Warrants – CK25060783

Date: October 7, 2025, Time: 2:19 hrs, Location: Blenheim

On October 7, 2025, the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in Chatham.

Upon arrival, officers learned that a 46-year-old female from Chatham-Kent had attended the residence and a verbal dispute escalated into a physical altercation.

During the incident, a 46-year-old female from Blenheim sustained minor injuries. Additional medical attention was not required. The individual was subsequently removed from the residence by the occupants before the arrival of officers.

Later that day, the individual was located and arrested on reasonable grounds by Chatham-Kent Police Service officers.

She was charged with the following offence:

  • Count 1: Assault

The individual was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters, where she was released with a future court date of November 12, 2025.

Bail Violations – CK25060856

Date: October 8, 2025, Time: 02:43 hrs, Location: Chatham

On October 8, 2025, at approximately 02:43 hrs, the Chatham-Kent Police Service responded to a report of a domestic-related incident involving a 35-year-old male in violation of his court-ordered conditions.

On September 2, 2025, the individual was released on a probation order with several court-imposed conditions, which included that he not be in direct or indirect contact with specific individuals. The individual was also ordered to not be within 100 metres of any place where the persons is known to live work, or attend school, except when required for official court appearances. Additionally, his conditions required him to not possess weapon or explosive substance, or anything designed to be used or intended for use to cause death or injury or to threaten or intimidate any person.

On October 8, 2025, at approximately 02:43 hrs, Chatham-Kent Police Service officers responded to a report of an individual breaching his court-ordered conditions

Officers attended a residence in Chatham, where they located the individual inside. Investigations revealed that the accused was subject to several non-communication and release conditions. Further investigation also revealed that the individual had repeatedly been attending the residence despite having multiple existing court-order conditions.

Subsequently, the accused was charged with the following offences:

  • Unlawfully in a Dwelling
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order x3
  • Fail to Comply with Undertaking

During his arrest, officers also located a weapon, which contravened his weapons conditions on his probation order. He was charged additionally with the following offence:

  • Fail to Comply with Undertaking 

He was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters, where he is currently being held for bail.
