Sabastien FOSTER Was Arrested Again

(BANCROFT, ON) – Members of the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested one person for failing to comply with a release order.

On Monday, June 9, 2025, shortly before 5:00 p.m., officers were investigating a suspicious person in the Town of Bancroft. When officers spoke with the party, it was determined that they were not following the conditions of their release order and were arrested.

Sabastien FOSTER, 28, of Toronto has been charged with failure to comply with a release order – two counts.

FOSTER was held for bail and remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on June 11, 2025.

Jesse BOWIE Arrested 2X in 3 Days

(OTTAWA, ON) – A resident of North Dundas Township was arrested and charged twice in three days for driving offences.

On Friday, June 6, 2025, just after 10:00 a.m., officers with the Russell County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Notre Dame Street in Russell Township after the ALPR indicated that the licence plates should not be in use.

The driver was arrested and charged for driving while suspended under the Criminal Code, as well as for having an unauthorized plate and having open cannabis in the vehicle. The pick-up truck, which had been borrowed, was impounded.

Then, on Sunday, June 8, 2025, just after 10:30 a.m., a member of the OPP Highway Safety Division TIME (Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement) Team stopped a driver after observing the individual using their cell phone while driving on Highway 417.

It was the same driver that had been stopped and arrested on Friday, in another borrowed vehicle.

As a result of the two incidents, Jesse BOWIE, age 32, is charged with:

  • Operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code – two counts
  • Driving while under suspension (Highway Traffic Act) – seven counts
  • Driving with a handheld communication device (distracted driving-Highway Traffic Act)
  • Using a plate not authorized for a vehicle
  • Driving with cannabis in open packaging

The accused was held in custody following the second incident and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Ottawa on Monday, June 9, 2025.

In both incidents the borrowed vehicles were impounded, 45-days for Friday and 90-days on Sunday.

Chesley Standoff – Repeat Offender Arrested Again

(ARRAN-ELDERSILE TWP, ON) – Large police presence results in one individual being placed into custody within Chesley.

On June 7, 2025, at approximately 3:00 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), West Region OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), Crisis Negotiators, and West Region OPP K-9, responded to a disturbance call at an address on 1st Avenue North within Chesley.

Police units attended the scene where an individual barricaded themselves inside a residence. In the interest of public safety, a perimeter was established and the area was cordoned off.

On June 8, 2025, at approximately 1:00 a.m., the individual was placed under arrest without incident or injury.

As a result of the investigation, Derek SEIP, is charged under the Criminal Code with the following:

  • Uttering Threats – cause death or bodily harm (two counts)
  • Mischief – destroys or damages property
  • Fail to comply with probation order

The accused has been placed into custody, pending a bail hearing.

The incident has been resolved, and all resources are clear of the scene,

There was no threat to public safety.

2 From Owen Sound Arrested

(MEAFORD, ON) – Two people have been charged in connection with a break-in at a business in Meaford.

On Friday June 6th, 2025, at approximately 12:47 a.m., members of the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to an alarm call at a business located on Highway 6-10.

Uniform members, with the assistance of the OPP Canine Unit, took two individuals into custody without incident.

Garrett DONOVAN-COTURE, 35-years-old from Owen Sound, has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

·      Obstruct Peace Officer

·      Failure to Comply with Release Order

·      Break and Enter

·      Possession of Break In Instruments

·      Mischief Under $5,000

D’angelo MCWATCH, 28-years-old from Owen Sound, has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

·      Failure to Comply with Prohibition Order (x2)

·      Break and Enter a Place

·      Mischief Under $5,000

·      Obstruct Peace Officer

Both accused are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on July 10, 2025.

Pimentel GONZALES Was Arrested Again

(ALLISTON, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Central Region Intelligence Unit and the Nottawasaga Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), have arrested an individual in connection with a series of distraction thefts in the Nottawasaga and surrounding areas. 

On June 6, 2025, a search warrant was executed at a residence in Alliston, Ontario. As a result of the investigation, Pimentel GONZALES, 40, of Alliston, was arrested and charged with:

• Theft of credit card 

• Possession, use, or trafficking of a stolen or forged credit card

• Possession of property obtained by crime 

• Laundering proceeds of crime 

• Fraud under $5,000

• Fail to comply with probation order

The OPP is reminding the public to remain vigilant as organized crime groups continue to target individuals at ATMs and retail points-of-sale. These distraction thefts typically involve two or more suspects who observe victims entering their PIN codes, then use distraction techniques to steal their banking cards. The OPP urges all members of the public to be aware of their personal safety and to shield their PIN when using ATMs or payment terminals. If you suspect suspicious activity, report it immediately to police.

Repeat Offender Devon ALAMINA Arrested Again

(CALEDON, ON) – Officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have identified and laid numerous charges upon an individual responsible for multiple criminal involvements over the span of two days.

On June 2, 2025, at approximately 2:30 p.m., Caledon OPP responded to a report of an assault at a local grocery store in the area of Highway 50 and Queensgate Boulevard, in the Town of Caledon. Officers responded and after a thorough investigation determined the victim was assaulted with a weapon by an unknown individual. The suspect was described as a Caucasian male with short dark hair, wearing dark pants, a red and grey sweatshirt, black backpack, and carrying a green bag.

On June 3, 2025, at approximately 3:00 p.m., Caledon OPP responded to a report of a mischief in a parking lot in the area of McEwan Drive East and Highway 50, in the Town of Caledon. Investigators learned that an unknown individual approached the victim’s vehicle, slashed one of the tires, and fled the scene. The suspect description provided in this report was similar to the one acquired in the incident the day prior.

Through various investigative techniques, officers were able to establish the identity of the unknown individual responsible for these two incidents.

On June 4, 2025, at approximately 12:00 p.m., detectives from the Caledon OPP Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), alongside frontline officers, located and arrested the suspect.

As a result of the investigation, Devon ALAMINA, 32, of Brampton, was charged with:

  • Mischief under $5000
  • Assault with a Weapon
  • Possession of a Schedule III Substance
  • Failure to Comply with a Release Order – two counts

The accused was held for a Bail Hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville.

Francis REINHART Was Arrested Again

(SOUTH BRUCE, ON) – On June 1, 2025, at approximately 11:58 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a dispute at a property along Concession 4, Municipality of South Bruce.

Police attended and learned that the accused had been operating a motor vehicle in contravention of prior conditions of release. The individual was placed under arrest and transported to detachment.

Francis REINHART, 33-years-old, resident of South Bruce, was charged with:

  • Operation while prohibited, CC 320.18(1)(a) – three counts
  • Fail to comply with probation, CC 733.1(1)
  • Driving while under suspension, HTA 53(1) – four counts
  • Use plate not authorized for vehicle, HTA 12(1)(d)

The accused was held for a bail hearing and subsequently remanded into custody.

Blake KOMARNISKI Was Arrested Again

(WAWA, ON)- On June 4, 2025, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) warrant in Wawa.

Police attended an apartment complex on Churchill Avenue and seized more than 30 grams of suspected cocaine (estimated street value exceeding $3000), more than 48 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine (estimated street value exceeding $4800) more than 760 tablets of methamphetamine (estimated street value exceeding $4500), one conductive energy weapon, five firearms, over $3300 in cash, packaging materials, digital scales, and cell phones. 

The OPP’s Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB), and uniform members were involved with the investigation with one person being arrested.

Blake KOMARNISKI, 41 years-of-age from Wawa was charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking-cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking-methamphetamine (two counts)
  • Possession property obtained by crime under $5000
  • Breach of firearms regulation-store firearms or restricted weapon
  • Unauthorized possession of a firearm
  • Knowledge of unauthorized possession of firearm
  • Possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose
  • Possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order
  • Fail to comply with Probation Order

The accused appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice video bail court in Wawa on June 5, 2025, and was remanded into custody.

Jhonathan GERMOND Was Arrested Again

(HAVELOCK-BELMONT-METHUEN TOWNSHIP, ON) – A member of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting patrol on Ottawa Street on May 27, 2025. The officer received a notification from the Automated Licence Plate Recognition (ALPR) system within his cruiser indicating an issue with the licence plate attached to a passing vehicle. The officer conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle and through investigation it was determined the driver was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle.

Jhonathan GERMOND (age 31) of Peterborough, Ontario was arrested and charged with:

·      Operation while Prohibited under the Criminal Code

·      Fail to Comply with Probation Order

·      Driving while under Suspension

·      Use plate not authorized for vehicle

·      Fail to surrender insurance card

The accused had their vehicle impounded for 45 days and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on July 7, 2025.

Pants Down & Yelling Leads to Repeat Offender Kyle CURTIS’s Arrest

(ORILLIA, ON) – The Orillia Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have laid multiple charges against a male after an afternoon disturbance In the City of Orillia.

On June 1, 2025, shortly after 3:00 p.m., officer from the Orillia OPP were called to a disturbance regarding a male yelling at plaza on West St. S with his pants down. Police arrived on scene and attempted to speak with the male with negative effect. As the male began to escalate and resist officers, he was arrested and taken into custody.

As a result, Kyle CURTIS 42-year-old male, of Fenton Falls has been charged with the following:

  • Adult Fail to Comply with Probation Order X2
  • Adult Causing a Disturbance
  • Adult Resist Peace Officer
  • Adult Poss of a Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine

The accused was held for a Bail Hearing and Remanded into custody

Abdalla DAOUD Was Arrested Again #RepeatOffender

(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – On May 31, 2025, at approximately 9:30 p.m. the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a person at a residence on Colwill Drive.

Police were called in relation to a family dispute regarding a person threatening others after a verbal argument. Once on scene, it was learned that the person was breaching prior release conditions and had numerous warrants from Ottawa Police Service. Subsequently, the person was arrested charged.

Abdalla DAOUD, 40-years-old, of Ottawa, was additionally charged with:

  • Failure to comply with Release Order
  • Produce a Schedule III substance

The accused was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River on June 1, 2025.

Joseph MCQUEEN Was Arrested

(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Repeat Offenders Parole Enforcement (ROPE) arrested a person with numerous outstanding warrants.  

On May 30, 2025, at approximately 1:30 p.m. police arrested the person at a commercial business on Monck Road in Ramara Township. The person had been evading police and had outstanding charges and three warrants.      

Joseph MCQUEEN, 48-years-old, of Orillia, was arrested and was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Orillia on May 31, 2025.

Repeat Offender Arrested In Parkhill – Details Released

(LUCAN BIDDULPH, ON) – Driver facing multiple charges after vehicle fails to stop for police.

On May 27, 2025, at 2:14 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to a business at 395 Main Street in Lucan, Lucan Biddulph, for the report of a possibly wanted individual.

Police arrived on scene at which time the driver fled the scene at a high rate of speed. A passenger in the vehicle received minor injuries as they were exiting the vehicle as it sped away.

The vehicle failed to stop for police at which time police disengaged due to public safety concerns.

The passenger was transported to hospital as a precaution.

At approximately 4:18 a.m., the suspect vehicle was observed at a business located at 2227 Elginfield Road in Parkhill, North Middlesex, at which time the vehicle again fled from officers. Due to public safety concerns officers did not pursue the vehicle.

The driver was later located on foot in Parkhill. After a brief struggle the accused was placed under arrest.

As a result, Blake COLLINGS, a 21-year-old of no fixed address, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

·      Resist Peace Officer

·      Dangerous Operation causing bodily harm

·      Flight from peace officer

·      Operation While Prohibited under the Criminal Code

·      Resist Peace Officer

·      Assault with A Weapon

·      Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose

·      Fail to Comply with Probation Order

The accused was held for bail.

Joshua BROWN Was Arrested Again

(BLIND RIVER, ON) – On May 25, 2025, the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a person on Causley Street during a traffic stop.

Police received information that a person was breaching prior release conditions stemming from prior charges before the court. After reviewing the digital evidence, police determined there was a breach pertaining to a communication order.    

Joshua BROWN, 43-years-old, of Blind River, was arrested and charged with – Failure to comply with Release Order.

The accused was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Sault Ste. Marie on May 26, 2025.

Hanover Police Protect Identity Of 32 Year Old Repeat Offender Again #JobSecurity

On Thursday, May 15th, 2025, Hanover Police responded to an unwanted person call in the 800 block of 10th Street. On arrival, police observed a well-known 32-year-old Hanover man walking on the property of a business he was on court ordered conditions not to attend. The man was arrested without incident and charged under the Criminal Code with breaching his probation. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing in Walkerton.
