(DUFFERIN COUNTY) – Officers from the Dufferin Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed search warrants at residences in Orangeville and Concord, as well as on three vehicles. During the operation, police seized a quantity of drugs, cash, cell phones, various weapons, and a vehicle. Two individuals were arrested in connection with the investigation, along with three others who were wanted on separate warrants.
In the fall of 2024, the Dufferin OPP launched a drug trafficking investigation targeting the town of Orangeville, based on information received by police. On October 28, 2025, members of the Dufferin OPP Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), with assistance from the Caledon CSCU and Dufferin Platoon officers, executed several search warrants. The operation resulted in the arrest of two individuals and the seizure of multiple items.
As a result, Jaleel Kweku Boayke LEVY, 33-year-old, from Barrie has been charged with:
• Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
• Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking-Opioid (other than heroin)
• Poss of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5000 – in Canada
As a result, Donald SINCLAIR, 49-year-old, from Orangeville has been charged with:
• Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
• Poss of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking-Opioid (other than heroin)
• Poss of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5000 – in Canada

Oxycodone “Tec” pills
Fentanyl
Assorted stolen power tools
Various weapons
