(CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) On August 10, 2024, at approximately 11:45 p.m., a member of the Wellington County OPP were dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision on St. Andrew Street East, Fergus. As a result of the investigation, Kevin R. KNARR, 51-years-old of Kitchener, was charged with:
– Operation While Impaired – alcohol and drugs
– Operation While Impaired – Blood Concentration 80 plus
– Dangerous Operation
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on August 20, 2024.
