(WINDSOR, ON) -The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was flagged down at approximately 8:20 a.m. this morning regarding a two vehicle collision on Ojibway Parkway in the City of Windsor.
An OPP officer responded and determined that the driver of the one vehicle involved in the crash was impaired.
No one was injured in the collision.
Mitchell CLEMENTS, age 54, of Lasalle, was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content.
He will appear in a Windsor court on August 12, 2014.
