FOUR MALES FACING NUMEROUS CRIMINAL CHARGES

(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer was on patrol on Power Line Road and observed a vehicle driving erratically in a church parking lot.

At approximately 5:11 a.m. Sunday May 25th, 2014, the officer stopped a 1995 blue Honda Civic and four males fled from the vehicle. Officers patrolled the area and located all the males. After further investigation officers were advised that the vehicle was stolen from the City of Brantford.

Sean BURTON 18 years of age, Jamal PIATOWSKI 18 years of age, Mathieu RICHARD 18 years of age all from the City Of Brantford and Denzell MACKAY 19 years of age, from Haldimand County, are facing the following criminal charges

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000.00
Theft of Motor Vehicle
Mischief Under $5,000.00
Obstruct Peace Officer

Sean BURTON was held in custody, while the other accused are scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on July 4th, 2014 to answer to the charges.
