Brayden LUCCI – Drunk Driving

(NORTH BAY, ON) – A driver has been charged with impaired driving following a single-vehicle collision on Highway 11/17 in North Bay.

On November 29, 2025, at approximately 10:45 p.m., the North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Emergency Medical Services, and Fire Services responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision on Highway 11/17 in North Bay, near the intersection with Algonquin Avenue.

The caller had reported a pickup truck had rolled into the ditch. Officers arrived on scene and determined the driver had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to the North Bay Police Service for further testing.

As a result of the investigation, Brayden LUCCI, 21 years-of-age of North Bay, has been charged with:

·        Operation while impaired – alcohol

·        Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on January 6, 2026. Additionally, they received a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

The North Bay OPP continues to prioritize road safety through enforcement and community awareness, reminding all drivers that no amount of alcohol or drugs in your system is safe when driving.
