All those living in North Huron (Wingham, Blyth & East Wawanosh) are strictly prohibited from working on their own vehicles by order of the SS (Social Standards) banning car parts and components from properties, except for a few properly zoned repair shops.
All vehicles in Wingham, Blyth & E-W must be in working order and free of damage. Any missing component from glass to spare tire may result in up to a $50,000 fine for the first offense, then $100,000 for a second offense.
Express permission to own/store a spare tire or other car part may be available from the SS division of North Huron. 519-357-3550 ext: 126
Failure to report offenses may result in unannounced inspections of your home/business to ensure compliance, and to determine why you failed to live up to your social duty and report such abuses of the law. Section 4 grants them unfettered warrantless access to anyone’s home or business, resistance and objecting is also a crime under section 4.
North Huron council is determined to build a better REICH (Reliable Everyday Inspections of Community & Homes) to protect our communities. If you want to be part of the new REICH, report any and all SS offenses immediately to the SS at 519-357-3550 ext: 126

At 6:55pm, 19Dec2022 NH council made their Social/Property Standards Committee official, granting themselves “notwithstanding” powers until 2026. It took only 16 seconds total for the 3 readings of the “law” and to pass it. The 3 readings rule was meant to stop the government from ramming laws through with zero public input or scrutiny. Traditionally there would be a minimum of 3 meetings, one reading at each meeting, allowing the public to be informed and to question any overreach attempt. A very critical safeguard in a democracy which has been obliterated by council.
Council and staff now have the power to override the Bill of Rights and our Charter Rights in their opinion. All privacy and property rights are null and void in the eyes of council and the Social Standards (SS) enforcement officers which may demand access to your home with the ability to seize property deemed unsuitable for the community.
The Committee is independent and autonomous from Council and Municipal Administration. The Committee must satisfy legal requirements concerning notice, public hearings, calling of witnesses, notices of decisions and recording of proceedings. The Committee’s decisions may be appealed to the Superior Court of Justice.
As the Property Standards Committee is required to be independent and autonomous from Council, many municipalities have appointed citizen/public members to the Property Standards Committee. Knowing this, staff have researched various Property Standards Committee compositions across the Province of Ontario and have prepared the following six options for Council’s consideration:
Option 1: A Property Standards Committee comprised of all seven (7) Council Members, each having an equal vote.
Option 2: A Property Standards Committee comprised of three (3) Council Members, each having an equal vote.
Option 3: A Property Standards Committee comprised of four (4) residents of the Township of North Huron and one (1) Council Member, each having an equal vote.
Option 4: A Property Standards Committee comprised of two (2) residents of the Township of North Huron and one (1) Council Member, each having an equal vote.
Option 5: A Property Standards Committee comprised of five (5) residents of the Township of North Huron, each having an equal vote. Option 6: A Property Standards Committee comprised of three (3) residents of the Township of North Huron, each having an equal vote.
7.1.9 CL-2022-21 Composition of Property Standards Committee M409/22
SECONDED BY: R. McBurney
THAT the Council of the Township of North Huron hereby receives the report of the Clerk, dated December 5, 2022, regarding the Composition of the Property Standards Committee, for information purposes; AND FURTHER, THAT Council directs staff to proceed with Option 1 for the composition of the Property Standards Committee for the 2022-2026 term of Council; AND FURTHER, THAT Council directs the Clerk to prepare a by-law for a future Regular Council meeting to appoint the Property Standards Committee for the Township of North Huron.
10.5 By-law No. 116-2022 – Appointment of Property Standards Committee 153 THAT By-law No. 116-2022; being a By-law to constitute and appoint a Property Standards Committee for the 2022-2026 term of Council; be introduced, read a first, second, third and final time, be signed by the Reeve and Clerk, and be engrossed in the By-law book.
On 19Dec2022 North Huron will be setting up a Social/Property Standards committee that is required to be “independent and autonomous from Council and Municipal Administration”.
Property/Social Standards enforcement are commonly referred to as Social Standards when enforced on private land. They claim to have powers greater than the police or a judge and can trespass and confiscate property on a whim, starting to mimic another organization in history with the same SS abbreviation.
This committee is an extremely important safeguard to make sure the council does overreach and abuse their power. Since this is Wingham, council will be appointing themselves as their own oversight committee, assuring their overreach can never be questioned or stopped. Bylaw enforcement/SS simply claims they are just following orders when questioned.
Council knows that if they allowed a member of the Public to sit on this Public Committee their power could be obliterated within 4 questions. This is why North Huron has banned questions and strictly restricts the Public’s participation.
Next council meeting is 19Dec2022. Have your say before it’s too late.
Bylaw officers across Ontario are standing down after they were forced to acknowledge they have zero authority on private land. Most came to this realization after they attempted to force members of the Public to remove F🍁ck Trudeau flags from their home and/or businesses.
The Mayor/Reeve of Wingham was rudely woken when the OPP stood down and refused to act on his complaint of F🍁ck Trudeau flags at Buck & Jo’s, a restaurant in the heart of Wingham. Sadly for council the Wingham Police were disbanded years prior, and the police no longer blindly do their bidding. Their bylaw enforcement officer was their last hope at bullying people into submission and compliance to their arbitrary demands.
A desperate NH council is striking back and will be setting up a Shadow Council, composed solely of themselves, to decide “standards”. This “standards council” will unconstitutionally grant themselves perpetual notwithstanding powers in an attempt to scare the public into blind unquestioning compliance.
Next council meeting is 19Dec2022, 6pm Wingham Town Hall.
R Factor 10 means every person will likely spread it to 10 more people, an exponential growth factor unseen during even the most infectious days of Covid19.
This current outbreak is traced back to a business in Wingham, ON after some postings on FaceBook clearly showed the Owners were highly contagious. Simply sharing one of their postings or watching one of their viral videos is all it takes for it to spread, and you will likely “infect” at least 10 of your contacts in the coming days and weeks following exposure.
The most noticeable symptom seems to be a rare form of Tourettes which causes over 50% of those exposed to yell FREEDOM and/or Hold The Line.
One of the more shocking symptoms is that adult males have had their testicles descend after years of TTR (Total Testical Retraction) caused by hyper-submissiveness and being emasculated by our so-called “government” which treats us like toddlers.
The Public’s reaction to this outbreak is similar to the old days of “chickenpox parties”, they want to get infected!
What can you do to participate in this outbreak of Freedom??
Acknowledge that “just following orders” is never an excuse to trespass or violate someone’s rights.
Never share your private health information again, especially vaccine status.
Realize “town halls” can’t micromanage your life, and that you are an adult and can make your own decisions.
Question everyone that claims to have authority over you, and stand your ground if they refuse to answer.
Don’t fear your government, your government should fear you.
It turns out the only thing infectious in Wingham is their attitude.
Buck & Jo’s, a restaurant in the heart of Wingham, stood up to bylaw enforcement declaring they have no authority to censor the signs or books in their windows. Things have escalated.
Council wanted bylaw enforcement officer Nancy Small to confiscate the signs, book, shirts and anything with the phrase “Vote Buck” from the business.
“I assume when they steal our signs, books, etc. they will put them in evidence, or maybe just burn them. It’s a little heartbreaking to know that we are at the cusp of a good old government sponsored book burning. We aren’t quite there yet due to Nancy Small standing her ground. That is likely to change after the next council meeting though”.
For decades residents have had their rights violated by being trespassed, harassed & extorted by con artists at town halls acting as an elite secret police force that is above the law, claiming to have the power to override your Bill of Rights & Charter of Rights.
Corporate/municipal bylaw officers are hired to enforce standards on municipal property, that is property owned by the municipality/public land. If our infrastructure is failing it’s because bylaw officers have refused to do their jobs and hold staff to account.
When town staff habitually dump snow on sidewalks and get away with it, or if pot holes have damaged your vehicle, or any of our infrastructure is not up to standard, it is due to the dereliction of duty of municipal bylaw officers. Apparently they have been too busy harassing, trespassing and trampling our rights to do the actual job they are paid to do.
They have conned the public into believing “Town Hall” can create laws granting them the power to enter your home or business and confiscate property. The only difference between them and a burglar, is a burglar doesn’t fill out paperwork first in an attempt to create the illusion they are acting in good faith and the interest of the “public good”.
North Huron bylaw enforcement has declared they have no authority on private property by standing down and refusing to violate the Rights of the owners of Buck & Jo’s in the heart of Wingham.
The debate across Ontario has ended on whether or not so-called municipal governments have notwithstanding powers to violate the rights of those that they swore an oath to serve.
Municipal bylaw enforcement officers do not have more power than a police officer or a judge. They never did, except on property owned by the corporation they were hired to enforce bylaws on. A bylaw officer has the same rights as a property owner when it comes to public land and therefore can enter without warrant to inspect property/buildings owned by the corporation/municipality they work for.
It was once believed that “Town Hall” had the authority to violate charter rights on a broad spectrum of issues from, if and how many pets you can own, if you can have a chicken, when to cut your grass, and how tidy you must keep your room/house.
Municipalities are corporations set up to provide services to their customers. They are service providers and we are customers of their services. If you don’t pay for the services you used they can put a lien on your property, much like any contractor can.
All corporations have their own bylaws to set standards of service etc. Those bylaws apply to the corporation, not to their customers. You wouldn’t allow your phone service provider to force their corporate bylaws on you, why would you allow your water and sewer provider too?
No one has the power to violate your rights, not even the corporation you get your water, sewer and garbage pickup from.
North Huron’s bylaw enforcement officer Nancy Small [email protected] should be applauded for her heroism helping restore rights across Ontario by helping shed light on this government overreach.
North Huron has made the phrase “Vote Buck” illegal and is threatening to seize any items at campaign headquarters that have that “illegal” phrase. This has triggered citizens to make their own Vote Buck signs for display in their windows, despite the election being over for about a month.
This extreme censorship and complete suspension of Charter Rights was agreed to by council and put it in writing as a by-law. This is so bylaw enforcement can attempt to claim they were acting in good faith and were “just following orders” when they trample on your Rights.
Alberta Premier Danielle Smith’s comments and actions upholding rights and dignity for all has triggered an exodus from Ontario as Doug Ford further suspends Charter Rights.
A Wingham couple is “identifying” as Albertan, flying Alberta’s flag at their restaurant (Buck & Jo’s), and declaring their property as an unofficial Alberta Embassy/territory. The restaurant already has a banner banning Doug Ford from their property that states “Everyone welcome, except segregationists, racists, pedophiles & Doug Ford”
“Doug Ford demanded everyone do what he says, from where you can stand, if you can go for a walk, if you are under house arrest, how many friends you can have over, what you can buy, etc. Then Doug Ford refuses to attend the War Act Inquiry, claiming an adult shouldn’t blindly do as his government tells them to do, is hypocrisy beyond belief.
If someone now has a legal right to change genders by claiming they were born in the “wrong body”, I have a similar right to believe I was born on the wrong side of an imaginary line on a map. Doug Ford no longer affects my life, that downward spiral can be enjoyed by those that still identify as Ontarian. As an Albertan I enjoy waking up in the morning knowing my Rights won’t be trampled by an overreaching government that day.
Even Justin Trudeau has spoken out against Doug Ford suspending Charter Rights, and if anyone one knows about violating Rights, it’s JT!”
It is now illegal to have certain phrases and ideas in your living room, outdoors or in your businesses anywhere in North Huron. This crackdown is being advanced by North Huron’s Morality Police, formerly known as by-law enforcement. These censorship enforcement officers removed a sign during the election, and now profess to have authority to remove signs from private property.
Nancy Small is the head of this elite unit that professes to have authority to enter private property and remove signs and do “inspections” to ensure “compliance”. Nancy Small claims to have authority to override Charter Rights and have more authority than a judge.
Buck has a long history of exposing municipal and police corruption, and standing his ground against government overreach. Over 250,000 people watched the Josephine St. stand off of Buck defending his business against segregation enforcement. Wingham has now become a tourist attraction, drawing people from across the province and country.
Hope has now become Wingham’s biggest export, just recently overtaking apathy.
If you want lower taxes and your Rights protected, Vote Buck.
(LEAMINGTON, ON) – Members from the Leamington Detachment Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the Essex County OPP Crime Unit, continue to investigate an incident that occurred in September 2022 in the Municipality of Leamington.
An adult male was messaging with a young person on a messaging app that resulted in an in-person meeting.
Police continue to seek the public’s assistance in identifying the male. The person of interest is described as a white male, over 40 years of age, balding with a grey goatee. The male may be operating a dark grey car with tinted windows.
The Essex County OPP is requesting anyone with information regarding this incident should immediately contact Leamington OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
The 03Oct2022 council meeting was held via Zoom. Sources state this was for security reasons due to the increased number of threats regarding the recent real estate scandals now going viral.
It was revealed at the council meeting that they spent taxpayer money on setting up a meth-head support center (MHSC), set to open soon. Wingham residents were blindsided and outraged over the secrecy and lack of community consultation.
The “tent cities” currently at the edges of Wingham are base camps for those that burgal our homes, steal from local businesses, and you have likely heard about the pedophiles recently arrested. Don’t worry, council has their backs, and has already spent $5,000 of your taxpayer money on helping set up a “shoot-up, shower & shave” at 19 John St. East.
Council repeatedly stated they wanted to draw more people to Wingham, the Public had no idea they meant homeless meth-heads. Josephine St is already littered with staggering methers that sleep on benches, yell at street signs, spray paint buildings, leave used needles around and target our children. Don’t worry, council has it under control, they will now have a place to shower, shave and shoot-up, that way they don’t have to shower when they burgle your home and can concentrate on stealing more of your stuff.
The meth-head support center (MHSC) will be located at St. Paul’s Church, 19 John St. East.
Wingham property owners could have seen their taxes drop 32% this year, instead they were scammed out of $1.2 million to run a water line out to 20 homes in East-Wawanosh near the sewage lagoon ( Hutton Heights).
The Wingham ward raises $3.77 million/year in taxation. If the $1.2 million was kept in the Wingham ward and used to reduce taxes, your tax bill would have dropped 32% this year.
This is just one of the reasons Wingham has the highest taxes in Canada. There is meeting at Wingham Town Hall tonight (29Sept) at 7pm, where some members of council will be present and the Public and demand answers and accountability.
There will be a recording ban at tomorrow night’s (29Sept2022) All Candidates Meeting. The Public will not be allowed to video record themselves asking a question, or record the responses from the Candidates. Candidates can not record themselves for their own protection, nor will the Public be “allowed” to record the Candidates opening statements, responses or closing statements. The ban also prevents the traditional media from covering the event to their fullest ability.
At least one Candidate is going to openly defy this blackout/ban and record the meeting for their own protection. Several members of the Public have vowed to record the meeting despite the risk of arrest. This has prompted one Candidate to offer a free “Vote Buck” handcuff key to anyone that video records the meeting and posts it online, or gets arrested trying to do so.
The All Candidates Meeting starts at 7pm at Wingham Town Hall, Thursday 29Sept2022.
