North Huron’s Plan to Merge Fire Chief and By-Law Roles Will Endanger Lives, Erode Public Trust

WINGHAM, ON — A controversial plan by the Township of North Huron to appoint the Fire Chief as a by-law enforcement officer is drawing serious concerns from residents, public safety advocates, and legal observers alike. The proposed move, which effectively combines emergency services with municipal enforcement, is being condemned as a reckless overreach of authority that could lead to 911 hesitancy, delayed emergency response, and loss of life.

North Huron’s by-law enforcement officers have long been the subject of public backlash, with multiple reports of abuse, intimidation, and unlawful enforcement on private property. Merging that enforcement apparatus with the fire department could permanently damage community trust in life-saving services.

“A fire department’s only job is to protect life and property—not to inspect wood piles or issue parking tickets,” said one local advocate. “Turning firefighters into by-law enforcers turns heroes into hall monitors.”

  • 911 Hesitancy: Residents may hesitate to call for help in emergencies if they fear being fined or investigated afterward.

🚨WARNING: Bill 197 “Safer Roads and Communities Act” Strips More Rights Away From Ontarians 🚨

Bill 197 – Safer Roads and Communities Act, 2024 contains sweeping amendments to the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario. While its stated intent is to improve road safety and crack down on impaired driving, street racing, and vehicle theft, certain clauses dramatically expand government authority—particularly in ways that could intrude onto private property and open the door to abuse.

Here’s a breakdown of how this bill potentially extends government authority onto private property and what risks it carries:


🔍 1. Expanded Definition of “Driver” & “Operator”

  • Clause 48 (18) redefines “driver” to include “a person who has care, charge or control of a motor vehicle while the vehicle is on or off a highway.”
  • Section 216 (8) also includes those with control of a vehicle that has “recently travelled from or off the highway.”

🚨 Danger:

These broadened definitions allow police to enforce Highway Traffic Act violations on private driveways, parking lots, and even rural or private land—not just on public roads.

This opens the door for:

  • Increased surveillance and enforcement actions without a warrant on private property.
  • Vehicle stops and document demands in places previously beyond regular traffic jurisdiction.
  • Ambiguity around “recently travelled from a highway”, which can be broadly interpreted.

🔍 2. Police Powers to Demand Documents & Stop Vehicles

  • Section 2, Clause (f) authorizes police officers to:


    “require a driver or operator of a vehicle to stop the vehicle and surrender documents.”

🚨 Danger:

This section does not restrict where this stop can occur. In combination with the expanded “driver” definition, it allows off-highway enforcement, potentially:

  • At your home, if your vehicle is idling or just parked.
  • On private roads, farms, or driveways.
  • Creating potential for abusive stops or targeted enforcement, especially where no public danger exists.

🔍 3. New Regulation-Making Powers Override the Act

  • Section 2(2):


    “In the event of a conflict between a regulation made under this section and this Act, the regulation prevails.”

🚨 Danger:

This allows Cabinet (not elected legislators) to create regulations that override the Act itself, bypassing parliamentary debate. This can be used to:

  • Expand enforcement zones without public accountability.
  • Create new vehicle classifications or obligations for private vehicle use.
  • Mandate equipment, insurance, or inspections for vehicles used on private land.

🔍 4. Indefinite Licence Suspensions Without Court Oversight

  • Several sections (e.g., 41.0.1, 41.0.2) introduce automatic, indefinite licence suspensions upon convictions, including:

Council Shamelessly Cashes In On Dead Babies & Grief #BlythStandsGround

(North Huron, Ontario) At the 10-10 meeting in Blyth council was confronted by an unprecedented level of animosity from the crowd. Confessed coward Paul Heffer triggered the tsunami of hate when he attempted to evade the very first question of the evening, and the crowd instantly turned on him and council. This set the tone, and it got worse from there. 

The heroes in Blyth made it clear, the time for BS in North Huron is over. The crowd literally and openly told the council that they were full of bullshit and they have enough money and will to hold them to account by whatever legal means necessary.

When it was disclosed that council wants to cash in on dead babies by taxing the grieving families an extra $1000 for the inconvenience to town staff/agents, since the deceased wasn’t considerate enough to pass away during the warmer months.

Instead of offering comfort and support in the family’s time of grief, the council prefers to rub their hands together ghoulishly and think of how much money they can make from the tragedy. Somewhere at town hall there is likely someone getting excited every time a child gets sick or is struck walking in traffic to get to school.

Police Respond to Wingham’s Call to Arms & NH’s Declaration of War #ArmYourselfNow #BrutalExecution

(Wingham, ON) North Huron council’s decision to extinguish the last embers of Canada’s freedom and democracy by removing press and public questions has been interpreted as a declaration of war on the formerly glorious and free Canada.

A restaurant in the heart of Wingham, Buck & Jo’s, is flying and selling “F*ck Paul Heffer” flags at their street corner to draw attention to Heffer’s brutal execution of democracy. The restaurant was famously in the news for standing its ground against segregation enforcement, steadfastly refusing to allow its property to be stained with segregation. Their conviction and later exoneration showed that they will sacrifice virtually everything to honor their oath of “standing on guard for thee.” “Thee” represents Canada’s ideals and values, not the politicians of the day. “You have all sung the oath; now it’s time to honor your word and save our country.”

A warning sign is still on display in Buck & Jo’s dining room: “All Charter Rights will be defended on this property; it would be wise not to test our resolve.

Former North Huron councillor Trover Seip once stated in a council meeting, “I would not pick a fight with the Movement.” This comment came after the Mayor/Reeve of the day (Bernie Bailey) called the OPP on Buck & Jo’s for flying a “F Trudeau” flag and called the owner a “hillbilly liar with no moral compass” during a council meeting.

The Corporation of North Huron has since been trying to get its bylaw enforcement officers to go after the business and silence them; however, they too have stood down and refused to break the law.

Numerous police officers from various detachments and services, along with politicians and their family members, have reached out to show their support for the Wingham Resistance and the fight for what is left of Canada.

All citizens who are going to honor their oath and defend our country are encouraged to immediately arm themselves with the truth, video cameras, and to start attending or viewing North Huron council meetings.

GBPH Demands $16.5 Million From Taxpayers

Last August, the Ministry of Health announced a Strengthening Public Health in Ontario strategy, aimed at optimizing capacity, stability, and sustainability in the Province’s Public Health system.

The plan includes several priorities, including those related to funding for Public Health Units and support for voluntary mergers between existing Health Units.

In releasing the plan, the Ministry of Health announced that Public Health Units will receive annual 1% base funding increases over the next three years as the Ministry collaborates with municipalities on a longer-term, sustainable funding agreement.

While this ensures predictable, stable funding for health units, the 1% annual increase has created a challenging budget shortfall for Public Health Units, including Grey Bruce Public Health, due to ongoing inflationary pressures and escalating costs.

During a comprehensive budgeting process, GBPH developed a plan to address the funding shortfall while minimizing job losses and service impacts. This plan was endorsed by the Grey-Bruce Board of Health, which approved GBPH’s 2024 budget at its February meeting.

“While some Ontario health units have announced significant layoffs in recent months to deal with budgetary pressures, Grey Bruce Public Health developed a plan to address its funding shortfall largely through attrition, the gapping of some positions, maximizing back-office savings, realigning certain functions, and finding other efficiencies,” says Grey-Bruce Board of Health Chair Sue Carleton.

“I’m happy to share that we’ve been able to balance the budget while maintaining service levels and without the need for group layoffs.”

GBPH’s $16.5-million budget requires only a 1% funding increase from both Grey and Bruce counties, which contribute a combined 18.2% of its operating revenue. The remainder of GBPH’s operating revenue comes from the Province through several Ministries.

As part of the Strengthening Public Health in Ontario plan, the Ministry of Health is also encouraging Local Public Health Agencies to explore voluntary mergers with neighbouring health units.

Recently, the Grey-Bruce Board of Health corresponded with neighbouring health units. The discussions concluded no potential merger at this time.

MRCC Member Threatens To Shoot Police – Wingham Revolution Spiraling Out Of Control #MilitaryDeploying

(North Huron, On) A member of the notorious MRCC spent part of yesterday morning going around downtown Wingham telling people he had a right to shoot police, and he was planning to do so if they dare annoy him again.

One of the Owners and a Customer at a coffee shop attempted to calm the MRCC member to on avail. This is part of a rapidly grown trend of anger and discontentment in Wingham.

Daily more victims realize Town Hall never had the power they claimed, and the police that aided them in those massive rights violations have yet to be held to account.

The military will start setting up base in Blyth (North Huron) as this crisis continues to spiral out of control. This military mission was a surprise announcement that slipped out at a North Huron council meeting.

The MRCC became well known after one of it’s ministers was charged with 14 sex related offences. The MRCC is also known as the “Kuyvenhoven Cult” to many locals.
