Pervert Alert – Glen FERGUSON Arrested

(MADAWASKA VALLEY TOWNSHIP, ON) – An ongoing investigation has led to criminal charges against a Killaloe resident.

On Tuesday, August 5, 2025, the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) began an investigation when it was reported that a male had been committing an indecent act in a car while driving.

The investigation determined that the incident took place on July 23, 2025, and that the male had offered to provide a ride to and from Ottawa for an adult female and two female teenagers. The indecent acts were said to have happened after the adult female fell asleep.

Glen FERGUSON, age 64 of Killaloe, was arrested on Thursday, August 7, 2025, and faces two counts of committing an indecent act.

The accused remains in custody, with a bail hearing scheduled for Monday, August 11, 2025, before the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke.

Dawson DION – Indecent Act #RepeatOffender

(MIDLAND, ON) – Officers from the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) recently responded to several calls for service in regards to the actions of a Midland area individual in the downtown core area leading to numerous criminal charges.

Officers responded at approximately 10:16 a.m. April 4, 2025, to a report of an individual committing an indecent act near the intersection of Midland Avenue and Elizabeth Street, Midland. Upon arrival, the suspect had fled the area, but further investigation provided an image of the individual who was located and arrested later that morning. The accused was charged with several criminal offence and released from custody to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice at a future date.

On April 7, 2025, at approximately 1:18 p.m. officers responded to a report of an individual allegedly committing an indecent act the parking lot off Bourgeois Lane in the downtown Midland area. An attending officer located the suspect and upon attempting to make an arrest, was assaulted by the suspect. Other officers attending the call assisted in making the arrest and transporting the accused to the Detachment.

Charged in connection to these three incidents is Dawson DION 26 years of no fixed address Midland with the following criminal offences.

April 4, 2025, Incident

  • Indecent Act- public place
  • Mischief – obstructs, interrupts or interferes with the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property

April 7, 2025, Incident

  • Indecent Act- public place
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order (two counts)

And Further on the April 7, 2025, Incident

  • Resist Peace Officer
  • Assault a Peace Officer
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order (two counts)

The accused was held for bail court and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Court at a future date.

Daymien BRAK Arrested Again – Indecent Acts, Trespass, Etc.

(NORTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a series of incidents that took place in the Village of Blyth, Township of North Huron between Saturday November 30th, and Sunday December 1st, 2024.   

Huron County OPP received information that an individual had trespassed and committed offences on several properties in Blyth.

As a result of the investigation, a North Huron resident has been charged.

Daymien BRAK, 27 years of age from North Huron has been charged with the following offences:

–      Trespassing at Night – (four counts),

–      Criminal Harassment – besetting and watching – (two counts),

–      Criminal Harassment – repeatedly follow,

–      Indecent Act – (two counts),

–      Being Unlawfully in a Dwelling House,

–      Fail to Comply with Probation.

The accused was arrested on December 11th, processed at the Huron OPP detachment, and held for a bail hearing where they were remanded into custody.

Police continue to investigate the incidents and are seeking the public’s help. If anyone observed or had an interaction with a suspicious male between Nov 30th and December 1st, police would like to hear from you. Mitchell DUNHAM – Indecent Act

(MUNICIPALITY OF TRENT HILLS, ON) – The Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged and individual for an indecent act.

On November 5, 2024, at approximately 2:50 p.m., officers received a report of an individual exposing himself while in a vehicle in the parking lot of a commercial premises on Canrobert Street. The accused had left the area in a pick-up truck prior to the arrival of police.

Police investigated the incident and as a result, Mitchell DUNHAM, 28-years-old, from Campbellford, has been arrested and charged with:

  • Indecent act – public place.

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg at a future date.
