(North Huron – Wingham, ON) A dramatic shift in Canadian politics is underway as Pierre Poilievre prepares for his historic return to Ottawa on Monday. Millions of Canadians are rallying behind a simple but powerful message: “My roof, my rules, my castle—and I’m the king of it.”
From coast to coast, the Stand Your Ground movement has exploded in popularity, uniting Canadians across political lines with a renewed focus on defending their homes, their families, their communities, and their country.
Projections are that 10 million Canadians will tune in to hear Pierre stand his ground Monday, 15 September, either live or online in the following days.
In Wingham—the small-town epicenter of so many grassroots fights—Buck & Jo’s has once again stepped into the national spotlight. The restaurant is flying both the Alberta flag and a blue Canadian flag in solidarity with Pierre, a symbolic gesture of Western grit and national unity.
Activists and Freedom Fighters call it the “Front Line”, and today that line has gone blue. Their message to Pierre is clear:
“Pierre, we’ve got your back.”
A Song to Fuel the Movement
To mark Pierre’s return, a new anthem has been released: “My Roof, My Rules, My Castle.” The song celebrates the right of every Canadian to defend their home and family, with lyrics that blend grit, defiance, and patriotism.
Chants of “Stand up! Stand strong! Hold the line!” echo through the chorus, while the song closes with a powerful spoken outro:
“My roof. My rules. My castle. And I’m the king of it.”
The Controversy
But like any movement shaking the status quo, the song hasn’t escaped controversy. Critics are zeroing in on a particular lyric:
“See Dick let an intruder by, see Dick’s family die.”
Supporters argue it is a blunt reminder of the consequences of failing to protect one’s home and loved ones. Detractors call it too graphic. Either way, the debate has only fueled the song’s momentum—controversy building hype, and hype building solidarity.
The Bigger Picture
Pierre’s return to Ottawa is more than a parliamentary event. It’s being called a “perologue”—a defining prelude to what many believe is a new era in Canadian politics. The Stand Your Ground movement is set to go national, with growing attention on educating Canadians about Sections 34 and 35 of the Criminal Code, which outline the right to self-defence.
As the anthem declares, “The weak days are gone.”
A Turning Point
Monday may well mark a historic turning point. With a nation watching, and a song already stirring Activists, the stage is set for what supporters describe as nothing less than the rebirth of Canadian strength, courage, and unity.
And in the heart of Wingham, where Buck & Jo’s blue flags fly high, the message rings out loud and clear:
“Defend your family. Defend what’s right. Stand your ground. Pierre, we stand with you.”

(Wingham, ON) Current North Huron CAO Dwayne Evans has confirmed via email, cc’ed to North Huron councilors, that their corporation’s by-laws only apply to lands owned by the corporation. This admission opens the corporation up to possible legal consequences if by-law enforcement continues to violate private property rights.
By-laws are rules and regulations set by local governments to govern the maintenance, standards and use of their assets. These by-laws are typically enforced by by-law officers, who have authority to ensure compliance with these regulations. However, it’s essential to note that by-law officers only have jurisdiction on the corporation’s property and do not have authority on private land.
In some cases, there have been incidents where by-law officers have attempted to exercise their authority on private land, pretending that they had the power to enforce bylaws in these areas. This intentional conflation of boundaries raises questions about overreach of authority and violation of property rights.
By-laws are meant to regulate behavior on the corporation’s land, such as maintenance standards, noise levels, building codes, or animal control. By-law officers are tasked with enforcing these rules to ensure the corporation’s assets are maintained and not abused. However, by-laws do not apply to private property, as individuals have the right to govern their own land as they see fit, as long as they are not in violation of any laws or regulations.
When by-law officers attempt to enforce bylaws on private land, they are overstepping their boundaries and violating property rights. This can lead to legal disputes and conflicts between property owners and local governments. It’s essential for individuals to be aware of their rights when it comes to by-laws and property rights.
The focusing of enforcement on private property while ignoring infrastructure has cost taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars to repair/replace neglected infrastructure that would have cost only a fraction of that amount if maintained properly.

(Goderich, On) The court has been put on notice, video cameras will return to the courthouse 15April at 2:15 whether they like it or not. Permission has been given by the Rights Activist that is appealing his unconstitutional conviction of “covid crimes” by inattentive Justice of the Peace Frank Leedy (aka Frankie-not-a-judge).
The Activist was fined a total of $6,900 due to Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) false and misleading testimony at trial, despite the truth being captured on video. One segregation enforcement officer even claimed one of owners was “brandishing a weapon”. This perjury and massive fine was done to scare people into compliance in the future. Punishing the Activist for the future crime of others is an abhorrent abuse of power the lower/lowly court calls “general deterrence”. Conduct fitting only of a disgraced principal or tyrant.
15April will mark 892 days since the standoff began at Buck & Jo’s when a masked OPP “officer” attempted to intimidate the owners by saying “I expect you to comply” with his hand on his gun, and segregation enforcement refusing to answer questions or do their job.
Buck & Jo’s is calling for peace and for the Public to once again pickup their cameras like they did on 05Nov2021 when HPPH threatened to return with a contingent of armed OPP. A video camera is the only weapon needed to expose the abuse of power and the for-profit-prosecution. The 05Nov stand off was viewed over 240,000 times on FaceBook alone.
The appeal will be in person at the Goderich courthouse, and via Zoom for those willing to hit the record button. One tiny click for you, one giant step for Democracy, Freedom & Transparency.
