(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) invite the public to come out to show their support for all the runners/bikers participating in this year’s Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics on Tuesday June 17, 2014.
Due to the large area to cover the Bruce Peninsula officers, together with Special Olympics athletes, will be completing a bike/run which will start in Tobermory at the St. Edmunds Public School at 8:30 a.m. from there they will head for
Bruce Peninsula District Secondary School (Lions Head) –arriving at 10:30 a.m.
Peninsula Shores District School (Wiarton) – 12:15 p.m.
Hepworth Central Public School (Hepworth) – 1:30 p.m.
Amabel Sauble Community School (Sauble Beach) – 3:00 p.m. (times are approx.)
Feel free to come out and cheer them on for this great event as they will be covering a total of 110kms.
