At Tuesday’s council meeting OPP member Jason Younan informed council that crime has soared in Wingham 25%. Apparently this is due to the newcomers to the area, mostly drug addicts and criminals drawn by the lure of free safe use supplies, free food, free laundry, unlocked homes, and unprotected children roaming the streets. These criminals are stealing so much from local businesses some are closing for financial or safety reasons. 

Town council, St. Paul’s United Church & the United Way are responsible for the latest spike in crime and downward spiral, due to their sponsoring of the Insidious Shit, Shower & Shoot-up facilities in the church basement. So Insidious, the doors are even painted red as a warning, much like the movie Insidious. 

The OPP are begging for space on Josephine St. and asked council if they had any available, even though the OPP just sold their building on Bristol Terrace. The OPP warned they are barely competent, and that multiple door codes and keys have officers struggling and setting off alarms in space they use, creating a myriad of problems.

Younan bragged about their foot patrols in Wingham and the fact they have done 41.5 hours of patrol during the first 32 weeks of the year. That’s an average of 5 minutes a day for two people, it seems even the OPP afraid to walk the streets.

As North Huron’s crisis deepens, council is fighting back and will be removing the legal requirement to have a public meeting regarding the budget. This will help eliminate any questions council and staff are afraid to answer regarding waste and the extremely high tax rate.

Council claims residents can contact them directly, send a letter, or answer a survey instead of the awkwardness of confronting their victims at a public meeting and trying to explain the taxes, backroom real estate deals, etc.

The next council meeting is Tuesday 08Aug2023, 6pm @ Wingham Town Hall. All those able to make it are strongly encouraged to attend this special meeting, and to bring their own bail money.

Criminals, dictators, autocrats, bullies, corrupt town halls & tyrants all want you to believe they are superior and have authority over you, and that they can force you to comply with any capricious demand they dream up.

No one in Canada is above the Constitution. This is fundamental to the continued existence of whatever remains of the former Glorious and Free Canada for which we all sang the oath to Stand On Guard for. 

FACT: No one lives in “North Huron”. North Huron is the name of the corporation set up to provide essential services to Wingham, Blyth and East-Wawanosh. North Huron is a corporation like any other service provider, and has no “special powers” on their customer’s property. You can’t live in North Huron any more than you can live in Hurontel, Bell Canada, or your satellite tv provider. 

The Municipal Act clearly sets out and limits the powers of these corporations/municipalities. These corporations do not have the Right Of Entry to private property to search & seize property, no one in Canada has that power without warrant or consent. 

FACT: A municipality has no more rights or privileges than any other person or corporation, and the Act clearly limits their power as such. This is clearly stated in section 9 of the Act. “A municipality has the capacity, rights, powers and privileges of a natural person for the purpose of exercising its authority under this or any other Act.”

North Huron’s corporate by-laws were being used to set “Social Standards” and were illegally forced upon their customers, claiming they had special powers on private land and that it was for the Greater Good. Men, women and children have all been victims of this grotesque abuse of power. Grown adults were terrified of owning a chicken for fear of reprisals from “Town Hall”. Limits on pets, where/if you can plant a garden, if you can have wildflowers in your backyard and if you can have playground equipment or sandbox, are just a few examples of the oppression.

Current CAO Dwayne Evans is refusing to release the job description of the By-law Enforcement Officer position, as that would shed light upon whose orders these officers were acting under.

The next council meeting is Tuesday 08Aug2023, 6pm @ Wingham Town Hall. Honor your oath!

Since 1890 Wingham Town Hall has hosted council meetings. Complaints from town staff that refuse to do their job will be ending that 130+ year tradition. 

Town staff have successfully evicted council from Wingham Town Hall and it will cost taxpayers over $400,000. After the covid-19 lockdown/shutdowns were over, town staff complained about being so overworked they couldn’t rearrange the tables in council chambers anymore. Council apologized for asking them to do their jobs, and moved meetings upstairs to the Theater. 

Town staff continued to complain and whine about doing their jobs even after the council moved upstairs, stating it takes several hours to set up the 5 or so tables for council meetings. 

Council has again apologized and will be spending $385,000+taxes to renovate a room at the old public school building (Royal Oaks Health & Wellness Center) just so town staff don’t have to re-arrange tables twice a month for council meetings. 

Next council meeting is Tuesday 08August.

North Huron CAO Dwayne Evans claims council is preventing town staff from inspecting North Huron’s assets. This has led to our crumbling infrastructure, injured pedestrians, potholes, chronic parking violations, and piles of garbage in “works” yards owned by the Corporation of North Huron.  

Numerous property standards complaints have been made and ignored regarding North Huron’s property not being maintained to the standards as prescribed by their own corporate by-laws. 

Council’s refusal to let by-law enforcement do the job they were hired to do, which is to make sure North Huron’s assets are maintained and not abused, has cost millions in decay. Most of this neglected real estate is then sold in secret backroom deals for pennies on the dollar to a councilor or a close family member.

It has been well documented over the last 12+ years that NH town staff abjectly refused to enforce by-laws on North Huron’s property, or act on any complaints regarding North Huron’s property.

By-law enforcement officer(s) are claiming council has directed them to only target private citizens, a criminal offense if/when proven to be true.

Since the Freedom Convoy numerous Municipalities/Corporations attempted to overreach their authority and force private citizens to take down F🍁ck Trudeau flags from private property. One of the most comical over-reactions was from the Reeve/Mayor of North Huron Bernard Bailey who called the police in a panic when he saw a F🍁ck Trudeau flag downtown Wingham at Buck & Jo’s. The OPP never showed up at Buck & Jo’s, as it would have been a massive Rights violation if they did.

Several recent highly publicized rulings have re-affirmed that corporate/municipal by-law enforcement officers do not have authority on their customer’s private property. 

Municipal by-law officers are hired to hold town staff to account by inspecting our infrastructure on a regular basis, and order it brought up to standard by staff, or they can contract it out. These corporate by-law officers only have authority on the Corporation’s land/assets. If there is any crumbling infrastructure, weeds in the sidewalks, snow on the sidewalks, it is the by-law officer’s job to force town staff to do their jobs. 

In some municipalities still plagued with redneckery, corrupt by-law officers have instead been illegally harassing, trespassing, confiscating private property, entering homes/property without warrant, under the pretense of authority. They illegally threaten massive $10,000+/day fines, and to sell your home if you don’t pay by putting in on your property taxes. Fighting these illegal fines/orders cost victims between $25,000 – $100,000.

North Huron with a population of under 5,000 has over 60 complaints per year for by-law infractions on private property. If those 60 victims all fight this illegal overreach, it would cost between $1.5 million – $6 million collectively in legal fees. Extrapolated for Ontario, that would amount to over $500,0000/year.

In North Huron the same lawyer/law firm is used for the Corporation of North Huron’s corrupt backroom real estate deals, and for illegally prosecuting by-law infractions on private land. The lawyers get millions in legal fees from the victims, and also get money from North Huron taxpayers to prosecute the innocent victim. This illegal/unconstitutional behavior generates millions of dollars in wealth for those participating in this illegal overreach. 

Please take the time to contact North Huron council and demand they stop this illegal activity, like many other Municipalities/Corporations have already done across Ontario.

Since the disbandment of the Wingham Police, council has had to rely on other means to harass and intimidate those that speak up or ask questions. 

The Corporation of North Huron has hired two “corporate police officers” whose actual/legal job is to make sure all infrastructure is maintained to certain standards. If town staff refuse to maintain the corporation’s assets, the by-law officers can demand they do so, and contract out the work and make the corporation pay for it. 

Nancy Small & Riley Brugess are the two people hired by the corporation of North Huron to regularly inspect its assets, and make sure town staff are doing their jobs. If town staff don’t fill a pothole, they can contract it out. If town staff don’t cut the grass in the parks and other land owned by the corporation they can contract it out and make the corporation pay for it. 

If there are any issues with our infrastructure or snow on sidewalks, they are to blame as they have clearly failed to do the job they were paid to do. 

These officers only have authority on land the corporation of North Huron owns, such as Town Hall, roads, boulevards, parks etc. They do not, and have never had authority on private land.

The Corporation of North Huron has no more authority over you than your cable, phone, hydro, or internet company.

Small & Brugess are wanted by WFP for questioning, and to get on the official record that they are ordered to trespass and violate Rights at council’s command, and why they refuse to hold town staff to account as per their job description.

If you think our “justice” system is run by qualified and educated legal professionals with a lifetime of experience, you have been fooled. 

On May 22, 2018 school principal with no legal experience Frank Leddy was appointed as a Justice Of The Peace to the Ontario Court of “Justice”. 16 others were appointed that day, virtually none of them had any legal experience what-so-ever. This man along with Wingham Town Hall’s lawyer Greg Stewart are responsible for the attack and destruction of Buck & Jo’s in Wingham.

These patronage appointments ensure they system is always skewed against the Public. These unqualified not-a-judges want only one thing, your unquestioning compliance and obedience. Only show fear, or they will beat you down like Stratford Police beating down a child that pulled a finger gun on them. #FilmThePolice

Detailed examination of court transcripts and available video show JP Leddy has severe attention and comprehension issues. This combined with his inability to absorb details, and his agonizingly slow toddler-like pace of taking notes during a trial ensures Justice is never accomplished.

JP Leddy’s comments about “general deterrence” should be reason enough for Leddy to be fired, and all judgements reviewed by a competent legal professional. For this and many other reasons Frank Leddy has been added to the Hall Of Shame.

One ubiquitous comment is “the system is broken”. Seemingly everyone agrees there is something horribly wrong with Canada, our rights have been taken, and we are being treated like children. Now you know why! School principals are still in charge of your life! These not-a-judges are also responsible for supporting the overreach of by-law enforcement, trampling your rights under the pretense of the “greater good”.

Men don’t act like Men anymore. It’s natural for the male of all species to want to protect the beings and things they love. They have convinced too many that it’s wrong to ask questions or act like Men. In fact they have convinced some desperate attention seeking people with mental health issues they can even change genders if they want.

When a local sex offender can “identify” as a female in order to go to lady-lockup, even those of you that rode the shortest bus to school have to agree the system is broken.

Disgraced North Huron councilor Chris Palmer was absent from last night’s council meeting. Numerous sources confirm that Palmer has suddenly resigned. At the previous meeting Palmer was outed for his extremely inappropriate contact with children, which many believe was a brazen grooming attempt in public.

The incident at the last council meeting, along with an alleged real estate fraud investigation that may see participants serving lengthy prison sentences, is likely the catalyst for the rumor Palmer will be testifying against the remaining/previous council members in exchange for immunity from prosecution. 

The Public is encouraged to contact the remaining members of council to see which side they are on. Will they defend our Children, Community, infrastructure along with Howson Dam?
