Tempers flared at the last council meeting when Blyth Representative Kevin Fascist Falconer once again lost composure when confronted. This time Falconer did not turn violent, he just got verbally aggressive like a toddler, which is actually a step up from when he violently attacked a citizen at a council meeting when they were stealing the trailer park. 

A senior couple that wants to use the complex will no longer be able to, unless they come up with an extra $2,000/year to cover the increase from $888 to $2,700 +HST. 

Families will see a jump from $1,296 to $4,500/year.

NOTE: If your family had a $500,000 home in Wingham, wanted to use the complex, put out 2 bags of garbage, and used virtually no water, you would have to pay the Corporation of North Huron $15,796/year just to live here.

Water & Sewer: $1,140/year
2 bag tags/week: $130/year
Rec Complex Fees: $4,500/year
$15,796/year – $1,316/month – $303/week

The next council meeting is 20Nov2023. All ratepayers/victims are being asked to attend by Wingham Councilors that are attempting to defend Wingham and the People they are paid to Represent.

The Corporation of North Huron was caught on video refusing to follow their own by-laws at the last council meeting. Council is refusing to allow a developer to create affordable rental units in the former bowling alley in Wingham, and is demanding fees and more meetings to resolve the issue.

Wingham town hall is deploying another solution to tackle the visible homeless problem on Josephine St. Their first effort was to order all businesses to post no-trespassing signs and to sign over authority to the police to arrest anyone at any time at their business.  Businesses stood together and rejected the preposterous notion of posting no-trespassing signs on their front doors. This is the level of dipshittery that oozes out of Wingham town hall.

The benches on Josephine St. are completely neglected, and they are unusable during the winter months because town staff refuse to clear the snow off and around them. The current benches only need a few minutes with some linseed oil and elbow grease to make them look like new again.

Despite there being zero need for new benches, town hall is forcing taxpayers to pay $20,000 for new benches that homeless people can’t sleep on. Visible homeless problem solved and $20,000 down the drain!

Why spend $40 on some linseed oil when you can blow $20,000 for no reason and screw over the vulnerable at the same time. A message to the vulnerable that they aren’t worth our compassion, and town hall will spend any amount of money to make them disappear….well, as long as none of that money makes it to the homeless and vulnerable.

The notice about these benches was emailed out by Hall Of Shamer doug kuyvenhoven of the town hall’s BIA department.

Every year staff of the Corporation of North Huron illegally dump snow directly on the steps and sidewalks around the Wingham Cenotaph and refuse to remove it. This horrid disrespect could be mitigated by staff taking a fraction of a second to divert their snowblower chute away, but it is clear they don’t think our Veterans are even worth that tiny effort. 

Our Veterans crossed the globe to defend our Ideals, and fought and died for the Freedom of strangers in another land. Everyday people come to Wingham to visit the Cenotaph and reflect on the sacrifices these Heroes were willing to make for Freedom and Equality, hopefully inspiring them to action. The politicians only show up once a year for a photo opportunity.

Town staff’s deliberate dumping of snow on the steps and sidewalks is against their own by-law, yet by-law enforcement refuses to confront town staff and make them stop. A true act of cowardice and without a doubt dereliction of Duty.

Please honor your Oath of “Stand on guard for Thee”, you sang it hundreds of times. “Thee” is not the politician of the day, but our Constitutional Ideals of Freedom and Equality which some people believe is worth flighting and dying for.

If you think our Fallen Veterans, and those coming to Honor them, are worth the tiny effort of diverting their snowblower chute away from the steps and sidewalks around the Cenotaph, then please take a few minutes of your time to contact town hall and demand they stop disrespecting our Heroes.

The tattered Flag at the Wingham Cenotaph was finally changed after a rash of complaints from Freedom Fighters & Patriots from across Canada demanding town hall show our Veterans the respect they deserve.

North Huron council has ordered by-law enforcement not to do their regular inspections, or any inspections of any kind regarding their Corporate assets. By-law enforcement officers are under orders to ignore all garbage around the Works Sheds, potholes & weeds in the streets, snow dumped on the Cenotaph steps, tattered flags, crumbling bridges and dams, and snow dumped on sidewalks blocking them off and forcing students to walk in traffic to get to school.

If North Huron’s by-law enforcement position had a job description, it would be to protect the corporation’s assets from abuse and to make sure town staff are maintaining our infrastructure to a certain standard. 

Contact North Huron council demand they allow by-law enforcement to do their actual job, and inspect all the corporation’s assets and force town staff to do their jobs.

Every 6 months or so the flag at the Wingham Cenotaph is tattered and is overdue for replacement. Unfortunately town hall is too morally and financially bankrupt to change the flag without pressure from the Public. 

Our Veterans fought and died defending our Constitutional Ideals, and North Huron council can’t $5 in their $15,000,000 budget for a flag and the 2 minutes it would take to change it.

If you want our Veterans to be shown some of the respect they deserve, call town hall now at 519-357-3550 and let them know how you feel. They have $400,000 spare cash to blow on painting a room at the old public school for a new council chambers, but no money to honor our Veterans.

“town hall” will not be Capitalized until the flag is changed, and a public apology from reeve paul heffer is made for his dereliction of duty. If town hall can’t be bothered to put the effort into showing Veterans the respect with an undamaged flag, we literally won’t lift our pinky finger to hit the SHIFT key to show respect to town hall by capitalizing them.

Once again the flag at the Wingham Cenotaph is torn and tattered, and town staff continue to refuse to replace the flag despite numerous complaints. This disrespect of our Veterans is habitual, as it happens several times a year and it always takes public shaming before they change the flag.

This year the Flag is refusing to fly, and somehow tied itself to the pole in what seems to be a protest about our fallen democracy and rampant corruption and greed at Wingham town hall.

The flag won’t get changed, and the respect our Veterans deserve will not happen unless you call town hall and complain. Better yet call the Mayor/Reeve Paul Heffer directly at 519-357-3594 and tell Heffer to change the flag or MOooooove on.

The RCMP have announced they have opened a criminal probe into a land deal brokered by Ontario Premier Doug Ford and his government. 

This has sent a shockwave of Hope across Ontario, as there is now a good chance that local politicians and corrupt lawyers brokering similar backroom deals will be imprisoned and/or ordered to return millions in “stolen” real estate to their victims.

Dear John Mascarin, North Huron’s Integrity Commissioner

I am requesting a formal investigation into the corporation of North Huron’s divestment of real estate holdings, specifically the Wingham Trailer Park, Wingham Airport & Hutton Heights. These properties changed hands for a fraction of potential market value during the peak of the real estate market.

Summary of Facts:

These properties were sold without the knowledge and/or consent of the vast majority of ratepayers.

These properties were not listed on MLS.

North Huron refuses to release the pre-sale appraisals on the properties, citing its private information.

Questions have been banned at council meetings, and microphones cut when the topic comes up.

Wingham Trailer Park:

A by-law protecting the Wingham Trailer Park was rescinded with 3 readings at one meeting, with zero public input, knowledge, or scrutiny.

Wingham Trailer Park was bought by relatives of the Reeve for a fraction of potential market value.

A section of Wingham’s Community Trail was lost due to sale/development of the park.

Wingham Airport:

77 acres sold for $200,000, less than the price of one building lot.

Filed paperwork shows North Huron and their legal representative claimed the land had zero market value.

Council refuses to release the pre-sale appraisal for the airport.

Hutton Heights

North Huron spent over $1,000,000+ running water service to the property.

North Huron sold the 100+ building lots at a loss for $650,000.

Council refuses to release the pre-sale appraisal on the property.

Unless the facts above can be convincingly refuted, I believe an investigation is warranted into these transactions which have cost Wingham ratepayers $20,000,000+ in lost potential.

If you as Integrity Commissioner do not believe an investigation is warranted, or if you believe an investigation by law enforcement would be more appropriate, please let me know ASAP.

(Wingham, On) A homeless person on Josephine Street has triggered Town Hall into action, and they are now requesting that businesses sign over authority of their property to the OPP. Traditionally business/property owners would simply ask the person to leave, and call the police if they refuse or are violent. This is Wingham where Town Hall thinks their by-law enforcement officer can enter any home, business or yard without warrant or consent. They refer to it as Social Standards, a proud nod to the nazi ss which our government openly applauds.

Wingham Town Hall sent out a letter to all local businesses “suggesting” they contact the OPP and grant them perpetual permission to attend the property at any time without warrant or confirmed consent. The head of the Wingham BIA Department Dave Tiffen sent out the email, earning his spot in the Hall Of Shame. 

Time is critical as the planter of flowers partially obscuring the homeless person will be removed for the season, making the problem even more visible and embarrassing for Town Hall and those that have made so much money pretending to help the homeless.

Recently over $130,000 was scammed out of our community under the pretense of helping the homeless. The reality is that the $130,000 goes into the pockets of those pretending to help, as salaries and capital improvements. The homeless are still neglected and ignored, and the few that are pretending to help only monetize their misery. That $130,000 could have actually gone to the homeless as rent, tents, sheds, down payment on a group home, or something that would make their life a little more bearable.

It should be noted that in recent months the OPP have been pushing for all citizens and businesses to register their security cameras with them, in the interest of the “public good”.

Below is a the text Town Hall Tiffin sent out for business owners to complete and send to the OPP.

“On behalf of (insert property and/or business owner here), we would like to provide the Huron County OPP with permission to act on our behalf and attend our property located at (insert address) in order to enforce all provisions of the Trespass to Property Act of Ontario. This includes the removal of unwanted parties from the property and the laying of applicable charges where necessary.”

After several days of rain, last night’s downpour, and this morning’s drizzle, town staff that are “just following” orders are watering the flowers on Josephine St. in the rain again. This “service” costs taxpayers $16,000 – $20,000/year.

At a recent North Huron council meeting OPP member Jason Younan stated it was an offense to be homeless in Wingham. 

 “It’s probably not a trend that may be um, you know, alarming to you with the proliferation of mental health occurrences homelessness those types of offenses.” Click to view on YouTube.

WFP 100% disagrees and believes that it is not a crime to be homeless in Canada. 

Those that have lost their job, lost their homes and lost everything they worked their entire lives for, do not need to be vilified as criminals by the OPP. What the homeless could use is the same treatment we give new immigrants and refugees, motel/hotel rooms and big monthly cheques from the “government”. Unfortunately they were born in Canada and are of the lowest priority to our “government” since they don’t make good photo-opps or are in the headlines enough for them to pretend to care.

Both WFP and the OPP can’t be correct, one of us has to be lying to you. 

Is it fake news, or fake authority? Is it a crime/offense to be homeless?

At the 08Aug2023 OPP member Jason Younan stated that being homeless on the Corporation of North Huron’s property is a crime/offense. North Huron is a corporation set up to provide essential services to Blyth, East-Wawanosh & Wingham and as such owns the roads, parks, and sidewalks and creates by-laws to protect them from abuse.

The OPP are hired by the Corporation of North Huron, and work directly for them. This is confirmed in every OPP press release where they use “North Huron” instead of the actual city/town name for the place of occurrence. No one lives in North Huron, it’s a corporation, if they did try to live in North Huron it would apparently be a crime.

Jason Younan stated “It’s probably not a trend that may be um, you know, alarming to you with the proliferation of mental health occurrences homelessness those types of offenses.”
