On June 24, 2014 Waterloo Regional Police arrested 35 year old Kitchener male. He has been charged with two break and enter commit and breach of his probation. These incidents took place on January 13, 2014 and February 2, 2014 at Woodside National Historic site. During one incident a signed stamp collection belonging to the late Prime Minister William Lyon MacKenzie King was stolen. Half of the stamps were recovered shortly after the incident but the other half is still outstanding. These stamps belong to the museum and are unable to be replaced.
