(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – A 21 year old male driver is facing a charge of stunt driving following a traffic stop in Clinton on April 27, 2014. At 1:10 a.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed a GMC Sierra pickup travelling westbound on Huron Road when the driver turned southbound onto Victoria Street in an erratic manner.
The vehicle slide sideways, fishtailed and accelerated southbound out of the intersection before it was stopped.
As a result, 21 year old Bradley SEGEREN from Central Huron has been charged with Stunt Driving contrary to section 172 (1) Highway Traffic Act. His driver’s licence has been suspended for seven days and his motor vehicle has also been impounded for seven days.
