Dallas WILLIAMS Was Arrested Again #3Strikes

(BRANT, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Brant County Detachment has charged an individual following a traffic stop in Brant County.

On August 24, 2025, at approximately 2:15 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Old Greenfield Road.

Through investigation, it was determined that the driver was operating a motor vehicle while disqualified and under suspension.

As a result, Dallas WILLIAMS, a 49-year-old male from Oshweken has been charged with:

  • Operate a Conveyance while Prohibited X 8, contrary to the Criminal Code
  • Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act

The accused was held for bail.

The OPP reminds all motorists of the importance of ensuring they are properly licensed before operating a motor vehicle.

Justinn South & Jessica Nixon Were Arrested AGAIN #3Strikes

(PARRY SOUND, ON) – The West Parry Sound Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested two individuals in connection to thefts from vehicles in Parry Sound.

On July 27, 2025, at approximately 7:00 a.m. the West Parry Sound OPP responded to a report of several thefts from vehicles in the Waubeek Street area in the Town of Parry Sound. Ten vehicles were targeted by thieves earlier in the night. Officers were able to locate the thieves as they were using credit cards stolen from vehicles at various locations around Parry Sound.

Justinn South 33-years-of-age of London Ontario was arrested and charged with:

  • Use of credit card – three counts
  • Trespassing by nights – seven counts
  • Theft under $5000 – three counts
  • Theft of a credit card – three counts
  • Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000
  • Possession of weapon for a dangerous purpose
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000
  • Mischief – obstructs, interrupts or interferes with lawful use, enjoyment of property – nine counts
  • Identity theft
  • Fail to comply with probation order – three counts

Jessica Nixon 33-years-of-age of Georgian Bay Township was arrested and charged with:

  • Use of credit card – three counts
  • Trespassing by nights – seven counts
  • Theft under $5000 – three counts
  • Theft of a credit card – three counts
  • Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000
  • Mischief – obstructs, interrupts or interferes with lawful use, enjoyment of property – nine counts
  • Identity theft
  • Fail to comply with release order

Both accused where held for bail before the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound and are scheduled to appear on August 8, 2025

Police are reminding members of the public to keep valuables out of sight and to make sure vehicles are locked.

Home Invasion – 27 Year Old From Mitchell Arrested Again #3Strikes

(WEST PERTH, ON) – Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following a break and enter and assault with a weapon in the Municipality of West Perth.

On July 19, 2025, the Perth County OPP launched an investigation after a receiving information that an individual broke into a residence and assaulted the homeowner with a baseball bat. The victim sustained minor injuries.

Jeremy WELSH, 27 years old of Mitchell, has been charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following offences:

  • Break and Enter
  • Failure to Comply with Probation Order – Two counts
  • Assault with a Weapon

WELSH is currently in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on June 25, 2025

Sheena HARRISON Arrested Twice Same Day #3Strikes

(DRYDEN, ON) – Members of the Dryden Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), with the assistance from members of the Dryden OPP detachment and the Northwest Region Emergency Response Team, have arrested and charged an individual for drug trafficking.

On June 28, 2025, just before 4:00 a.m., members of the Dryden OPP received a report of a suspicious vehicle at a business on Government Street in the City of Dryden. The investigation resulted in the arrest of one individual and the seizure of suspected illicit drugs, including cocaine and crack cocaine, as well as further evidence of drug trafficking.

As a result of the investigation, Sheena HARRISON, 40-years-old, of Wabigoon, Ontario was arrested and charged with the following offence under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine

The accused was released from custody and scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Dryden on August 25, 2025.

Later that same day, just before 9:00 p.m., a traffic stop was conducted on Highway 17 in the Municipality of Machin. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Sheena HARRISON and the seizure of suspected illicit drugs, including cocaine, as well as further evidence of drug trafficking.

As a result of that investigation, Sheena HARRISON, 40-years-old, of Wabigoon, Ontario has been arrested and charged with the following offence under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine

The accused has been remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Dryden on July 2, 2025.

Tyler CUCKSEY Was Arrested Again #3Strikes

(FRENCH RIVER, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged one person with bail violations and impaired driving.

On April 15, 2025, at approximately 10:50 p.m., the Nipissing West (Sudbury) Detachment of the OPP were notified of an individual who removed a court ordered tracking device from their ankle and fled from a residence on William Street, French River.

Police located and stopped the vehicle, which was traveling north on Highway 69. The driver was arrested for the bail violation and was also found to be impaired.

As a result of the investigation, Tyler CUCKSEY, 27 years-of-age, from French River, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Dangerous operation
  • Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court
  • Fail to comply with Probation Order
  • Driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor

The accused was held for Bail Court and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on April 16, 2025, in Sudbury.

The driver was issued a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
