(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were called to a two vehicle collision at White Swan Road and Holditch School Road in the County of Brant.
At approximately 3:25 p.m. Monday May 12th, 2014, officers attended the motor vehicle collision. The officers were advised that a male and female fled the area on foot. Officers located the two suspects who had fled the area on foot. After further investigation the officers located numerous items that had been stolen.
Brandon MCNEVAN 23 years of age and Nicole MARTINDALE 18 years of age, both from the City of Sarnia are facing the following criminal charges
Nine counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000.00
Fail to Comply with Recognizance
Both accused are currently being held in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
