The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with identifying a man wanted in a Robbery investigation.
On Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at approximately 11:30 p.m., police responded to a call for a Robbery in the Dawes Road and Victoria Park Avenue area.
It is alleged that:
- two male suspects forced entry into an apartment
- once inside, the suspects made a demand for personal property
- the two suspects then assaulted two victims inside the unit
- the suspects fled the apartment
- the two victims sustained minor injuries
On Saturday, December 14, 2024, Masoud Ebrahimi, 32, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
- Break and Enter
- Robbery with Violence
- two counts Utter Threats Cause Death
- Forcible Confinement
- Assault
- Assault – Choking
- Fail to Comply Release Order
He is scheduled to appear in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 10 a.m., in room 403.
The outstanding suspect is described as male, 5’6″, 40-50 years old, thin build with short hair and unshaven.
