Huron council, town staff and the OBC (Old Boys Club).

If you want to confront those that have been double taxing you, stole your airport or trailer park, filled in floodplain protecting Wingham, destroyed the trailer park trees, let our infrastructure crumble, closed the pool weekends during the summer, etc. etc. etc., this is your only opportunity, so bring your friends and family.

For this election you must decide who you believe will hold senior staff to account, that is the role of council as prescribed in section 224 of the Municipal Act. A councilor’s job is to represent their Constituents, not defend senior staff and “sell” our land for pennies on the dollar in backroom deals to the OBC.

A strong police presence is expected at the meeting due to the extreme risk of violence by an ever growing irate and fed up Citizenry, and the fact at least one current councilor has been caught on video assaulting someone for asking a question.

Please contact police if you have any security questions or concerns about the meeting on the 29th. Email James Stanley [email protected] or call him via (519) 482-1677.

If you want the local radio stations to cover the meeting, please contact Adam Bell [email protected] and let him know there is local interest
If you want the CBC to show up please contact Colin Butler [email protected]

Tempers Flare In Goderich Courtroom – $1,000,000 Fine Threat, Backroom Deal, Corruption & Bully Bonus Exposed

Tempers flared at the trial for the owners of a Wingham restaurant (Buck & Jo’s) after Gregory Stewart threatened the couple with 9 charges. Mr. Stewart then offered to make things go away for a $2,500 “fine” provided one of the couple pleads guilty to a charge. When asked what charge they would need to plead guilty too, the response from Gregory Stewart was ‘any one, you can choose, it doesn’t matter’. Apparently that is what is currently accepted as justice in Huron County.

Mr. Stewart was extremely confident that all 9 charges would stick, and implied the maximum fine would be sought for all 9 charges, likely in the $100,000 – $1,000,000 range.

All the couple had to do was commit perjury by pleading guilty to something they didn’t do, don’t go to trial and don’t show the videos to the judge, and hand over at least $2,500.

The couple resoundly turned down the offer, stating they would only accept dropping of all charges, a retraction of the erroneous press release from HPPH dated 12Nov2021, an apology and corrected press release. Mr. Stewart was very offended by the counter offer according to the couple.

Gregory Stewart refused to allow the trial to move forward 08Sept, stating he didn’t have the time to watch the 10 minutes of video. A very odd approach since he clearly would have the rest of the day free if he didn’t watch the videos, the judge was visibly frustrated with Mr. Stewart for wasting everyone’s time and taxpayer money.

Apparently there are numerous glaring inconsistencies and omissions between the written statements of HPPH segregation enforcement officers and the videos, something Gregory Stewart and HPPH are desperate to keep from a judge’s eyes.

The next court date is 04Oct2022 to set another trial date. They have to go back again just so they can tell them when to come back. Of course Gregory Stewart could have moved forward with the trial on 08Sept, but this way he gets to send at least 2 more bills to the taxpayer. Being a bully has never been more profitable.

The more they stall, the more money they make, and the worse the financial devastation to the restaurant until they can officially clear their name in court.

Arrest(s) Expected At Trial – Buck & Jo’s Vs Gregory Stewart – Thursday 10am @ Goderich Courthouse

Buck & Jo’s will be self representing and going head-to-head with Greg Stewart at a trial in Goderich this Thursday (08Sept2022). Gregory Stewart of the law firm Donnelly Murphy is known to all victims of North Huron’s abuse and corruption. You probably recognize Gregory Friel Stewart’s name from the Wingham Airport scandal where 77 acres of prime real estate sold for $200,000.

The trial is due to the fact HPPH segregation enforcement repeatedly refused to answer questions until things escalated on 12Nov with the Josephine St. Standoff. HPPH threatened to return with a contingent of armed OPP to enforce/ensure compliance. That threat was met with people from across the province showing up armed with only video cameras to protect the owners as Buck defended the threshold until HPPH were finally forced to answer questions.

Even though the restaurant fully complied with HPPH’s order they are facing a full day trial and possibly millions in fines for a 15 minute time span on 12Nov which was fully video documented.

Many believe at least one of the owners will get arrested for contempt of court during the trial on the 8th of September. If you have seen the videos you will notice Buck has an absolute zero tolerance for “public servants” avoiding answering questions.

Freedom Fighters from around the province have announced their intentions to attend and video record the trial on the 8th.

Millions In Real Estate Disappear & Bill Sent To NH Taxpayers

North Huron council tasked staff with selling two properties worth between 15-20+ million dollars depending on how they were promoted/sold. The taxpayers got -$15,000 total for both properties. That is not a typo, negative $15,000.

These two properties belonged to the Wingham Ward taxpayers. The proceeds from these properties could have funded free property taxes for the Wingham Ward for 3-10 years, longer if done right.

Now you might be excited about the prospect of free property taxes for 3 or so years for Wingham, and how property values would jump 50-100%. A potential huge windfall for our entire community, but this is Canada’s most corrupt square mile.

Council and town staff sold the 77 acre airport for $200,000 according to government documents and numerous sources. There is the potential for 77 – 500 building lots. NOTE: $200,000 is less than the cost of one building lot in Wingham.

According to documents and sources, council and town staff made the taxpayers pay over $215,000 to tear down the historic Wingham Armories and former police station. This property would have sold for $500,000 – $1,000,000+ if put on MLS. They could have given the property to anyone for free, and we would have been further ahead since the property would start generating property tax revenue.

To be clear, council “sold” our Airport, Historic Armories & Police station we got a bill for $15,000+.

Please take the time to contact council with the information below. Next council meeting is Tuesday at 6pm.

UPDATE: NH Staff finally confirmed the airport did sell for $200,000; however the cost to demolish the Armories was only $116,000 so far according to staff. The cost to turn it into a useable parking lot is expected to more that double that amount.

Purge The Lawyers – Candidate Vows To Expunge Law Firm #TheBuckStopsHere

A candidate running in the Wingham municipal election is vowing to remove/purge an area law from all North Huron business. This law firm is so notorious for backing up council’s unconstitutional by-laws and fleecing taxpayers, all victims of North Huron know exactly which law firm in Goderich he is talking about without mentioning their name.

08Sept the Candidate is expected to go toe-to-toe with “The Firm” again at the Goderich courthouse regarding segregation, etc. etc. This case is not the first time the Candidate has faced off with the law firm. Last time the Candidate exposed their incompetence/apathy, corruption at Town Hall, and the perjury of a Wingham police officer tipped the scales even further toward disbanding the Wingham police.

The Candidate is calling on all Freedom Fighters to attend the trial in Goderich 08Sept and video record everything you are “legally” allowed to do. Heightened security is expected at the trial as dozens from all across the province are claiming they will attend and video record to protect the couple.

“If they have men with guns, we have a right to have video cameras. They have a habit of bringing guns to a word fight. Everyone needs to be brave enough to video record for their own protection. When the men with guns don’t allow you to video record you have been stripped of your most basic human rights, the ability to defend and protect yourself”.

Wingham Bucks Trend – Democracy Canceled In Howick, Blyth, ACW, Morris-Turnberry, etc.

Apathy triggered by hopelessness has spread throughout Ontario collapsing our Democracy. Surrounding municipalities have seen their democracy fail, and will now be governed by “unelected officials” as a record number of Mayor and Deputy Mayor positions were “acclaimed”. A small town is once again gaining national attention and bucking the trend.

Wingham, a town of less than a square mile, has 4 candidates running for the Mayor/Reeve position, and 6 candidates running for the 2 Wingham Ward positions. Over the last few years Wingham has become a minor tourist attraction and bucket list item for Freedom Fighters across Canada. It is quite commonplace to see vehicles with Canadian flags downtown Wingham and people taking photos of Wingham’s famous street corner.

Voting in Wingham’s election will be done via internet and phone. Voter’s literally don’t have to put down their phones to vote/join the revolution. If you want change, and your Rights restored this Fall, you already know who you have to vote for.

Do Bristol Terrace Lives Matter – 3 out of 4 Candidates Say NO!

3 out of the 4 candidates running for North Huron Reeve/Mayor position believe that the lives of those living on Bristol Terrace are worth far less than those living elsewhere in town. 50% of Winghamites must agree as they didn’t even bother voting in the last municipal election.

For more than a decade council has repeatedly refused to clear the pedestrian paths of snow on Hanna Bridge despite petitions, delegations, and countless complaints. On the other hand staff have been caught numerous times using town equipment to clear their own snow, clearly this is theft.

Everyone living on Bristol Terrace risks their lives every time they attempt to get uptown in the winter, as council and staff have repeatedly refused to clear the snow on both pedestrian paths on the Hanna bridge. This forces pedestrians to cross the snow packed highway dodging traffic and to jump a curb to get onto a cleared sidewalk to get uptown.

Council has repeatedly sent a strong message, Bristol Terrace lives don’t matter, while Town Staff get free top-priority snow removal at the taxpayers expense.

They claim they don’t have the time to clear Hanna Bridge, obviously that is not true. They have also said they don’t have the equipment, another blatant lie. Shovels aren’t just for leaning on.

Sidewalks around schools hospitals and Hanna Bridge ignored while town staff clear their own property and sidewalks.
