(MUNSEE-DELAWARE NATION)- On April 4, 2014 members of the Munsee-Delaware First Nation Police Service and Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break and enter complaint at the Paradise Bingo Hall located on Jubilee Road. At the time police learned that a suspect forced open a door to the commercial building and removed a quaintly of cigarettes.
As a result of an on-going investigation police have arrested and charged a 17 year old male from Munsee-Delaware Nation with two counts of break and enter as per Section 348(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada. The accused was later released from police custody by way of an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear in a London court room at a later date to speak to the charges.
