Pervert Alert – Lloyd Eldon CAMPBELL, Child Porn

(SARNIA, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit (CSEU), with assistance from the Lambton Detachment of the OPP and members of the OPP Digital Forensics Unit, have arrested and charged a Sarnia resident following an online child sexual exploitation investigation.

On Monday, October 6, 2025, police executed a search warrant at a residence in the City of Sarnia and seized a number of electronic devices.

As a result of the investigation, Lloyd Eldon CAMPBELL, 30 years old from Sarnia, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

·        Possession of Child Pornography, section 163.1 (4)

·        Accessing Child Pornography, section 163.1 (4.1)

The accused was released from custody following a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia on Monday, November 10, 2025.

Another Violent Home Invasion #StandYourGround

(TRENTON, ON) – Officers with the Quinte West Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have made quick arrests after a home invasion.

Officers were called to a home on Adrian Court in Quinte West on Monday, October 13, 2025, shortly after 8:00 p.m. Residents of an apartment reported being robbed in their home by three individuals armed with a gun and a knife. One of the residents was assaulted but did not suffer serious injuries.

Numerous items and cash were taken, and the individuals forced the victims to transfer money from their bank accounts to another account.

One person was arrested in the area and officers determined the other two suspects were in another apartment. Members of the OPP Emergency Response Team surrounded the location, and the OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit (TRU) was called in.

Within minutes of the TRU team’s arrival, two men were safely taken into custody.

Anthony-Joel KABWIKA LUMBALA, age 26 of Oshawa is charged with:

  • Assault
  • Assault causing bodily harm – choke, suffocate or strangle
  • Pointing a firearm
  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
  • Robbery using a firearm

Ismael TUMBA, age 21 of Toronto is charged with:

  • Knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm
  • Break and enter
  • Disguise with intent
  • Theft over $5000
  • Theft under $5000
  • Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000
  • Unlawfully in a dwelling

  • Failure to comply with a release order

Angela ZIMMERMAN, age 36 of Quinte West is charged with:

Golf Cart Driver Arrested! Details Released

(LAKESHORE, ON) – A member of the Lakeshore Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment observed a golf cart being operated on the road on Monday evening.

On October 13, 2025, at approximately 7:21 p.m., an officer was on patrol on Caille Avenue in the Municipality of Lakeshore, when they observed a male operating a golf cart on the road.

The officer conducted a traffic stop and upon speaking to the driver, detected signs of impairment. As a result, driver was arrested and transported to a local detachment for further testing.

Eugene CIPPARONE, a 48-year-old of Lakeshore was charged under the Criminal Code and the Off-Road Vehicle Act with:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Unlawfully drive Off Road Vehicle on highway
  • Drive off-road vehicle – no number plate
  • Fail to surrender permit for off-road vehicle
  • Drive off-road vehicle – no insurance

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled the appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on October 28, 2025.

A 90-day Administrative Drivers Licence Suspension was issued and vehicle impounded for 7 days as per statue.

Essex County OPP would like to remind motorists that operating golf carts on the road in Essex County is currently only permitted in Lighthouse Cove in Lakeshore and on Pelee Island as part of a pilot project regulation under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA) to permit the use of golf carts. A golf cart is still considered a motor vehicle under the Criminal Code of Canada and laws governing impaired driving will be enforced.

Zachary COUSINS Was Arrested – Details Relased


(BRANT, ON)
 – On October 10, 2025, at approximately 11:33 p.m., members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single-motor vehicle collision on Mechanic Street in Paris, Ontario.

Upon arrival on scene police located a parked blue sedan with a lone male occupant seated in the driver’s seat. The vehicle had extensive front-end damage and appeared to have recently been involved in a collision. The vehicle licence plate also matched the licence plate of a vehicle that fled from police earlier. Police spoke to the male who was sitting in the driver’s seat and following a police investigation Zachary COUSINS a 27-year-old of Cambridge, was taken into custody and charged with the following offences:

  • Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
  • Mischief Destroys or Damages Property
  • Flight from Police

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on October 30, 2025.

The OPP continues to prioritize road safety through proactive enforcement and public education. Impaired driving-whether by alcohol or drugs-remains one of the leading causes of serious collisions and fatalities on Ontario roadways.

Scott BLIGHT – Drunk Driving

(NORTHERN BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – An individual from North Bruce Peninsula is facing impaired driving-related charges stemming from a single motor vehicle collision that had occurred on Stokes Bay Road, in the Township of Northern Bruce Peninsula.

On October 13, 2025, at approximately 8:10 p.m., the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a report of a single motor vehicle collision on Stokes Bay Road, in the Township of Northern Bruce Peninsula. The driver had swerved to avoid a deer and lost control of the vehicle, ending up striking a telephone pole.

The driver was not injured.

Scott BLIGHT, 58-years-old, of Northern Bruce Peninsula, is charged with:

  • Operation while Impaired – Alcohol
  • Operation while Impaired – 80 plus

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on November 6, 2025.

Shawn Macgregor – Drunk Driving, Drive While Suspended

(PARRY SOUND, ON) – The West Parry Sound Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested and charged one person with impaired driving.

On October 12, 2025, at approximately 11:30 a.m. the West Parry Sound OPP received information regarding a possible impaired driver in the parking lot of a business on Pine Drive in the Town of Parry Sound. The vehicle was located and stopped; officers spoke with the driver and initiated an impaired driving investigation.

Shawn Macgregor, 52 years-of-age of Parry Sound was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80plus)
  • Driving while under suspension
  • Operate a motor vehicle without insurance
  • Use plate not authorized for vehicle – two counts
  • Fail to apply for permit on becoming owner

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on November 6, 2025. The accused was also issued a 90-day Administrative Drivers Licence Suspension (ADLS), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

Elaine West – Assault With Weapon, Impaired Operation


(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON)
 – Members from the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) entered into an impaired driving investigation after receiving a traffic complaint regarding a vehicle.

On Friday October 10, 2025 at approximately 9:18 pm, officers were notified of a traffic complainant for a vehicle near Cambray. Officers located the motor vehicle and began an impaired driving investigation. The driver assaulted the officer during the arrest for impaired driving. The officer was not seriously injured during the assault.

Elaine West, 46-year-old of Fenelon Township, was charged with:

  • Operation while Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
  • Operation while Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
  • Resist Peace Officer
  • Assault
  • Assault with a Weapon

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay at a later date. The drivers licence was suspended for 90 days and the motor vehicle was impounded for 7 days.

Tractor Vs Pick-up Truck Collision – One Airlifted To Hospital

(HURON-KINLOSS, ON) – On October 13, 2025, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a motor vehicle collision on Bruce Road 1 near Kairshea Avenue, Township of Huron-Kinloss.

Police attended the scene with Bruce County Paramedic Services and Huron-Kinloss Fire & Emergency Services to discover a collision involving a farm tractor and a pick-up truck & trailer.

The operator of the tractor was transported to a local hospital and later air lifted to a London area trauma centre with serious injuries.

Bruce Road 1 is closed between Bruce Road 6 and Grey Ox Avenue. Updates to follow when available.

Intersection Closed at Highway 6 and Wellington Road 22

(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON) – Three vehicle collision closes intersection of Highway 6 and Wellington Road 22.

On October 13, 2025, at approximately 3:30 p.m., the Wellington County OPP, alongside local emergency response, were dispatched and currently on scene with a collision involving approximately three vehicles at the intersection of Highway 6 and Wellington Road 22 within Centre Wellington Township.

There are reports of various injuries, with occupants being sent to hospital, and one being sent to a trauma centre via air ambulance.

At this time, the number of occupants injured or involved, are currently being established.

This is still an active investigation, but early reports indicate that of the reported injuries, all were deemed as non-life-threatening or altering.

As a result of the collision, these are the following road closures from the intersection:

– (North/South) Highway 6 was closed from 6th line to Wellington Road 51.

– (East) Wellington Road 22 was closed from Highway 6 to Campbell Road.

– (West) 8th line was closed from Highway 6 to Sideroad 6 South.

The entire intersection is closed, but efforts are currently underway to reopen the intersection as soon as possible, once all vehicles involved are removed and cleanup is complete.

Information will be provided when available. The investigation is still ongoing.

(BRACEBRIDGE, ON) – The Bracebridge Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged another driver with impaired driving.

On October 12, 2025, at 1:00 a.m. Bracebridge OPP officers responded to a concern from a member of the public about the condition of a driver on Airport Road in Gravenhurst. Officers located the vehicle and subsequently arrested and charged 38-year-old Jordan SMITH of Bracebridge, ON with Impaired Operation, Over 80, Having Care or Control of a Vehicle with Cannabis Readily Available and Having Care or Control of a Vehicle with Liquor Readily Available. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on October 21, 2025 to answer to his charges.

23 Year Old Facing 6 Criminal Charges After Stopping In Live Lane

(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Members from the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) entered into an impaired driving investigation after receiving two traffic complaints regarding a vehicle stopped in the middle of a live lane.

On Tuesday October 07, 2025 at approximately 00:42 am, officers were notified of a traffic complainant for a vehicle stopped in a live lane of traffic on County Road 36 at Kennedy Bay Road. Officers located the motor vehicle and began an impaired driving investigation. The driver was charged with 6 charges including Criminal Code of Canada offences.

Logan Row, 23-year-old of Bobcaygeon, was charged with:

  • Operation while Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
  • Operation while Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
  • Novice Driver BAC above Zero
  • Driving Motor Vehicle with Liquor Readily Available
  • Drive Vehicle or Boat with Cannabis Readily Available

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay at a later date. The drivers licence was suspended for 90 days and the motor vehicle was impounded for 7 days.

Fatal Hwy 23 Collision

(PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY, ON) – A driver has been located deceased following a single vehicle collision on the Loyalist Parkway (Highway 33) in Prince Edward County.

Officers with the Prince Edward County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police and other first responders were called to the scene near Wellington around 8:15 a.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025.

An eastbound pick-up truck had left the roadway and struck some trees. The driver, who was alone in the vehicle, was able to get out of the truck and was located nearby. He was rushed to a local hospital with no vital signs and was pronounced deceased.

The individual has been identified as a 69-year-old man from Quinte West.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Prince Edward County Detachment, with assistance from the OPP East Region Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) team.

Violent Home Invasion – Suspects At Large

(ORILLIA, ON) – The Orillia Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a home invasion that occurred in the Township of Ramara on October 12th, 2025.   

On the 12th of October 2025 at 10:42 p.m., Orillia OPP entered a robbery investigation after being called to a residence located on Lakeshore Drive in the Township of Ramara, for a robbery involving an edged weapon. Three masked suspects entered the residence, a pepper spray like substance was used on the three occupants of the home and the suspects demanded cash. The suspects brandished edged weapons, and the residents sustained minor injuries from the pepper spray. The suspects fled the scene.

The suspects are described as:

SUSPECT #1

Male approximately 6’0″ tall, believed to have darker skin, wearing dark coloured clothing and his face was covered by a ski mask.

SUSPECT #2

Male approximately 5’6″ tall, Wearing a mask

Suspect #3

Was unable to be described

All individuals brandished edged weapons and were carrying pepper spray.  

Orillia OPP along with the Orillia Major Crime Unit (MCU), OPP Forensic Identification Services (FIS) and Orillia OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) were engaged in the initial call for service.

One Dead, One Injured, Two Arrested

(GINOOGAMING, ON) – Police are seeking the public’s assistance in connection with a fatal shooting that prompted a shelter-in-place advisory in Ginoogaming First Nation.

On Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at approximately 2:15 a.m., members of the Greenstone Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the Anishinabek Police Service (APS) responded to reports of shots fired in the area of Echum Drive, where one person was found deceased and another located with injuries.

On Thursday, October 9, 2025, two people were arrested and charged in connection with the investigation. A shelter-in-place advisory and emergency alert were issued while police searched for the two suspects, and have since been lifted.

The OPP North West Region Crime Unit is continuing the investigation with the APS, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service.

Investigators are seeking assistance from the public. Anyone who was in the area of Echum Drive and Poplar Crescent between midnight and 4:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, is urged to contact police. Investigators are particularly interested in video footage, including surveillance or dashcam, as well as any information that could support the investigation. Even details that seem minor or unrelated may prove to be important.

Another Fatal Collision

(AMARANTH, ON) – Members of the Dufferin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Dufferin County EMS, and Fire Services attended a serious two-vehicle collision in the Township of Amaranth.

On Friday, October 10, 2025, at approximately 8:45 p.m., officers attended County Road 10 near County Road 12 in Amaranth for the report of a serious two-vehicle collision. The collision involved two sport utility vehicles (SUV). A Honda SUV was traveling westbound and collided with an eastbound Toyota SUV.

Sadly, as a result of the collision the driver of the Honda, a 61-year-old, male from Grand Valley was pronounced deceased at the scene. 

The driver of the Toyota, a 36-year-old female was transported to a Toronto area hospital with serious injuries. There were two children in the Toyota who were transported to local hospital with unknown injuries.

The Traffic Collision Investigation (TCI) team of the OPP was brought in to investigate. The investigation is continuing and anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has dash cam footage is asked to contact the Dufferin OPP 1-888-310-1122.
