Home Invader Alert – Call 911 Immediately If You Recognize These People

(NORTHUMBERLAND, ON) – Members of the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a break and enter that occurred in the Municipality of Trent Hills.

On October 12, 2025, shortly after midday, police received a report that a residence on Centre Street in Campbellford had been broken into.

The homeowner returned to find an exterior door damaged and interior items disturbed. The individuals were unsuccessful in obtaining valuables.

A Scenes of Crime Officer (SOCO) attended to assist with the investigation.

Further investigation revealed that several persons entered the property at approximately 11:25 a.m. that day.

The OPP is seeking to identify these persons and is releasing images of the individuals and the vehicle used to leave the scene.

3 More Impaired Drivers Arrested

(DUFFERIN COUNTY) – Members of the Dufferin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged three individuals with impaired driving-related offences between October 11 and October 16, 2025.

OPP officers from the Dufferin Detachment have been actively working to keep our roads safe by removing impaired drivers from the community. During this period, five drivers were taken off the road, helping to ensure safer travel for everyone in Dufferin County.

Andrew STERLING, a 37-year-old male from Shelburne, has been charged with:

·      Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

·      Driving a motor vehicle with an open container of liquor

John DICKIE, a 46-year-old male from Mulmur, has been charged with:

·      Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·      Amber light – fail to stop

·      Fail to surrender insurance card

·      Care or control of a motor vehicle with an open container of liquor

·      Fail to yield from a private road

Brittani KOZAK, a 33-year-old female from Erin, has been charged with:

·      Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

·      Possession of a Schedule I substance – cocaine

·      Care or control of a vehicle or boat with cannabis readily available

·      Possession of unmarked cigarettes

The accused individuals are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville. Their driver’s licences have been suspended, and their vehicles impounded.

More Impaired Drivers Arrested

(CALEDON, ON) – Officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged three individuals with operation while impaired offences during the Thanksgiving long weekend.

On October 11, 2025, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Caledon OPP conducted a traffic stop upon a vehicle who travelled through a RIDE program on Albion Vaughan Road, and Queensgate Boulevard, in the Town of Caledon. Officers investigated and formed grounds that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.

Following the investigation, Samantha BURRIDGE, 32, of Bolton, was charged with:

  • Drive vehicle with cannabis readily available
  • Operation while impaired – alcohol
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Possession of a Schedule III substance

Less than ten minutes later, Caledon OPP conducted a traffic stop upon a vehicle who travelled through a RIDE program on Old School Road, and Heart Lake Road, in the Town of Caledon. Officers investigated and formed grounds that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.

As a result of the investigation, Tajinder Singh, 29, of Waterford, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

On October 13, 2025, at approximately 5:30 a.m., Caledon OPP officers responded to a report of a single vehicle collision on Centreville Creek Road, near Patterson Sideroad, in the Town of Caledon. Shortly after, officers arrived on scene and subsequently formed grounds that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.

Following the investigation, Jake SUTHERLAND, 21, of Brampton, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Novice driver – blood alcohol concentration above zero

All accused parties are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on October 30, 2025, to answer to their charge(s). The vehicles were also impounded for a period of seven days, and their driver’s licences were suspended for a period of 90 days.

Drivers continue to take chances. It’s simply not worth the risk. Motorists are reminded that no amount of alcohol or drugs in your system is safe when driving. If you plan on drinking or consuming drugs, plan to not drive. Instead, arrange for a designated driver, take a taxi or public transit, or come up with another plan that takes impaired driving out of the picture. If you suspect that someone is driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs, it is important to call 9-1-1 to report it.

Carlos ZAMORA Charged AGAIN! #3Strikes

(BRANT, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Brant County Detachment has arrested and charged an individual following a traffic stop in Brant County.

On October 15, 2025, at approximately 10:53 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on McBay Road. Through investigation, it was determined that the driver was operating a motor vehicle while disqualified and under suspension.

As a result, Carlos ZAMORA, a 42-year-old male from Brantford has been charged with:

  • Operate a Conveyance while Prohibited, contrary to the Criminal Code
  • Driving while under suspension X 2, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
  • Speeding 1- 49 kmhr, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act

The accused was released and will have to attend Brantford Criminal Court on November 21, 2025 in answer to the charges.

The OPP reminds all motorists of the importance of ensuring they are properly licensed before operating a motor vehicle.

Two Facing Charges After Puslinch Stop Yields Imitation Firearm

(PUSLINCH TWP, ON) – Two individuals arrested stemming from a traffic stop, imitation firearm seized.

On October 15, 2025, at approximately 9:00 p.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a proactive traffic enforcement initiative, when a traffic stop was initiated on Wellington Road 35 within Puslinch Township.

As a result of the investigation:

The driver, a 34-year-old of Puslinch Township was arrested and charged under the Highway Traffic Act with:

  • Driving while under suspension (two counts)

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Provincial Offences Court – Guelph at a later date.

Additionally, the passenger, Avagalos KARAGEORGOS, a 54-year-old of Kitchener was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Possession of imitation weapon for a dangerous purpose

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Guelph on November 18, 2025.

Exeter Thief Arrested After Foot Chase

(SOUTH HURON, ON) – The Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an individual following an incident at a retail store on Thames Road East in the Town of Exeter, Municipality of South Huron. 

On Tuesday, September 30th, 2025, just before 4:00 p.m., Huron OPP officers were contacted about an individual who reportedly stole items from a store and was still at the location. Police subsequently located the suspect, who attempted to run from police. Officers caught the suspect after a brief foot chase. The suspect resisted arrest but was eventually handcuffed by the officers. The stolen items were located with the suspect, who refused to identify themself but was later identified by investigators.

Trent TAYLOR, 37 years-of-age of no fixed address has been charged with the following offences:

–      Theft Under $5,000,

–      Resist Peace Officer,

–      Obstruct Peace Officer.

The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on November 3rd, 2025.

Stopped In Live Traffic Results In Numerous Weapon Charges

(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Members from the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint about a vehicle stopped in a live lane of Highway 35 at Thunderbridge Road.

On Wednesday October 15, 2025 at approximately 9:07 pm, officers were notified of a motor vehicle stopped on Highway 35 in a live lane at Thunderbridge Road. Officers located the vehicle and began conducting an investigation. The male driver was arrested and charged with 14 charges including unauthorized possession of a firearm.

Austin Dupuis, 28-year-old of Kirkfield, was charged with:

  • Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
  • Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm
  • Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
  • Carrying Concealed Weapon
  • Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid
  • Occupant of Motor Vehicle Knowing there was a Firearm
  • Possession of Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammo
  • Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
  • Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Possession of a Prohibited Device or Ammunition (x2)
  • Possession of a Firearm knowing Serial Number has been Tampered With
  • Possession of Over 30g dried Cannabis (or equivalent) in Public Place

The accused is being held for a Bail Hearing with the Ontario Court of Justice.

20 Year Old Drunk Driver Arrested

(MISSISSIPPI MILLS TWP, ON) – – The Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Lanark Highlands Township resident with impaired driving.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, just after 10:30 p.m. on Highway 7 in Mississippi Mills Township.

The driver was arrested and transported to the OPP Detachment in Carleton Place for testing.

As a result of the investigation, Cameron CARLISLE, 20-years-old, has been charged with:

·        Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).

·        Speeding 1-49 km above the posted speed

·        Novice driver – B.A.C above zero

·        Young driver – B.A.C above zero

·        Drive motor vehicle with open container of liquor

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on Monday, November 9, 2025.

The individual’s driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days (Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

14 Year Old Armed Robber Arrested

(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – A local teen is facing robbery charges following an incident in Fergus. 

On October 15, 2025, at approximately 11:30 a.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), responded to a report of a robbery at knifepoint in a parking lot on Tower Street in Fergus.

Three youth victims did not sustain any reported injuries.

As a result of the investigation, a 14-year-old from Alma, was charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Armed Robbery
  • Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
  • Uttering Threats – cause death or bodily harm

The accused, whose identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph at a later date.

PERVERT ALERT: Jesse DOWSWELL – Child Pornography

(LAMBTON COUNTY, ON) – A Lambton County resident was arrested and charged following a child sexual exploitation investigation by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit (CSEU), with assistance from the Lambton Detachment of the OPP and members of the OPP Digital Forensics Unit.

On Wednesday, October 8, 2025, police executed a search warrant at a residence in the Town of Corunna and seized a number of electronic devices.

As a result of the investigation, Jesse DOWSWELL, 32 years old from Corunna, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of child pornography contrary to section 163.1(4) of the Criminal Code.

The accused was released from custody following a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

Officer Caught Shooting Dog – Wounded Dog At Large

(BLUEWATER, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of an aggressive dog, described as a pit bull. that attacked a pedestrian in the Village of Hensall, Municipality of Bluewater on October 16th just before 1:00 p.m.

Officers arrived on scene and located the dog running at large.

The dog remained aggressive and posed an immediate threat to public safety. One of the responding officers discharged their firearm toward the dog, which then fled the area. It is believed that the dog may have been struck, but its condition is currently unknown.

The injured individual was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.

The dog fled southbound through the community near an elementary school, which was contacted by police to keep students indoors. Officers observed the dog running through a farm field south of Hensall and into a wooded area just west of London Road.

The dog is described as a “pit bull” type breed weighing approximately 120 pounds, predominantly white in colour with some black fur.

Police attended the residences in the area to advise them of the ongoing search.

The public is advised to contact OPP at either 911 or 1-888-310-1122 if this dog is observed. Do not try to capture the animal.

Vehicle Stolen – Cody WHITE Arrested

(WEST ELGIN, ON) – Elgin Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an individual with theft of a motor vehicle.

On Monday, October 13, 2025, at approximately 6:29 p.m., police were notified by the owner of a motor vehicle that it was stolen and recovered in the City of London.

As a result of the investigation, Cody WHITE a 27-year-old from West Elgin was charged under the Criminal Code with Theft of Motor Vehicle.

The accused was released on an Undertaking and scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in St. Thomas on Monday, November 10, 2025.

3 Impaired Drivers Arrested – Names Released

(RENFREW, ON) – The Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged three people after responding to multiple impaired driving incidents this past week.

On Friday, October 10, 2025, at approximately 7:25 a.m., Renfrew OPP officers responded to a single motor vehicle collision in the Township of Whitewater.   

As a result of the investigation, Parker GARRON age 21 of Cobden was charged with:

·        Operation while impaired- alcohol

·        Operation while impaired- blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused was released and scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on November 5, 2025.

On Friday, October 10, 2025, at approximately 8:40 p.m., Renfrew OPP officers responded to a traffic complaint in the Township of Horton. 

As a result of the investigation, Jordan FALARDEAU age 25 of Greely was charged with:

·        Operation while impaired- alcohol

·        Operation while impaired- blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused was released and scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on November 12, 2025.

On Saturday, October 11, 2025, at approximately 9:05 a.m., Renfrew OPP officers responded to a traffic complaint in the Town of Arnprior. 

As a result of the investigation, Robert RICHARDS age 62 of Arnprior was charged with:

·        Operation while impaired- drug

·        Possession of a schedule 1 Substance-Cocaine

The accused was released and scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on November 19, 2025.

The individual’s driver’s license’s have been suspended for 90 days, and their vehicle was impounded for seven days.

$300,000 Wiarton Drug Bust

(WIARTON, ON) The Grey-Bruce Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), with support from multiple specialized units, concluded a months-long drug trafficking investigation with the arrest of two individuals and the seizure of a substantial quantity of controlled substances and offence-related property.

In July 2025, members of the Grey-Bruce CSCU initiated an investigation into suspected drug trafficking activity in Wiarton, Bruce County. Two individuals were identified as key figures in the distribution of fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine in the region.

Following extensive surveillance and intelligence gathering, officers obtained a CDSA search warrant for a residence on Frank Street in Wiarton.

On the morning of Thursday, October 9, 2025, the Grey-Bruce CSCU, with assistance from Huron-Perth CSCU, Wellington CSCU, Central Region Tactics and Rescue Unit (TRU), West Region Emergency Response Team (ERT), and Canine Services, executed the warrant. One accused was located inside the residence and arrested without incident.

On October 10, 2025, a second individual was arrested in connection with the same investigation.

As a result of the search, officers seized:

  • A significant amount of controlled substances which included suspected fentanyl, suspected cocaine, and suspected methamphetamine, with a potential street value of over $300,000
  • $1,695.00 in Canadian currency
  • Various items of drug processing paraphernalia

The estimated value of the seized offence-related property is approximately $1,800.00.

Pending further investigation of the substances, an updated release will be provided in the near future.

“This investigation represents an outstanding effort by our Community Street Crime Unit and supporting teams,” said Inspector Marla Barfoot of the Grey-Bruce OPP. “The suspected fentanyl seizure is one of the largest ever in Bruce and Grey Counties, and it represents a significant disruption to the illegal drug trade in our region. I’m proud of the teamwork, professionalism, and commitment shown throughout this operation.”

Samuel ELVIRA JUNIOR, 31 years old, from Toronto, was arrested on October 9, 2025, and has been charged with the following Criminal Code (CC) and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) offences:

  • Possession of identity documents (CC)
  • Fail to comply with probation order (CC)
  • Possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking (CDSA)
  • Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking (CDSA)
  • Possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking (CDSA)

Dawn DUCKER, 58 years old, from Wiarton, was arrested on October 10, 2025, and has been charged with the following Controlled Drugs and Substances Act offences:

  • Possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking (CDSA)
  • Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking (CDSA)
  • Possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking (CDSA)

Both accused appeared for bail hearings on October 10, 2025, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound.

Dawn DUCKER was held for bail and has since been released on a Form 11 undertaking.

Samuel ELVIRA JUNIOR was held for bail and remains in custody. Their next bail hearing is scheduled for October 30, 2025.

35 Year Old Suspended Driver From Stratford Arrested

(LUCAN BIDDULPH, ON) – Driver facing Impaired charge after traffic stop.

On October 13, 2025, at 4:43 p.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) while on general patrol on Elginfield Road in the Township of Lucan Biddulph, observed vehicle travelling in excess of the posted speed limit.  

A traffic stop was initiated at which time the driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP Detachment.

As a result, Daniel TRACY, a 35-year-old of Stratford, has been charged under the Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act with:

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·      Speeding 1 – 49 Km/h over posted limit

·      Driving while under suspension

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on November 20, 2025.

The Middlesex OPP wants to remind the public that if you see anything suspicious or suspect an impaired driver you should contact the Ontario Provincial Police or your nearest police authority immediately.
