MALE CHARGED AFTER BREAK AND ENTER

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON)- On Thursday May 15, 2014 at 4:11 p.m. members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a residential break and enter on the 3000 block of Gladstone Drive located in the Municipality of Thames Centre. Police have learned that suspects gained entry to the home through a side door of the residence and removed a quaintly of property valued at $400. An alert citizen contacted police advising that they observed a black Dodge Charger fleeing from the scene.

The suspect vehicle was located shortly thereafter travelling northbound on Wellington Road in the City of London. A traffic stop was completed by the OPP with the assistance of the London Police Service (LPS) at which time two parties were placed under arrest.

As a result of an investigation police have charged Oshana SARKES, age 21 of London, ON with Break & Enter a dwelling house – commit indictable offence as per Section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code. The accused party was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA) and is scheduled to appear in a London court room on June 26, 2014 to speak to the charges.

The investigation is on-going.
