22 Year Old Arrested For Drunk Driving

(ONEIDA NATION OF THE THAMES FIRST NATION, ON) – Driver facing Impaired driving charge after traffic complaint.

On April 18, 2025, at 8:25 a.m., members of the Oneida Nation Police, were dispatched to a traffic complaint of a vehicle driving erratically on River Road in Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation.

The vehicle was located at which time a traffic stop was initiated.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP Detachment.

As a result, Granger BROWN, a 22-year-old of Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

·      Operation while impaired – Alcohol

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on June 16, 2025.

The Middlesex OPP wants to remind the public that if you see anything suspicious or suspect an impaired driver you should contact the Ontario Provincial Police or your nearest police authority immediately.

Christopher REDFEARN – Drunk Driving

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – Driver facing impaired charge after suspicious vehicle complaint in Middlesex Centre.

On April 18, 2025, at 5:39 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to Poplar Hill Road in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre, for the report of a suspicious vehicle.

The vehicle was located at which time a traffic stop was initiated.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

As a result, Christopher REDFEARN, a 24-year-old of North Middlesex, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on June 5, 2025.

Casey Croley – Drunk Driving

(BRANT, ON) – On April 22, 2025, at approximately 7:15 a.m., Brant County OPP responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Pleasant Ridge Road. Upon arrival, officers detected signs of impairment and the driver was arrested and brought to the detachment for further testing.

As a result, Casey Croley, a 38-year-old male from Norfolk County, has been charged with the following offences:

  • Operation While Impaired – Alcohol
  • Operation While Impaired – 80+
  • Dangerous Operation

In addition to the charges, the vehicle has been impounded for 7 days, and their driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days.

Impaired driving carries severe consequences, including vehicle impoundment, a driver’s licence suspension, and possible criminal charges.

Even after a night of drinking, alcohol can remain in your system and impair your ability to drive the next morning. Santy PASPAPORN – Drunk Driving

(KINGSVILLE, ON) – One person has been charged with impaired driving after a traffic complaint in Kingsville.

On April 11, 2025, at approximately 6:18 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a traffic complaint on Highway #3 in the Town of Kingsville.

Santy PASPAPORN, 49-years-old of Windsor, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offence:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Windsor on April 24, 2025, to speak to the charges.

On April 16, 2025, at approximately 11:05 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a traffic complaint on Highway #77 in the Town of Leamington.

Diego AVILA MARTINEZ, 26-years-old of Kingsville, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

(SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON) – The Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged an individual with impaired driving related charges.

On April 19, 2025, shortly after 3:30 p.m., Huronia West OPP officers were conducting a R.I.D.E. program on Carson Road in Springwater Township.

Officers spoke with the driver of a vehicle that entered the R.I.D.E. program and during the interaction, officers formed grounds that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol, leading to an arrest. As a result of the investigation, John WROBLEWSKI, 61-year-old of Barrie, was arrested and has been charged with the following:

·      Operation while Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)

·      Driving Motor Vehicle with Open Container of Liquor (LLCA)

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located in Collingwood on May 20, 2025, to answer to the charges.

(SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON) – The Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged an individual with impaired driving related charges because of a traffic tip.

On April 19, 2025, shortly after 7:00 a.m., Huronia West OPP officers responded to a traffic tip of a possible impaired driver in the Town of Wasaga Beach.

Rodney TEOLIS – Drunk Driving

(SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON) – The Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged an individual with impaired driving related charges.

On April 20, 2025, shortly after 10:00 p.m., Huronia West OPP officers were conducting a R.I.D.E. program in Springwater Township.

Officers observed a vehicle that failed to pull over as requested. Officers pursued the vehicle which was stopped a short distance away resulting in the apprehension of the driver. During the interaction, officers formed grounds that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol, leading to an arrest. As a result of the investigation, Rodney TEOLIS, 54-year-old of Midhurst, was arrested and has been charged with the following:

·      Operation while Impaired – Alcohol

·      Operation while Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)

·      Flight From Peace Officer

·      Dangerous Operation

·      Resist Peace Officer

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located in Collingwood on May 27, 2025, to answer to the charges.

Evan SMITH – Drunk Driving

(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Members from the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 35, Manvers Township, that led to an individual being charged with impaired driving offences.

On April 20, at 2:43 p.m., City of Kawartha Lakes OPP officers were conducting a traffic stop for a separate incident when they were informed by a passerby about a possible impaired driver. Our officers located the vehicle and a traffic stop was conducted.

Through investigation, Evan SMITH, 36-year-old from Pickering was arrested and charged with

–       Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

–       Operation while impaired- blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

–       Fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle

–       Fail to surrender licence

In addition to the charges the driver received a 90-day licence suspension, and the motor vehicle was impounded for 7 days.

The accused was released from custody with conditions and will appear later in court.

20 Year Old Arrested

(DRYDEN, ON) – On April 22, 2025, at approximately 8:00 p.m., members of the Dryden Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle on Government Street, in the City of Dryden, after the driver evaded a R.I.D.E program. 

Through investigation, it was determined that the driver had been consuming alcoholic beverages, was placed under arrest and returned to the detachment for further testing.

As a result of the investigation, Ethan FOX-RAINE, 20-years-old, of Dryden has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

·         Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·         Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Dryden on May 26, 2025.

Donna HENHAWK – Drunk Driving

(BRANT, ON) – On April 19, 2025, at approximately 1:00 a.m., Brant County OPP officers were conducting a RIDE program on Newport Road at River Road. During the program, an Approved Screening Device (ASD) test was administered, resulting in a “Fail.”

As a result, Donna HENHAWK, 35, of Oshweken, was arrested and charged with the following:

  • Adult Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration – 80 Plus

The accused was transported to the Brant County OPP detachment for testing and was later released with conditions. Their vehicle was impounded for seven days.

They are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on May 1, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., to answer to the charges.

The OPP reminds the public of the importance of not driving under the influence of alcohol and encourages safe driving practices.

COOK Frankie – Impaired Driving

(ESSA, ON) – The Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a driver involved in a single vehicle collision with impaired operation in Essa Township.

On April 20, 2025, shortly after 5:00 p.m., Nottawasaga OPP responded to a single motor vehicle collision at 132 Auburn Street, in Essa. A resident near by contacted police to report that a vehicle had just drove through a residential property fence and the driver appeared to be asleep at the wheel.

At 5:22 p.m., officers arrived at the collision at which time the officerS spoke with the lone male driver. Officers assisted the driver out of the motor vehicle and was observed to be unsteady on his feet and unable to maintain a conversation or answer the officers questions. The male was assessed and cleared by paramedics, and based on the numerous observed signs of intoxication and impairment, The driver was arrested and charged with operation while impaired.

At 5:37 p.m., COOK Frankie, a 28-years-old male of Essa was arrested and charged with the following:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

In addition to the charges, the driver was issued a 90-day license suspension, and the vehicle was impounded for seven days. 

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located in Bradford on May 8 2025, to answer to the charges.
