(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Criminal Investigations unit is seeking the public’s assistance as they continue to investigate an armed robbery that occurred at the Mac’s Convenience Store located on Elora Street, South, in Harriston.
On May 3, 2014 at approximately 4:55 a.m., a lone male entered the store and presented a weapon. No injuries were sustained during the incident. The suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes.
The suspect is described as being 5’6†tall and was wearing a black balaclava and camouflage clothing. He was carrying a black and white CCM hockey bag with bright pink handles and trim.
