Kenneth IRONS – Criminal Harassment

(LUCAN BIDDULPH, ON) – Individual charged with criminal harassment after investigation in Lucan Biddulph.

On March 26, 2025, at 6:23 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), opened a criminal harassment investigation in the Township of Lucan Biddulph.

As a result, Kenneth IRONS, a 27-year-old of Middlesex County, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

·      Criminal Harassment – repeatedly communicate

·      Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court (two counts)

The accused was held for bail.

Randolph (Randy) KUNZE Facing Numerous Charges

(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – The East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrest and charge same person for same offences in neighborhood.

On February 9, 2025, numerous complainants reported a multitude of harassment and threats by a known person in a neighborhood in Elliot Lake. The complaints were the same as what transpired in May 2020, where the person was arrested and charged with 16 offences at that time.  

After another extensive police investigation, the person was arrested again on February 19, 2025.

Randolph (Randy) KUNZE, 41-years-old, from Elliot Lake, was charged with:

  • Criminal Harassment – 12 counts
  • Mischief – obstructs, interrupts or interferes with the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property – 11 counts
  • Uttering Threats – cause death or bodily harm – 4 counts

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Bail Court in Blind River on February 19, 2025.

Colin REID Was Arrested

(PERTH, ON) – A Carleton Place resident has been charged after an incident involving a young woman in Perth.

On the afternoon of Sunday, January 19, 2025, the woman had just left a grocery store in Perth when she was confronted by a man. The individual prevented the woman from closing her car door and proceeded to make inappropriate comments. The man ran off when the woman was able to grab her cell phone.

The investigation resulted in the arrest of an individual.

Colin REID, age 40 of Carleton Place and formerly an Ottawa resident, is charged with:

  • Forcible confinement
  • Criminal harassment

The accused was release from custody following a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on March 3, 2025.

Daniel CLARK – Criminal Harassment

On Friday, January 3, 2024, at approximately 1:05 pm, 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) uniform officers from the Niagara Regional Police Service responded to a threats call in the area of Oakwood Avenue and Parkwood Drive in the City of St. Catharines.

The initial information indicated that an adult female had noticed a male following her while she was walking in the area of Hartzel Road and Thorncliff Drive, in the City of St. Catharines. Despite her efforts to evade him, the male continued to follow her. The female eventually sought shelter at her residence, at which point she observed the male walk away.

Further investigation by detectives with 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) confirmed that the male had intentionally followed the female.

As a result, Daniel CLARK, a 51-year-old resident of St. Catharines, was arrested and charged with criminal harassment.

CLARK was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in court at a future date.

Detectives believe that CLARK may have engaged in similar behavior with other women in the past. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, ext. 1009783.

Andrew SKILLEN Was Arrested

(CARLETON PLACE, ON) – Threatening comments and behaviour targeting municipal staff has resulted in charges against a 40-year-old resident of Carleton Place.

Officers with the Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded on Thursday, November 14, 2024, after multiple threatening phone calls had been received by officials with the municipality.

As a result of the investigation, Andrew SKILLEN has been charged with two counts of criminal harassment – threatening conduct.

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth of December 23, 2024.

William CONCANNON Was Arrested

(BILLINGS TOWNSHIP, ON) – One person has been arrested and charged for harassing communication in Billings Township.

On April 9, 2024, the Manitoulin Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) began an investigation regarding criminal harassment in Billings Township. Township staff reported ongoing unwanted communication from a member of the community.

As a result of the investigation, William CONCANNON, 57-years-old from Gore Bay has been charged with two counts of criminal harassment.

The accused has been held in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Gore Bay on April 12, 2024.

Repeat Offender WATSON Arrested Again

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – One individual was charged following an investigation into an incident involving harassment.

At approximately 5:32 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2024, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated a report of harassment at an address on Donly Drive North in Simcoe, Norfolk County.

It was determined that two individuals were engaged in a dispute that escalated to the victim receiving repeated contact from the other individual.

As a result, one individual was taken into custody without incident.

Charged with the following alleged offences is 24-year-old Adam WATSON of Norfolk County:

  • Criminal harassment – threatening conduct,
  • Fail to comply with Probation Order (two counts),
  • Allegation of breach of Conditional Sentence Order.

The accused was detained in custody to appear at a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice located in Simcoe.
