Michael MILLER Was Arrested Again #3Strikes

(WAWA, ON)- The Superior East Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charges prohibited driver with multiple offences.

On Monday October 27, 2025, at approximately 11:50 a.m., members from the Superior East OPP Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) with assistance from the OPP’s Emergency Response Team (ERT), conducted a traffic stop on Mission Road in the Town of Wawa in relation to a suspected prohibited driver.

The driver was arrested, and during a search, police located over $2,500 in Canadian currency. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of over 40 grams of suspected cocaine (estimated street value of $5,000), two digital scales and 3D-printed brass knuckles.

As a result of the investigation, Michael MILLER, 48 years-of-age, from Wawa, was charged with:

  • Operation while prohibited under the criminal code (two counts)
  • Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
  • Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose
  • Possession property obtained by crime under $5,000
  • Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court

The accused appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Wawa on October 28, 2025 and was remanded into custody.

Brian WATSON Was Arrested

(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – On November 3, 2025, the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a person with multiple outstanding arrest warrants. 

Police observed a wanted person operating a small grey Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) and conducted a traffic stop on Hillside Drive South. The driver, who also had a suspended license, was subsequently arrested and the SUV was towed and impounded.  

Brian WATSON, 45-years-old, of Elliot Lake was charged with:

• Drive while suspended

• Two Committal Warrants executed

The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on December 17, 2025.

Numerous Home Invasions – Jessielynn FOURNIER Finally Arrested

(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – The East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a person in relation to multiple residential break & enters.

On November 4, 2025, at approximately 6:00 a.m. police were called to McKeown Road for a female who was high on drugs breaking into homes. Police attended the area and located the female who was subsequently arrested. Due to the level of intoxication, Algoma Paramedic Services transported her to the hospital for assessment and was medically cleared a short time after. 

Jessielynn FOURNIER, 30-years-old from Elliot Lake was charged with:

·      Break, enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence – two counts

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on December 4, 2025.

WARNING: Goderich Sexual Assault – Suspect At Large

(GODERICH, ON) – The Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit is investigating a report of a sexual assault in the Town of Goderich. 

On November 2nd, 2025, the Huron County OPP received a report of a sexual assault that reportedly took place on MacEwan Street just south of Suncoast Drive East in the Town of Goderich. The incident took place between 12:25 p.m. and 1:35 p.m. on November 2nd.

A description of the suspect vehicle driver was provided to police as follows:

Caucasian male, approximately 60 years-of-age, clean shaven, height approximately 5’4″, medium build, wearing a hat, denim jacket and jeans.

Investigators canvassed the area and obtained images of the vehicle believed to be involved in the crime. The vehicle is described as follows:

2014 – 2018 model year GMC Sierra 1500 pickup truck, black in colour, four-door quad cab, running boards, mud flaps, chrome bumpers, and steel rims.

Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the vehicle and suspect driver. If you have any video surveillance available or dash-cam footage in the area of the incident at the time noted above, please contact the OPP. Incident # E251488267 refers.

Assaults: Cameron BUSH & Phoenix DRAPER Arrested

(PICTON, ON) – Two people have been charged with assault with a weapon after an incident in Picton.

On Saturday, November 1, 2025, around 2:15 a.m., officers with the Prince Edward County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a reported stabbing at a local residence.

Officers arrived to find three victims with non-life-threatening injuries. Another individual reported they were threatened with a knife.

Officers recovered a weapon at the scene, and two individuals were arrested.

Phoenix DRAPER, age 23 of Belleville, has been charged with:

  • Assault
  • Uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm
  • Assault with a weapon – two counts
  • Assault causing bodily harm
  • Unlawfully in a dwelling
  • Fail to comply with probation order

Cameron BUSH, age 24 of Belleville, has been charged with:

  • Assault with a weapon – two counts
  • Assault causing bodily harm
  • Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose

Both accused remain in custody and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

Weapon & Drug Bust -Darren GRAHAM & Travis JACOBS

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – Two individuals have been charged with weapons and cannabis-related offences following a traffic stop in Simcoe.

On Monday, November 3, 2025, at approximately 11:10 p.m., the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a suspicious person possibly entering vehicles in the area of Norris Street and Lee Avenue in Simcoe. While investigating, a responding officer was alerted to a nearby vehicle after receiving a notification from the police cruiser’s Automated Licence Plate Recognition (ALPR) system.

During an interaction with the driver and passenger, the officer observed a firearm and a crossbow inside the vehicle, leading to both individuals being taken into custody. A subsequent search resulted in the seizure of dried cannabis, and other cannabis products.

As result, 32-year-old Travis JACOBS of Norfolk County was charged with the following alleged offences:

  • Unauthorized possession of a firearm,
  • Possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order,
  • Possession of over 30g dried cannabis (or equivalent) in a public place,
  • Possession for the purpose of distributing,
  • Fail to comply with Probation Order – two counts).

Also charged is 32-year-old Darren GRAHAM, of Norfolk County, with the following alleged offences:

  • Unauthorized possession of a firearm,
  • Possession of over 30g of dried cannabis (or equivalent) in a public place,
  • Possession for the purpose of distributing,
  • Drive motor vehicle – no licence,
  • Drive motor vehicle, no currently validated permit,
  • No mudguard.

The accused individuals remain in custody and are scheduled to appear for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Drug Bust – Amanda CORBY &Charles TOWNSEND

(BANCROFT, ON) – Members of the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have seized over $1,000 worth of drugs during a traffic stop in the Town of Bancroft. 

On Sunday, November 2, 2025, shortly before 10:00 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle. During the investigation two people were arrested and a search of the vehicle and the arrested people located over 14 grams of suspected cocaine, cash, and a cell phone.

Amanda CORBY, age 37 and Charles TOWNSEND age 61, of Highlands East have been charged with:

  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking
  • Fail to comply with probation order

Both of the accused were remanded into custody and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on November 4, 2025.

Kyle DEXTER Was Arrested Again #3Strikes

(BANCROFT, ON) – Members of the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested one person after they were found breaching conditions of a release order.

On Saturday, November 1, 2025, shortly before 6:30 p.m., officers recognized a person that had been breaching the conditions of their release order in the Town of Bancroft. When officers approached, the individual resisted arrest but was safely taken into custody when other officers arrived.

Kyle DEXTER, 38, of Hastings Highlands has been charged with the following:

·      Resist peace officer

·      Fail to comply with release order

The accused was held for bail and remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on November 4, 2025.

Home Invasions – Steven GUIBOCHE & Drake AIKEN Arrested

(RED LAKE, ON) – The Red Lake Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested two individuals in connection with a series of break and enter occurrences that affected seasonal property owners, business owners and residents throughout the Red Lake area.

Over recent weeks, police have responded to numerous reports of break, enter, theft and property damage at camps, businesses and outbuildings – both local and remote. On October 29, 2025, a search warrant executed at a residence in Red Lake resulted in the recovery of a substantial amount of stolen property believed to be linked to multiple incidents.

As a result of the investigation, two accused have been arrested and remanded into custody. One of the individuals has been linked to six separate scenes through ongoing investigative efforts. On October 29, 2025, Steven GUIBOCHE, 44, of Red Lake, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Break, enter dwelling house – commit indictable offence, section 348(1)(b)
  • Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, section 355(a)
  • Theft over $5,000, section 334(a)
  • Break and enter a place and steal a firearm, section 98(1)(b)
  • Resist peace officer, section 129(a) – two counts

On November 4, 2025, Drake AIKEN, 26, of Red Lake, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, section 355(a) – two counts
  • Break and enter a place and steal a firearm, section 98(1)(b)
  • Theft over $5,000, section 334(a) – two counts
  • Break, enter dwelling house – commit indictable offence, section 348(1)(b) – three counts
  • Mischief – destroys or damages property, section 430(1)(a)
  • Theft under $5,000, section 334(b) 
  • Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, section 354(1)(a)
  • Mischief – renders property dangerous, useless, inoperative or ineffective, section 430(1)(b)
  • Possession of break in instruments, section 351(1)
  • Operation while prohibited, section 320.18(1)(a)

The Red Lake OPP continues to investigate and is urging all property owners to inspect their locations for signs of forced entry, damage or missing items. Alexander INGLETON 192 in a 90 Zone

(ENGLEHART, ON) – A driver caught travelling at 192 km/h in a posted 90 km/h zone is facing impaired driving charges.

On Sunday, November 2, 2025, at approximately 1:00 a.m., officers from the Englehart Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Second Street in Englehart after a vehicle was observed travelling 192 kilometres per hour (km/h) in a posted 90 km/h zone.

During the traffic stop, the officer detected an odour of alcohol. As a result of the investigation, the driver was arrested for impaired operation and transported to the OPP detachment for further testing. The vehicle was impounded.

The accused, Alexander INGLETON, 28 years old, of Englehart, has been charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Drive motor vehicle – perform stunt

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Haileybury on November 25, 2025. Additionally, they received a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS).

The OPP reminds motorists that speeding and impaired driving are leading causes of collisions on Ontario roads. All drivers are urged to obey posted speed limits and to never operate a vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs.

Justin WOOLLVEN – Drunk Driving

(LEAMINGTON, ON) – An individual from Kingsville is facing impaired driving related charges after a single vehicle collision on Erie Street South.

On November 3, 2025, at approximately 11:42 p.m., members of the Leamington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle collision that had occurred on Erie Street South, in the Municipality of Leamington.

Officers attended and spoke with the lone occupant of the vehicle and determined that they had previously consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to a local detachment for further testing. The driver of the vehicle was not injured.

Justin WOOLLVEN, 37-years-old, of Kingsville, has been charged with:

  • Operation while Impaired – Alcohol
  • Operation while Impaired – Blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on November 14, 2025.

Damian STRUB – Assault, Drunk Driving

(BRANT, ON) – On Oct 31, 2025, at approximately 7:26 p.m., members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint regarding a motor vehicle driving on Hartley Avenue.

Police located the vehicle in question and conducted a traffic stop on Hartley Avenue. Following a police investigation police arrested Damian STRUB a 25-year-old male of Waterloo, and charged him with the following offences:

  • Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
  • Assault a Peace Officer X 2
  • Mischief X 2

The accused was held in custody and awaited a bail hearing on November 1.

The OPP continues to prioritize road safety through proactive enforcement and public education. Impaired driving-whether by alcohol or drugs-remains one of the leading causes of serious collisions and fatalities on Ontario roadways.

Taryn GULOTTA – Drunk Driving

(HALDIMAND COUNTY) – A driver is facing charges following an investigation in Caledonia.

On Nov 1, 2025, at approximately 12:35 p.m., members of the Haldimand detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a disturbance on Argyle Street, Caledonia.

The investigation determined that an individual arrived at that location and was possibly driving impaired but had left the scene.

Police located the vehicle soon after and a traffic stop was conducted.

Taryn GULOTTA, 43-years-old of Haldimand County has been charged with the following offences:

  • Operation While Impaired
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
  • Failure to Comply with Release Order (two counts)

The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on November 7, 2025.

Scott SMITH Was Arrested

(WEST NIPISSING, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged one person and recovered a stolen trailer, after conducting a traffic stop.

On Monday November 3, 2025, at approximately 3:30 a.m., members from the Nipissing West Detachment of the OPP, conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle towing a trailer on Dutrisac Road, West Nipissing.

The vehicle attempted to flee from police but overturned the trailer when making a turn. The trailer was found to be stolen and the driver was arrested. A search of the vehicle located a small amount of drugs suspected to be crack cocaine.

As a result of the investigation, the driver, Scott SMITH, 36 years-of-age, from West Nipissing, was charged with:

  • Possession property obtained by crime over $5,000
  • Theft over $5000
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Thursday December 4, 2025, in North Bay.

Noah JILESEN – Drunk Driving

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – Driver charged with impaired after suspicious vehicle stopped in Ilderton.

On November 2, 2025, at 2:41 a.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), while on general patrol, observed a suspicious vehicle on King Street in Ilderton, Municipality of Middlesex Centre, at which time a traffic stop was initiated.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

As a result, Noah JILESEN, a 19-year-old of Paisley, has been charged under the Criminal Code, Highway Traffic Act and Liquor Licence Control Act with:

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·      Young driver – B.A.C. above zero

·      Having care or control of a motor vehicle with liquor readily available

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on December 9, 2025.

The Middlesex OPP wants to remind the public that if you see anything suspicious or suspect an impaired driver you should contact the Ontario Provincial Police or your nearest police authority immediately.
