(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On June 27th, 2014 at approximately 7:45 p.m., a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police stopped a motor vehicle on Stonebridge Blvd. for a Highway Traffic Act offence a further Police investigation into this traffic stop revealed that an occupant in this vehicle was in possession of a quantity of Cannabis Marihuana.
Charged with “Possession of Schedule II – Cannabis Marihuana†is Pastorino D. RODRIGUEZ 19 years old from Caledon, Ontario. First appearance is July 29th, 2014 in Collingwood court.
