(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On May 3, 2014 at approximately 8:55 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received a driving complaint in Puslinch Township. Police located the northbound 2008 Kia on Brock Road North near Maltby Road and stopped the vehicle. Officers spoke with the driver and determined he had consumed alcohol. He was arrested and transported to the South Wellington Operations Centre in Rockwood for further testing.
Brian BELL age 49 of Guelph has been charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80 mgs, contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on June 3, 2014 to answer to the charges.
