(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) -On June 25, 2014, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers spoke with a male on Main Street, Erin and observed an expandable baton on his waist. He was arrested and searched. During the search, police located a flick knife in his possession. Both weapons are considered prohibited.
Tyler QUIRING-DALEY age 21 of North Bay is charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon X 2. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on July 26, 2014 to answer the charges.
