(LEAMINGTON, ON) � Multiple charges have been laid in relation to a break and enter in the Municipality of Leamington.
On April 11, 2024, at approximately 7:33 p.m., the Leamington detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to an address on Mersea Road E in Leamington.
Officers arrived on scene and located and arrested two individuals inside the residence.
Dylan DAMM, 29 years-of-age of Kingsville has been charged with the following Criminal Code Offences:
� Break, Enter a place � commit indictable offence
� Theft Under $5000
� Possession Break In Instruments
Robin Marilyn CLARK, 58 years-of-age of Kingsville has been charged with the following Criminal Code Offences:
� Break, Enter a place � commit indictable offence
� Theft Under $5000
� Possession Break In Instruments
The accused were released from custody and are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, located in Windsor at a later date.
