On May 16th, 2014, just before 1am, Waterloo Regional Police responded to a suspicious persons’ call where males were observed entering vehicles on Borden Ave North, in the city of Kitchener. Police were contacted by alert neighbours. Two Kitchener males, 22 and 23 years were arrested and jointly charged with theft under $5000, possession under $5000. The investigation is continuing.
