(WAPEKEKA, ON) On May 20th, 2014 Wapekeka Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received information regarding possible drug possession.
As a result of the investigation a warrant was executed and Fred Jack WINTER (49 years) of Wapekeka was arrested and found in possession of a quantity of Marihuana with a street value of over $4,000. Fred Jack WINTER was charged with one count of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and two counts of Breach of Firearm Regulation. He was released by way of Promise to Appear and Undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on August 28th, 2014 in Wapekeka.
