On May 22, 2014 at approximately 4:00 a.m. an unknown male forced his way into an apartment on Stanley St in the Village of Ayr. The male came face to face with the occupants and fled the area on foot. No one was injured. The suspect is described as being 5’10”, average build, wearing all black clothing. Police searched the area with negative results. Investigators are appealing to the businesses of Ayr to check their surveillance video between the hours of 3-5 a.m. in an attempt to locate any suspects.
