(NORTH BAY, ON) – On May 30, 2014 at approximately 2:15 a.m., a member of the North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Algonquin Avenue, North Bay.
As a result of an investigation James MCINTYRE, age 27, of North Bay was charged with Driving with More than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood, section 253(1)(b) and Driving While Ability Impaired, section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from custody and is required to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on June 10, 2014.
