Hoshane ALLEN Was Arrested Again

(SEGUIN, ON) – The West Parry Sound Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested and charged one person with multiple offences.

On July 30, 2025, at approximately 1:00 a.m. members of the West Parry Sound OPP Detachment stopped a vehicle on Highway 400 as the driver was wanted by another police service.  

Further investigation revealed the passenger in the vehicle was in possession of pipe bomb making material. Items seized as pipe bomb making material were turned over to the OPP Explosives Disposal Unit (EDU).

Hoshane ALLEN, 33-years-of-age of Scarborough was arrested and charged with:

  • Explosives – making or possessing for unlawful purpose
  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
  • Fail to comply with probation order
  • Possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order

The accused was held for bail at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound and is scheduled to appear on August 6, 2025.

Kody BERDAN Was Arrested Again

(NEW TECUMSETH, ON) – Officers from the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have laid charges against an individual following a breach of court-ordered conditions in the Town of New Tecumseth.

On Thursday, July 31, 2025, shortly before 12:30 p.m., officers were conducting general patrols in the area of Young Street in Alliston when they observed a male known to police, who is currently bound by a house arrest condition, travelling in the area.

Upon further investigation, officers confirmed the individual was in violation of his release conditions.

As a result, Kody BERDAN, 36 years old, of New Tecumseth, was placed under arrest and charged with the following offence:

  • Failure to comply with release order
  • Failure to comply with probation order

The accused individual was held for a bail hearing and are to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.

Jared WILLIAMS Was Arrested Again, Assault, Weapons, Etc.

(WALPOLE ISLAND FIRST NATION, ON) – The Walpole Island Police Service has charged one individual following an assault.

On July 30, 2025, at approximately 2:20 p.m., Walpole Island Police Service along with Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of an assault at the intersection of Old Ferry Road and Union Hall Road.

It was determined that the victim was assaulted with an edged weapon and sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

The accused was located at a nearby residence and arrested without incident.

As a result of the investigation, Jared WILLIAMS, a 30-year-old of Walpole Island First Nation was charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:

  • Assault with a weapon
  • Assault causing bodily harm
  • Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose
  • Fail to comply with probation order
  • Mischief – destroys or damages property
  • Break, enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence
  • Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court

The accused remains in police custody and is being held pending a bail hearing. They are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia.

Joshua GALARNEAU Was Arrested Again

(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON) – A break and enter at the Encore Club has led to multiple charges for one person.

On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at approximately 12:20 a.m. the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a Business on Second Street, Kirkland Lake for a burglary alarm. The Kirkland Lake OPP with assistance from Northeast Region Canine Unit, located and arrested one person hiding in a nearby bush.

As a result of the investigation, Joshua GALARNEAU, a 34-year-old, from Kirkland Lake was arrested and charged with the following:

·      Break and enter a place- commit indictable offence

·      Disguise with intent

·      Possession of break in instruments

·      Fail to comply with probation order

The accused was held for bail court hearing, remains in custody and is scheduled to next appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Kirkland Lake on July 29, 2025.

Terrence ELLIOTT Was Arrested Again

(ELLIOT LAKE, ON)- The East Algoma Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) receive a complaint of a shirtless person outside a residence on Diefenbaker Court in the City of Elliot Lake.

On July 25, 2025, at approximately 9:00 a.m., police attended Diefenbaker Court and arrested an individual for being intoxicated in a public place and while searching the individual officers located nine methamphetamine pills inside a pant pocket.

Terrence ELLIOTT, 36 years old from Elliot Lake was charged with:

·      Possession of a schedule I substance-methamphetamine

·      Fail to comply with Probation Order

·      Being intoxicated in public place

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on September 11, 2025.

Philip ESSON Was Arrested Again #3Strikes

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – An individual has been charged following an investigation related to a residence in Simcoe.

At approximately 11:03 a.m. on Sunday, July 27, 2025, members of the Norfolk County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), with support from the West Region OPP Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit, responded to a suspected break and enter to a residence on Blueline Road in Simcoe.

The investigation determined that an individual prohibited from being on the property unlawfully entered the home.

The individual was not located at the time of the incident; however, they were located in the vicinity of the residence and taken into custody without incident the following morning.

As a result, 63-year-old Philip ESSON of Norfolk County was charged with the following alleged offence:

  • Fail to comply with Probation Order – two counts.

The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Monday, July 28, 2025.

Connor MCQUAIN Was Arrested Again #RepeatOffender #3Strikes

(GRAVENHURST, ON) – The Bracebridge Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person in relation to a break and enter investigation in Gravenhurst.

On July 27, 2025 at 10:40 p.m. Bracebridge OPP officers were dispatched to reports of aE break and enter that occurred at a business located at the corner of Muskoka Road South and James Street in Gravenhurst. The suspect smashed the door to the business, however was unsuccessful in gaining entry.

Police gathered evidence and spoke with witnesses and during the morning hours of July 28, 2025, officers arrested and charged 34-year-old Connor MCQUAIN, of Gravenhurst with Break and Enter, Mischief and Fail to Comply with Probation X 3.

He was held in custody and will appear for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge today to answer to his charges.

Jordan ROMBOUGH Was Arrested Again #3Strikes

(STONE MILLS TOWNSHIP, ON) – An arrest warrant executed in Stone Mills Township has led to a wanted male facing charges.

On Friday, July 25, 2025, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit, officers from the Emergency Response Team (ERT) along with officers from the Lennox and Addington County OPP Detachment, attended a residence on County Road 6 in Stone Mills Township to execute a warrant. Officers located the wanted male who was taken into custody.

Jordan ROMBOUGH, a 34-year-old from Stone Mills Township was charged, as a result of several incidents, with the following:  

  • Assault a peace officer with a weapon
  • Flight from peace officer
  • Dangerous operation – two counts
  • Operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code – five counts
  • Failure to comply with release order – seven counts
  • Failure to comply with probation order – three counts
  • Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000
  • Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000
  • Trafficking in property obtained by crime
  • Fraud under $5000

The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice.

Jeremiah DOXTATOR Was Arrested Again

(ONEIDA NATION OF THE THAMES FIRST NATION, ON) – Traffic complaint leads to multiple charges.

On July 23, 2025, at 1:36 p.m., members of the Oneida Nation Police Service, Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Chippewas of the Thames First Nation were dispatched to a traffic complaint driving erratically in a vehicle in Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation.

Police patrolled the area and located the vehicle at an address on Iroquois Road in Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation at which time the driver of the vehicle fled on foot.

After a short foot pursuit, the accused was taken into custody.

As a result, Jeremiah DOXTATOR, a 23-year-old, of no fixed address, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

·      Dangerous operation

·      Flight from peace officer

·      Operation While Prohibited under the Criminal Code

·      Operation while impaired – drugs

·      Failure or refusal to comply with demand

·      Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court

The accused was held for bail.

Darren CRIECE Was Arrested

(ATIKAMEKSHENG FIRST NATION, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged a driver with impaired driving offences after conducting a traffic stop.

On Friday July 18, 2025, at approximately 11:50 a.m., members from the Nipissing West (Sudbury) Detachment of the OPP, where alerted by the Automatic Licence Plate Reader (ALPR) of a vehicle with the register owner being a suspended driver. Police conducted a traffic stop with that vehicle on Reserve Road, Atikameksheng First Nation.

The driver was both a suspended and prohibited driver and was arrested. The driver was then transported to the Greater Sudbury Police Service for further testing and found to be impaired by drugs.

As a result of the investigation, Darren CRIECE, 30 years-of-age, from Sudbury, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – drugs
  • Operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code
  • Driving while under suspension – two counts
  • Driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor
  • Operate a motor vehicle without insurance
  • Use plate not authorized for vehicle

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Wednesday September 3, 2025, in Sudbury.

The driver was issued a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

Robert JUNIPER Was Arrested Again

(MEAFORD, ON)– A Port Elgin resident is charged following a weapons call in Meaford on July 22, 2025.

On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at approximately 3:43 p.m., The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a male in possession of a suspected firearm at the Meaford Harbour.

Officers located the individual near a children’s recreational area. The individual complied with police demands and was taken into custody without incident. Following the arrest, the item in question was determined to be a replica airsoft handgun.

Robert JUNIPER 32-year-old from Port Elgin has been charged with the following offences:

  • Failure to comply with undertaking – CC
  • Possession of break-in instruments – CC
  • Being intoxicated in a public place – LLCA
  • Having liquor in open container in unauthorized place – LLCA

The accused is being held in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on July 23, 2025.

Adrian FLONK Was Arrested Again

(BLIND RIVER, ON)- Traffic stop leads to arrest of prohibited driver in Blind River.

On Monday July 21, 2025, the East Algoma Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on patrol duties on Causley Street in the Town of Blind River.

At approximately 1:45 p.m., police observed an eastbound vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed as it entered a construction zone at the intersection of Causley Street and Huron Street. A traffic stop was initiated, and the vehicle turned onto Lawton Street-a one-way street-before being directed into a nearby coffee shop parking lot.

During the interaction, police determined that the driver held a licence with an Ignition Interlock condition but was operating a vehicle without the required device. Further investigation revealed that the driver was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle unless equipped with an interlock device.

As a result, the driver was arrested, and the involved vehicle was impounded for 45 days.

Adrian FLONK, 50 years old from Bowmanville was charged with: Operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code.

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on September 4, 2025.

Home Invasion – 27 Year Old From Mitchell Arrested Again #3Strikes

(WEST PERTH, ON) – Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following a break and enter and assault with a weapon in the Municipality of West Perth.

On July 19, 2025, the Perth County OPP launched an investigation after a receiving information that an individual broke into a residence and assaulted the homeowner with a baseball bat. The victim sustained minor injuries.

Jeremy WELSH, 27 years old of Mitchell, has been charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following offences:

  • Break and Enter
  • Failure to Comply with Probation Order – Two counts
  • Assault with a Weapon

WELSH is currently in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on June 25, 2025

Darren HAMDEN Was Arrested Again

(ELGIN COUNTY, ON) – Elgin OPP investigating a collision that sent on-duty officer to hospital with serious injuries.

On July 20, 2025, at 10:45 a.m., a member of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Highway Safety division (HSD), observed a suspicious vehicle travelling on Highway 3 in Elgin County, at which time a traffic stop was initiated. 

During the investigation, the driver of the vehicle fled the scene, striking the officer.

As a result, members of the Elgin County OPP and Medavie-Elgin EMS were dispatched to the scene to assist.

The officer was transported to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

Highway 3 was closed between Centennial Avenue and First Avenue as a result.

The driver of the suspect vehicle was later located by members of the Elgin OPP and taken into custody.

As a result, Darren HAMDEN a 40-year-old of London, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Dangerous Operation causing bodily harm
  • Flight from peace officer
  • Resist Peace Officer
  • Assault with intent to resist arrest
  • Personation with intent to avoid arrest, prosecution or obstruct justice (Identity fraud)
  • Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court (two counts)

The accused was held for bail.

(QUINTE WEST, ON) – The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an individual with drug related and other offences, following an investigation in Quinte West.

On Friday, July 18, 2025, at approximately 12:00 p.m., Officers with the Quinte West OPP, the OPP Emergency Response Team, OPP Canine Unit and Belleville Police Service (BPS) arrested an individual at the Quinte Mall, in the City of Belleville, stemming from an incident that occurred in Quinte West. As a result, cash, Fentanyl, Xannax, a forged document and an unauthorized weapon were confiscated.

Dylon SMITH-AWEDA, 26 years old from Quebec, was charged with the following:

  • Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of Weapon
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000 – in Canada
  • Traffick in Schedule I substance – Opioid (other than heroin)
  • Traffick in Schedule IV substance – Other Drugs
  • Possession of a forged document with intent
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order x5

The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on July 23, 2025
