(BRANT, ON) – A driver is facing Impaired charges after police were called to a single motor vehicle collision.
On Saturday, January 17, 2026, at approximately 4:12 a.m., Brant County OPP were called to Powerline Road between Oneida Drive and Kerek Road to investigate a single motor vehicle collision.
Police charged 41-year-old, Robert Paul BELL of Brantford with the following offences:
- Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
The accused was released and given a date of February 5th, 2026, to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford.
