Justin Sinclair – Threats, Assault With Weapon, Etc.

Waterloo Regional Police have arrested a male wanted in connection to a threatening incident that occurred in Downtown Kitchener.

On September 22, 2025, at approximately 4:10 p.m., police responded to a report of threats made toward an employee at a business in the area of Frederick Street and King Street East in Kitchener.

As a result of the investigation, 38-year-old Justin Sinclair was wanted for the following offences:

  • Criminal Harassment
  • Weapons Dangerous
  • Utter Threats to Cause Death
  • Assault with a Weapon

On September 23, 2025, at approximately 7:50 p.m., a member of the public contacted police to report Sinclair’s whereabouts. Officers attended the area of Stirling Avenue South and Charles Street East in Kitchener and arrested Sinclair without incident.

He was held in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing.

Waterloo Regional Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a male wanted in connection to a threatening incident in Downtown Kitchener.

On September 22, 2025, at approximately 4:10 p.m., police responded to a report of threats made toward an employee at a business in the area of Frederick Street and King Street East. 

As a result of the investigation, Justin Sinclair, 38, is wanted for the following offences:

Mr. Sinclair is known to frequent the downtown areas of Kitchener and Waterloo. 

If observed, do not approach and contact 911 immediately.
