(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – – On Wednesday 28 May, 2014, at approximately 12:00 p.m. Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended Birch Lane, South Bruce Peninsula for a single motor vehicle rollover.
The driver lost control of the 1977 Triumph convertible which entered the ditch and rolled over, both the driver and the passenger were transported to a local hospital and sustained minor non-life threatening injuries.
A 16 year old male from Georgian Bluffs Ontario, who cannot be identified under provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, has been charged with careless driving under the highway traffic act.
