Poilievre Joins Lethal Movement Taking Back Canada [Video] #WinghamWakening #DeathOfFear

(Wingham, ON)My roof, my rules, my castle – and I’m the king of it. It would be wise not to test my resolve.

This is not about violence. It is about resolve. It is about the unshakable right to protect what is ours: our homes, our families, and our future.

Once again, a small-town restaurant in Wingham is going viral and sparking national debate by standing firm on one of the oldest and most sacred rights: the right to defend your home, your family, and your country.

For years, Canadians have been told to stay quiet, to obey over-reaching municipal “governments,” and to surrender their freedoms one by one. But Buck & Jo’s, the now-legendary hub of free thought and speech in Wingham, refuses to bow. Vote Buck

From Vilified to Vindicated

Three years ago, when Buck & Jo’s first spoke out about the use of lethal force in defence of life as guaranteed under Section 35 of the Criminal Code of Canada, they were smeared and branded as “extremists.”

Today, they’re being praised. Their stance is no longer fringe—it’s mainstream. Across Canada, citizens are recognizing that the only way to be free is to stand your ground.

The recent case in Kawartha Lakes, where a homeowner was charged for defending his family, has only reignited the movement. Canadians are now asking: Why are law-abiding families punished while criminals are coddled?

A Symbol of Resistance

It began with the “chalk outline” sticker in 2021. In 2024 it was updated for the upcoming 2026 Ontario municipal election to “Who’s the king of your castle?”

What began as an act of defiance during Covid has grown into a nationwide awakening. Buck & Jo’s is now seen as the last few thousand square feet of uninfected, unsegregated, Glorious and Free Canada.

The Declaration

The Death of Fear

What we are witnessing is not just a protest. It is a cultural shift. Canadians are rediscovering their courage.

Fear is dying, and with it, the chains that have held us down.

A Call to Every Canadian

Buck & Jo’s is not just a restaurant. It has become a symbol, a rallying point, and a beacon of hope. Even Pierre Poilievre is now advocating for Canadians to Stand Their Ground.

The message is simple but powerful:
👉 Stand your ground.
👉 Defend your family.
👉 Take back your country.

Humiliated Reeve Paul Heffer Comes Crawling Out of the Coward Closet as Citizens Take Back Wingham Streets

(North Huron, ON) – Things got spicy at last night’s (10 Oct 2024) council meeting when disgraced Reeve Paul Heffer tried to dodge a simple yes-or-no question. The crowd, armed with their finest eye-rolls, saw right through his verbal gymnastics and responded with boos, jeers, and a few zingers that would make even the toughest politicians break a sweat. It’s fitting that the date was 10/10—police code for “Fight in Progress.” Well, council certainly got one.

The moderator, clearly caught off guard by the audience’s refusal to back down, looked like he might faint, especially after council members doubled down with their arrogant, condescending remarks. Instead of taking control, he let the verbal smackdown continue, likely fearing the crowd would turn on him next. No surprise—it was one of *those* nights.

From the get-go, Reeve/Mayor Paul Heffer was roasted like a Thanksgiving turkey. After enduring relentless grilling, he finally agreed to stop the illegal practice of dumping snow on sidewalks so kids won’t have to play Frogger in traffic on their way to school. And with pedestrian deaths up 82% last year, Heffer must’ve realized it’s not a great look to have children dodging both snowbanks and speeding cars. Finally, the town staff will have to do what they’re paid to do—protect the little ones.

In a rare moment of clarity (or sheer panic), Paul Heffer openly admitted he’s a coward—yep, those exact words left his mouth. His reason? He’s terrified of questions because, you know, the whole *risk of further incriminating himself and his buddies* thing. When the crowd heard him confess to his spinelessness, they responded with a resounding “Admitting it is the first step!” Cue the laughter. It was just another humiliation for the man who couldn’t give an honest answer if his political career depended on it.

And by the looks of things, it just might.

SS Coming For NH Residents – Prepare To Be Inspected: Property Tax Banner Illegal According To Corrupted CAO

(Wingham, ON) A 4×8 banner comparing property tax rates has once again become a roadblock in downtown Wingham, causing a commotion among citizens. Shocked by the exorbitant tax rates in Wingham, residents are stopping to take photos, unable to believe the stark reality.

The current North Huron CAO (Dwayne Evans) has demanded the banner’s removal, threatening trespass and theft if his orders are not followed. However, by-law enforcement officers are refusing to comply with these demands, aware that they would be held legally liable for any rights violations.

Council is divided on whether or not they should respect the law and private property Rights. North Huron Reeve Paul Heffer (puppet paul) has declared property rights are null and void and will not be respected, despite the CAO’s admission their by-laws only apply to their corporations assets.

North Huron is going to replace the current by-law enforcers with a private firm that will allegedly “just follow orders” and enforce NH’s by-laws on private property claiming they are responsible for “social standards”.

Massive Victory For Canadian Freedom Movement – NH CAO Re-Confirms Never Had Authority On Private Land #StandYourGround

(Wingham, ON) Current North Huron CAO Dwayne Evans has confirmed via email, cc’ed to North Huron councilors, that their corporation’s by-laws only apply to lands owned by the corporation. This admission opens the corporation up to possible legal consequences if by-law enforcement continues to violate private property rights.

By-laws are rules and regulations set by local governments to govern the maintenance, standards and use of their assets. These by-laws are typically enforced by by-law officers, who have authority to ensure compliance with these regulations. However, it’s essential to note that by-law officers only have jurisdiction on the corporation’s property and do not have authority on private land.

In some cases, there have been incidents where by-law officers have attempted to exercise their authority on private land, pretending that they had the power to enforce bylaws in these areas. This intentional conflation of boundaries raises questions about overreach of authority and violation of property rights.

By-laws are meant to regulate behavior on the corporation’s land, such as maintenance standards,  noise levels, building codes, or animal control. By-law officers are tasked with enforcing these rules to ensure the corporation’s assets are maintained and not abused. However, by-laws do not apply to private property, as individuals have the right to govern their own land as they see fit, as long as they are not in violation of any laws or regulations.

When by-law officers attempt to enforce bylaws on private land, they are overstepping their boundaries and violating property rights. This can lead to legal disputes and conflicts between property owners and local governments. It’s essential for individuals to be aware of their rights when it comes to by-laws and property rights.

The focusing of enforcement on private property while ignoring infrastructure has cost taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars to repair/replace neglected infrastructure that would have cost only a fraction of that amount if maintained properly.

By-law Enforcement & Police Put On Notice – New LECA To Hold Them To Account #BackOff #Victory #FinallyFreedom

(North Huron) As of 01April2024 the new Law Enforcement Complaints Agency came into effect in Ontario. This new agency will have authority over all those claiming to be “law enforcement”, which includes municipal by-law enforcement.

Rights Activists and Freedom Fighters are claiming Victory in their battle to take back their province. Town Hall’s never had authority on Private Property, and now they can be held to account along with any police officers still foolish/ignorant enough to attempt to “assist” them in their rights violations.

This effectively ends the illegal municipal by-law enforcement on private land, ending decades of illegal rights violations of “Town Halls” across the province on Ontario.

Most notably in North Huron by-law enforcement was humiliated when Buck & Jo’s, a restaurant in the heart of Wingham simply said “NO” and the CAO had to admit they had no authority on private land.
