(OXFORD COUNTY, ON) � Police, while on foot patrol, in the Town of Ingersoll, detected and arrested an impaired driver.
At approximately 2:35 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford Detachment, witnessed the driver of a vehicle showing signs of impairment.
Police were on foot patrol on Thames Street when they were able to stop the vehicle.
After speaking to the driver, police observed further signs of impairment and made an arrest.
After conducting testing at the detachment, Lisa BALDWIN, 43 years-of-age of Ingersoll, was charged with the following Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act offences:
� Operation While Impaired
� Operation While Impaired -Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
� Drive Motor Vehicle � No Licence
The accused has been released and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, located in Woodstock, on May 28, 2024.
