(GRAND BEND, ON) On May 19, 2014, at 2:30 a.m. a motor vehicle was traveling on Ontario Street South in Grand Bend when a Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer noticed that the vehicle crossed over the center line.
The Lambton OPP officer stopped the vehicle and it was then determined that the driver had been consuming alcohol. The male driver was arrested and subsequent breath tests showed that the driver was over the legal limit.
Thomas DAWSON, 30 years of age, from Strathroy-Caradoc Township, ON has a Sarnia court date of July 7, 2014 to answer to the charges of Impaired Driving and Driving Over the Legal Limit.
