(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Sunday June 15, 2014 just after 2:00am a Dodge Caravan was spotted by the Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) driving northbound on highway #11 driving erratically. The vehicle was stopped near the village of Novar, Ont.
Investigation found that the driver Christopher DALES (42yrs) of Burks Falls Ont had been drinking. He was arrested and eventually charged with Impaired Driving and Operate a Motor Vehicle having more than 80mgs of alcohol per 100mltrs of blood under the Criminal Code of Canada. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Huntsville on July 2, 2014 to answer to his charges. The accused was issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and had his vehicle impounded for 7 days.
