Arianna PASTULOVIC – Drunk Driving

(NEW TECUMSETH, ON) – Members of the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual with impaired driving following a single-vehicle collision in the Town of New Tecumseth.

On November 25, 2025, shortly before 1:30 a.m., Nottawasaga OPP responded to a single-vehicle collision in the area of Industrial Parkway, east of Church Street in Alliston, ON. Officers located the vehicle during general patrols and observed that it had collided with a traffic signal in the center median of the roadway. Officers met with the driver and, during the interaction, formed grounds that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol, leading to the driver’s arrest. The driver was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.

As a result of the investigation, Arianna PASTULOVIC19 years old, of New Tecumseth, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Bradford on December 18, 2025, to answer to the charge.
