Maitland Valley Fraud/Corruption Exposed After Gas Station Scandal – MVCA Virtually Bankrupt, Toothless & Useless

Calls for MVCA’s defunding and extinction have grown after the complete failure to protect Wingham by allowing precious floodplains to be filled in for gas pumps and McDonalds. According to sources there were no environmental studies done and no approvals acquired before starting.

MVCA claims they can’t/couldn’t afford the $2,500 to run a simulation to see the devastation that would happen when they allowed the floodplain to be filled in for gas pumps. Millions of dollars were invested in that project, but a $2,500 study to see who would be affected was never done. Why? It would have drawn attention to the illegal filling of the floodplain and allowed time for the public to offer input and save their properties.

MVCA refuses to protect our watersheds and floodplains, yet they still accept massive paychecks funded by our tax dollars. They serve no purpose other than to rubber stamp big businesses that want to fill in floodplains in exchange for more funding through the new taxes that property generates.

Didn’t Get Your Drugs? Don’t Call 911

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachments primary focus is public safety and we want to reinforce to the public the importance of the proper use of the 9-1-1 system

When people need emergency assistance, dialing 9-1-1 gets immediate help under normal circumstances. 

On average, it takes at least two officers approximately thirty minutes to respond, investigate and clear the call. This puts enormous pressure on OPP resources when officers respond to unnecessary calls that can be prevented.

On Thursday, December 10, 2020, at approximately 10:59 p.m., officers attended a Queensway West address after an unknown individual contacted 9-1-1 reporting an emergency. It was determined that they called the emergency number after they had e-transferred money to purchase illicit drugs that never arrived and wanted to report a theft.

The use of 9-1-1 for emergency response continues to save lives when used appropriately and the OPP want those who need urgent help to use 9-1-1. The OPP also encourages families to discuss proper use of 9-1-1 to prevent hang ups and misdials from occurring.

The OPP is urging all Norfolk County residents to use 9-1-1 when there is an emergency.

Please do not call 9-1-1 about a power outage or to inquire about road conditions or if you have a sick racoon on your property or to order food. This is NOT an emergency.  Residents are being asked to contact 1-888-310-1122 for all non-emergent calls for service.

Nizam KHAN – Drunk Driving

(TOWNSHIP OF GUELPH-ERAMOSA, ON) – On December 10, 2020, at approximately 10:00 p.m. the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. program on Paisley Road at Woolwich-Guelph Townline in Guelph-Eramosa Township.

Police pulled over a vehicle after it failed to stop at the checkpoint. Police spoke with the driver and detected an odour of alcohol on their breath. A Roadside Screening Device test was conducted which resulted in a fail. The driver was transported to a local OPP Operation Centre for further testing.

Nizam KHAN, 44-years-old of Kitchener has been charged with Impaired Operation – 80 Plus (mg of alcohol per 100 mL of blood) contrary to the Criminal Code. A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (A.D.L.S.) and 7-day Vehicle Impoundment was initiated as per statute. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph on January 5, 2021 to answer to the charges.

Online Seller Mugged At Meeting

On Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at approximately 7:20 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police responded to the area of Edward Street and Johnston Avenue in Cambridge for a report of a robbery. The victim had arranged to sell items online via a buy and sell forum and met with unknown males in a public parking lot. One of the male subjects brandished a weapon and then fled the area on foot with the merchandise. The victim did not sustain any physical injuries. The first suspect has been described as male, black, early to mid-20s, approximately 6’0″ tall, with a thin build, black shoulder-length hair in braids. The race of the second suspect is unknown at this time; however, the male was described as being in his early to mid-20s, approximately 5’8″ tall, with a thin build, wearing dark clothing. Kyle ROCHON Arrested Again

(NORTH PERTH, ON) – Using a false name resulted in one person being arrested and charged in the Municipality of North Perth last week.

On November 30 2020, just after 6:30 a.m., the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call of a possible break and enter a shop on Main Street, in Atwood. When police arrived on scene, there were multiple suspects present. It was determined that the parties in fact had permission from the owner to be on the property, and there were no issues. However, during the investigation, one person was found to be a federal offender, violating their parole. They were subsequently arrested, and transported to a local police detachment.

Upon further investigation, it was eventually learned that the accused had actually used a false name, and was not the federal offender. It is a criminal offence to use a false name to avoid arrest.

As a result, Kyle ROCHON, 31, of Woolwich, has been charged with:

  • Personation with Intent to Avoid Arrest, Prosecution, or Obstruct Justice
  • Obstruct Peace Officer

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges.

Suspended Driver Caught Again NEWMAN

(TOWNSHIP OF MAPLETON, ON) – On December 6, 2020, at approximately 1:25 p.m. a member of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated the driver of a motor vehicle on Wellington Road 12 near Wellington Road 7 for a Highway Traffic Act infraction.

Police spoke with the driver and determined that they were bound by three separate driving suspensions and they were placed under arrest.

Gordon Paul NEWMAN, 28-years-old of Ayton has been charged with Operation While Prohibited contrary to the Criminal Code and Drive While Under Suspension X2 and Speeding contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. A 45-day Vehicle Impoundment was initiated as per statute. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph on January 8, 2021 to answer to the charges.

Marijuana Joint Taken Off The Streets – Two Arrested

(TOWNSHIP OF WELLINGTON NORTH, ON) – On December 2, 2020, at approximately 1:20 a.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E check on Main Street near Grant Street in Mount Forest.

 At that time officers investigated the occupants of a motor vehicle that entered into the checkpoint. While speaking with the individuals, police detected the odour of marihuana emanating from within the vehicle. During the investigation, police observed a marihuana joint and a plastic baggie containing marihuana bud.

Police searched the vehicle and occupants and located a large quantity of Canadian currency as well as digital scales and several glass jars containing marihuana bud.

The occupants were placed under arrest.

Kaeshon ANAND, 25-years-old of Whitby has been charged with Adult Possession For the Purpose of Distributing contrary to the Cannabis Act and Adult Drive Vehicle with Cannabis Readily Available contrary to the Cannabis Control Act. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph on January 5, 2021 to answer to the charges.

Abelash SIVALOGANATHAN, 25-years-old of Ajax has been charged with Adult Possession For the Purpose of Distributing contrary to the Cannabis Act. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of Justice – Guelph on January 8, 2021 to answer to the charge.

Methamphetamine Bust – Nicole McCAULEY

(BRANT COUNTY, ON) -Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called by a business owner reporting a shoplifting incident. On Grand River Street North in Paris in the County of Brant.

OPP investigators attended Canadian Tire located at 300 Grand River Street North in Paris in The County of Brant and conducted an investigation and arrested and charged a person. During the arrest a quantity of methamphetamine was located.

Nicole McCAULEY 27-years-old from the County of Brant has been charged with Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 contrary to Section 354(1) (a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

The charge of Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance contrary to Section 4(1) of the Controlled Drug and Substances Act was also laid.

They will appear in Brantford Court at a later date to answer to their charges.

Patrick KUENEMAN – Hit & Run, Impaired Driving

(Elgin County) Elgin County OPP have charged a 32 year Southwest Middlesex resident with several offences relating to a single motor vehicle collision which occurred yesterday December 9th, 2020 at approximately 2:15pm on Highway 401 westbound just west of Union Rd, Elgin County.

Police received multiple calls from the motoring public reporting that a car had struck the center median of the highway, that the vehicles airbags had deployed and that there was smoke coming from the vehicle. Moments later police received reports that vehicle involved in the collision was now traveling westbound on the Highway 401 with sparks coming from the vehicle which was heavily damaged.

Police located the vehicle on the Iona Rd. exit/Hwy 401 at Iona Rd. and as a result of the investigation arrested the driver, the lone occupant, with impaired driving. The driver was not injured in the collision.

Police have since charged Patrick KUENEMAN, age 32, of Southwest Middlesex with;

  1. Impaired Driving
  2. Dangerous Driving
  3. Failing to Remain at the Scene of a Collision
  4. Operating a Motor Vehicle with No Insurance.

KUENEMAN was later released on an appearance notice with a future court date of the 26th of January, 2021 in St. Thomas, ON Criminal Court.

$50,000 In Tools Stolen During Break In

(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On November 26, 2020 at 7:42 a.m., Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a break and enter at a construction site at Lakeshore Boulevard North in South Bruce Peninsula.

The break-in occurred between 6:00 p.m. on November 25th and 6:00 a.m. on November 26th. Unknown person(s) broke into the first and second floors and stole multiple tools, including various cordless tools and saws, from a building currently under construction. The total value of the property taken was over $50,000. Several of the stolen tools were made by HILTI.

Grey Bruce OPP are asking for assistance from the public in identifying the person(s) involved in this crime.

Serial Arsonist May Be Torching Waterloo

Waterloo Region, Ontario – The Waterloo Regional Police Service, with the assistance of Waterloo Fire Rescue Services and the Ontario Office of the Fire Marshal have a dedicated team assigned to investigate an emerging trend of suspicious fires that have occurred in Waterloo over the past four months.

Each fire is being investigated independently; however, investigators are trying to determine if any of the incidents are related.

After further consultation, investigators are focusing on the following incidents: 

  • On Saturday, October 3, 2020, at approximately 3 a.m., Waterloo Fire Rescue and WRPS responded to the area of Erb Street West and Roosevelt Avenue for a report of chairs beside a dumpster on fire. 
  • On Saturday, October 10, 2020, at approximately 1 a.m., Waterloo Fire Rescue and WRPS responded to the area of Amos Avenue and Vogel Place for reports of a residential fire. 
  • On Thursday, October 15, 2020, at approximately 1:50 a.m., Waterloo Fire Rescue and WRPS responded to the area of Regina Street and William Street East for reports of a mattress on fire. 
  • On Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at approximately 9 a.m., Waterloo Fire Rescue and WRPS responded to the area of Columbia Street West and Spruce Street for reports of a garage fire. 
  • On Monday, October 26, 2020, at approximately 6:50 a.m., Waterloo Fire Rescue and WRPS responded to the area of Lester Street and Hickory Street West for reports of a detached garage on fire. 
  • On Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at approximately 2:10 p.m., Waterloo Fire Rescue and WRPS responded to the area of Northfield Drive and Conestoga Parkway for reports of a transport tractor trailer; parked in a parking lot on fire. 
  • On Friday, November 6, 2020, at approximately 1:40 a.m., Waterloo Fire Rescue and WRPS responded to the area of Columbia Street West in Waterloo for a report of a garbage bin on fire. 
  • On Saturday, November 7, 2020, at approximately 6:30 a.m., Waterloo Fire Rescue and WRPS responded to the area of Weber Street North for a report of a shopping cart on fire. 
  • On Sunday, November 8, 2020, at approximately 3:50 a.m., Waterloo Fire Rescue and WRPS responded to the area of Albert Street for a report of a recycling bin on fire. 
  • On Monday, November 9, 2020, at approximately 12:10 a.m., Waterloo Fire Rescue and WRPS responded to the area of King Street North and Columbia Street East for a report of a garbage bin and a pile of leaves on fire. 
  • On Saturday, November 28, 2020, at approximately 6:15 a.m., Waterloo Fire Rescue and WRPS responded to the area of Columbia Street West for a residential fire. 
  • On Saturday, November 28, 2020, at approximately 8:15 a.m., Waterloo Regional Police received a report that a tree covered in burlap was set on fire sometime overnight in the area of Fern Crescent. 
  • On Thursday, December 10, 2020, at approximately 2:15 a.m., Waterloo Fire and WRPS responded to the area of Erb Street West for reports of a large recycling bin on fire. 

Waterloo Fire Rescue reminds residents and business owners to be fire safe and vigilant at all times. The public is reminded to do the following: 

  • If you witness a fire incident, ensure the safety of you and your loved ones by calling 9-1-1
  • Install and maintain smoke alarms on every level of your home and outside all sleeping areas
  • Ensure carbon monoxide alarms are installed adjacent to all sleeping areas of the home
  • Ensure you complete a home fire escape plan with your family by knowing two (2) ways out of your home
  • Lock and secure homes, vehicles, machinery/equipment and fence gates and
  • Secure combustibles (such as brush, trash, recyclables and gas cans) and flammables and store them in a locked shed outside or in a locked container

$20,000/year Property Tax Break For Reeve Bernie Bailey At Your Expense

When a former Chief of Police mentions that North Huron Reeve bernie bailey should be investigated due to his real estate dealings/conflict of interest you know things are bad, beyond bad. In fact the only response from disgraced North Huron Reeve bernie bailey at the time was to scream back that he “doesn’t take to threats” during his tantrum.

FACT: Reeve bernie bailey is paying less property tax than nearly everyone else in Wingham.

North Huron Reeve bernie bailey is only paying tax on a $250,000 assessment for his home at 595 Josephine St. Wingham, instead of the $1.3 million current market value. This means instead of paying $26,000/year in property tax he is paying about $5,000. Please note there has been about a “trailer park’s” worth of renovations done this summer on his home at 595 Josephine St. Wingham.

Goderich Drug Bust – LANGDON, BAYNTON, FICKLING, BEAN & CRETE

(GODERICH, ON) – A drug trafficking investigation conducted by members of the Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment and the Huron-Perth Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU) in the Town of Goderich has resulted in arrests, charges and the seizure of three different types of drugs.

On Tuesday, December 8, 2020 members from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Huron-Perth & Grey-Bruce Community Street Crimes Units (CSCU) executed a search warrant at a residence located on Regent Street in the Town of Goderich. 

As a result of the execution of the search warrant, police seized quantities of suspected cocaine, psilocybin (magic mushrooms) and N-Dimethyltryptamine (DMT). DMT is a hallucinogenic drug.   

The estimated value of the seized controlled substances is approximately $6,786. 

In addition to the seized controlled substances, police also seized offence related property consisting of drug trafficking paraphernalia, $640 in Canadian currency, a cell phone, pellet gun and a compound bow. 

Samuel LANGDON, 29 years of age from Goderich has been charged with Possession of DMT for the Purposes of Trafficking, Possession of Psilocybin for the Purposes of Trafficking, Production of DMT, Production of Psilocybin and Possession of Cocaine.

Kaeley BAYNTON, 19 years of age, from Goderich has been charged with Possession of DMT for the Purposes of Trafficking, Possession of Psilocybin for the Purposes of Trafficking and Possession of Cocaine.

Justin FICKLING, 26 years of age from London has been charged with Possession of DMT for the Purposes of Trafficking, Possession of Psilocybin for the Purposes of Trafficking and Possession of Cocaine.

Brandon BEAN, 28 years of age from Goderich has been charged with Possession of DMT for the Purposes of Trafficking, Possession of Psilocybin for the Purposes of Trafficking, Production of DMT, Production of Psilocybin and Possession of Cocaine.

Jordan CRETE, 28 years of age from Goderich has been charged with Possession of DMT for the Purposes of Trafficking, Possession of Psilocybin for the Purposes of Trafficking, Production of DMT, Production of Psilocybin and Possession of Cocaine.

All accused have since been released from custody with court dates scheduled for February 8, 2021 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.

Lagoonaville Sewage Suites Scandal To Double Wingham Taxes – North Huron Near Bankrupt & No Money For Pedestrian Safety

Taxes will be re-doubling again for most in North Huron as bernie bailey’s council is giving away 5-10 million of taxpayer dollars to loyalists to get Lagoonaville ready for development. This development is right beside the Wingham sewage lagoon, some still refer to it as Hutton Heights or the Sewage Suites. Property taxes are expected to be around $10,000 – $12,000/year, plus water, sewer, and garbage fees. A small price to pay for that ever-present sewage stink so you can do a covid symptom check by opening a window to make sure your sense of smell still works.

The 5-10 million will be spent on “studies and buddies”. It makes no difference if zero people buy into the sewage suites way of living, they will still get their millions of taxpayer dollars. It will be like the last attempt at the 400 home subdivision where they spent about a half a million dollars. Everyone paid the price through higher taxes. The ONLY ones to benefit are those “contractors” and councilors that got kickbacks/incentives and those holding the land.

Not only will bernie bailey and his council make sure there are no assets left in North Huron by giving away all our real estate for pennies on the dollar, they are running up debt at record levels. $20,000 for three tvs they don’t use is just one tiny example of how corrupt they are.

Since there is no one to give councillors a kickback for clearing all the sidewalks, it will never happen. There is just no profit in it for them, unlike real estate scams where they can get millions of land or dollars into their friends hands for discount renovations or free tvs.

Despite social distancing rules, DO NOT expect North Huron to do anything different this year regarding pedestrian safety. You can walk in traffic this winter just like every other year and admire all the blocked sidewalks.

Cosmo TEDESCO – Sexual Assault

(COUNTY OF WELLINGTON, ON) – A recent criminal investigation conducted by Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) uniform members and Crime Unit has resulted in sexual assault and another sex-related offence being laid against a City of Guelph resident.

The charges stem from incidents that occurred in November, 2020.

Cosmo TEDESCO, 71-years-old of Guelph has been charged with Sexual Assault and Sexual Interference contrary to the Criminal Code. The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice – Guelph at a future date to answer to the charges.
