(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On May 18th, 2014 at approximately 8:45 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were eastbound on Mosley Street near 13th Street when a motor vehicle passed them at a high rate of speed.
Police followed this motor vehicle an observed it showed signs of impairment as a result it was stopped near First Street. A further Police investigation confirmed that the driver was operating this motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Impaired Operation†is Karley HAMELIN 25 years old from Essa Twp., Ontario. First appearance is June 10th, 2014 in Collingwood court.
